Delicious baja fish tacos and amazing cocktails!! Not to mention our waitress was amazing, I wish I remembered her name but she had no issue with giving us an honest opinion on her favorites. Turns out she has good taste, because everything was fantastic, we'll definitely be coming back. Oh and the place is so cute and comfortable decor wise!

The food was average. My mother got French toast with bananas. I got an omelete with spinach, onions, peppers and tomatoes. It comes with home fries on the side which were really good. Although, a side of toast would have been an extra $4. The omelet was stuffed rather than made within the egg which I don’t like but was still okay. The service on the other hand wasn’t too great. Our server was very slow. My mother had ordered a Diet Coke and waited about five minutes for it which isn’t an issue until we seen our server chatting with someone.. after receiving our food we weren’t asked how everything was, weren’t given any extra napkins and we had to ask for straws. I expected more from a restaurant on Main Street

Winnies catered our Memorial Day weekend party and they were phenomenal from start to finish!! They are the epitome of professional and skilled chefs who take pride in everything they serve. They cooked everything to perfection — the salmon, filet, stuffed baked peppers, grilled veggie platter, and more — Winnies team made the event even more spectacular than I could have imagined!! Everyone was raving about their dishes and they even got a round of applause from all of the guests!! Winnies staff was like a part of the family by the end of the night — the chef even gave my dad recommendations on the best way to cook chicken on the grill :) Highly recommend Winnies for all catering!

I first came here for brunch 4 years ago, while visiting Philly and I couldn't wait to come back. We were here on a Saturday for brunch and while it was packed, we did not wait long for a table. We were actually seated immediately. My nephew suggested the chicken and waffles and OMG!! They were outstanding!! And the bread basket....it is to die for. The cornbread and the bread with the raisins (I think they were raisins)were delish!! I will definitely be back to Philly and will definitely be back to eat at Winnie's ❤️

We stopped by during the Manayunk Art Festival and had a really good start to our day with the avacado toast and the oatmeal. My girlfriend enjoyed the brunch drink menu and we plan on trying lunch there next time!

Most everything was fine with the exception of the open jelly jars passed around from table to table. I thought it was very unique sanitary. Especially when when customers sitting next to a are sneezing. The jelly jars should have a cover/cap!!!

Good food. I recommend the hummus platter for something on the lighter side. Our server was prompt. I was a little turned off, however, when my girlfriend asked about the wings and his response was, "If I walk into a restaurant, I would never order wings BUT, between us, if I'm hungry and someone sends back the wings here, I'll snack on them in the back. They're decent." I really hope that's not the case. Seems pretty unsanitary if you ask me...

Brunch was insanely delicious, especially the chicken and waffles and cheddar grits. Their omelets are also great, the eggs were fluffy and full and perfectly portioned. I had been planning to go to Winnie's for a long time and they did not disappoint. Will definitely be back.

Relatively quiet so good for conversation. Food was very good. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Prices were reasonable. Very hard to find a place to park and it was only a Thursady night. Think it was good truck night so especially crowded. Not their fault. Just be aware.

Just don't look online at the menu ahead of time like I did because it's not up to date and the item I wanted was no longer on the actual menu..Edit: I looked at the menu on the official company site and wanted to come in and order the Crab Cake Bennie but was not on the paper menu and when asked I was told it has been removed from the menu.

Went for Sunday breakfast. Got there around 8:30AM, shortly after opening. It wasn’t crowded, which was good, but the food service was slow. It took a very long time for our food to arrive at the table, despite only being one of less than a dozen customers. Very pricey, too. French toast was around $10 with no additional sides. Food was a hit or miss. Not terrible, but there are definitely better food options on Main Street.

Came to this place for a quick bite to eat. Waited at the bar for 15 minutes and no one even spoke to me. Workers looked at me and knew I was sitting there, but no one bothered to serve me. It was the oddest experience. I decide to go somewhere else that would be more attentive.

