Dorothy and team do just a beautiful and delicious job - - - at every event and every time. I have recommended them to many Brides we see at Spa 131 and will continue to do so. Every wedding they do, they give 100 percent - from set up to take down. In addition, if you have a small event - even for breakfast - they should be on your list!

Chicken was rubber and bland or pink in the middle, noone seemed to have a properly cooked piece, either overcooked like shoe leather or uncooked. Mashed potatoes was full of someone's short black hairs. I suspect someone was scratching their beard while making them. My expectations for catering isn't normally very high but this is by far the worst I've ever had.

I used Blue Marlin Catering for a party at the Cycle Center. We had 100 guests and they set up, staffed it, and broke everything down very efficiently. The menu is great, the food is terrific, and I strongly recommend them.