Had another wonderful experience at Winnies. Always enjoy the food. We bought our dog and it was nice that Winnies offers the outdoor seating that accommodates this. The heaters outside made it comfortable on a cool fall day. Our waitress Diana had great charisma and it was a joy to have her wait on us. She even offered a water bowl for our dog! We were indecisive about our meal and her recommendation of the chicken and waffles really hit the spot. We will be coming back again. Thanks Diana for a great experience!

The servers here were amazing, however. I am currently listening to the GM complain about the place. How awful it is TO some friends sitting at the bar. I’ve sat through an entire dinner listening to her curse and swear with families with children around us. She’s been going off the entire dinner. Apparently she hates the kitchen staff and has many other personal thoughts on the place. I’m trully appalled by her behavior. It’s a shame.

Good food, but took forever to get it. The waitress was taking forever to come back and forth. Had at the least a 20-30 minute wait for the waitress to come everytime. The waitress would even go to the table infront of us and take care of them but not even achknoledge us. We have been here an hour and a half mostly waiting for the waitress. She did give us a jar of jam for our wait though.

We had a catering order for a wine maker dinner. We shared the wines and the chef did the rest. We had pastrami salmon and Chile chicken with an assortment of roast vegetables and finger foods. Everything was excellent and all the guests were pleased! Would absolutely get a catering order from here again.

The food at Winnies Manayunk never disappoints. Breakfast is always served and the selections from sweet to savory and both on the same plate are all delicious. On the flip side of the menu, you'll find a collection of sandwiches, burgers and salads along with a few other items. Its not overwhelmingly large or exotic but its not boring either. Everyone in your party is sure to find something appealing and more than likely delicious. I recommend the creme brulee French toast or the chicken and waffles. Did I also mention that pretty much any choice is excellent? The seating can be tight and expect to wait during busy hours. There is sidewalk and porch seating outside when the weather is nice. The atmosphere is very relaxed and you'll see all manner of dress from business to fresh-off-the-road-bike. Come as you are. One star deducted for the service. This is always on our list of great places to eat in Manayunk and the service never stops us from going but it is almost always slow. Wait staff tends to be busy with tables so don't expect a quick refill or to have your check ready after your last bite. They could use a few more servers. Parking is either in the street or lots off of Main street. The Main street parking is not free (coin operated meters) and the parking authority is diligent about enforcement. There are reasonably priced lots all along Main street for a little more cost and if you can't find a spot on Main, you'll find one in a lot.

The food here is delicious. Service is prompt and attentive in a cozy atmosphere. It can get a little loud in here but it's not as bad as some other places. The fresh baked bread is a must, but they sell out quickly.

Not a great experience. The hostess was on the phone taking an order when we came in, so we had to just stand there until she got off the phone before she even acknowledged us. Our waitress took forever to come to the table. Our food took forever (a cesar salad doesnt take 30 min to prepare, and my medium-well burger was still raw inside even after taking 45 min). It's a cute little place, the staff was pleasant, but, the food was just ok, nothing special, and the service was not good. The bill for 1 burger, 1 salad, and 2 fish tacos was $60 (we drank seltzer water) ...totally not worth it. Just a suggestion; If you're shorthanded, you should say something to your customers, so they're not sitting there twiddling their thumbs for a half our before anyone talks to them.

This was a pleasurable dining experience.. My server was fantastic and very sweet. The food was great. We had brunch there today outside dining is also great on nice day. I will say however there were some other customers that waited till after they received there check insisted on separate checks which made it a little chaotic and not to mention rude after all, we did hear the server ask them if they wanted separate checks they replied no. I must say the server handled it promptly and professionally. So yes I recommend brunch at winnie's with 5 stars.

I had the chicken and waffles, which was absolutely delicious! But that’s the only good part of the experience I had at dinner last night..... my server was absolutely neurotic and shouldn’t work in the restaurant industry!! He checked on our table 30 times, sometimes just staring at us, and yes me and my friend counted. We didn’t even get to take our jackets off before we were rushed to decide our drinks before we even looked at the menu. Then when we go to pay, he hands us a tablet to type in our tip (not how portable POS systems are meant to be used??) while he starred over our shoulder brooding and making my friend and I EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Then walked away no thank you or have a goodnight....worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!!

Brunch at Winnie's is delicious, energetic, and a great way to start your day. (Possibly not so much if you are averse to loud noises.) The food/drinks are always delicious and the service is fast and friendly. There are a number of outdoor tables for sidewalk dining. No reservations for Saturday or Sunday brunch but they do offer a 30 minute call ahead.

My waitress Megan was great as well. I would definitely recommend going there for some great brunch and I will be back there again.

What a fun place and great food. The wait was over 30 minutes for a table in a standing crowd at the entrance- elbow to elbow. Once we were seated, service was fast and we had a delicious basket of bread and lovely jam in minutes. Coffee was hot and good. Portions were huge and food was delicious. Breakfast Burrito and Chicken and Waffles were solid. The wait and crowd would make it inaccessible for someone with a disability or for an elderly person who could not stand. There is a bench but we couldn't even see it while in the crowd. I would call first and ask for a table to be set aside or for a specific time if waiting would be difficult. They don't take reservations but everyone should be able to enjoy this fun place. Sunday morning, Winnie's was the place to be!

Charming spot with selections that make it hard to decide. I had turkey pot pie, lots of turkey, thick gravy, and great assortment of veggies. Winter sangria was the perfect complement. The corn bread was so good we bought a loaf to take home from their market.

On the main drag in Manayunk, Winnie's offers a full menu of entrees and appetizers with friendly service. We had the zuchinni fries and they were crispy delicious. My chicken and salad was tasty. Order the truffle fries, they won't stay on your plate very long!

Came after 2 PM, so they only served their lunch menu. I got the chicken sandwich and it was very good! I got the fries in place of the chips (not sure if I was charged extra for that.) Their homemade lemonade is the perfect blend of sweet and sour from the lemons :) If the weather permits, I reccomend sitting outdoors!

Waited a very long time to be seated even though they said 20 minutes. Then after taking our order we waited another 45 minutes for our food. My $14.75 salad came with mostly a mound of lettuce! Terrible wait time and food not worth the cost!

We went there on a busy Sunday morning. Despite the rush were seated relatively quickly. The servers helped seat up a high chair and drawing sheets for my niece and were extremely patient. Pricing is fair. Food quality is on point. Don’t let the burrito scare, all the love is on the inside. The chicken and waffles should be more honestly (could try whole waffle, 2 chicken and 2 egg), but tastes amazing. The rancheos is great as is, be wary of tortilla chips might get soggy of course. The fries/wedges, are lackluster is quantity. Overall: burrito wins. And increase quantity.

My husband and I decided to ride our bikes 20 miles to Wnnie's. My husband highly recommended the place. I ordered wings and asked specifically not to include flats. The waiter said It wouldn't have been a problem. My husband ordered the salmon burger and they both took so long to come. When my wings finally arrived they were all flats and that I totally didn't order that. The waiter apologized, asked if I would.like to re-orde. As long as it took to come, i declined. He didn't even offer a discount on my husband meal for the inconvenience. . I walked inside to pay the bill. Clearly the manager was aware she because I heard her ask him about the situation. After we didn't eat together and I had to bike 20 miles back home hungr . I will never go back nor recommend this place.

Pretty great food, bar service is subpar. This is the 2nd time that we were 1 of only 3 or 4 groups at the bar and there were 2 bartenders. Took 15 minutes to have someone come to us and would have ordered more drinks but they only came to us when the food was brought out and when we aggressively waved to get our check. Weird service but will probably go back and sit at a table.

I’ve been coming to Winnie’s for a few years. The food is generally OK but pricey. $15.50 for a lox platter which includes 1 piece of bread and a few piece of lox? That’s ridiculous. The service on the other hand is horrendous. I feel like I’m lucky if they come around once during my meal to ask if I need anything. Picking up food is a hassle as you have to squeeze into the bar to pick it up and pay. For how many people working there, you would think service would be much better.

Wonderful service and good food. We came with a visiting family member and were pleased with our experience. Our server was very quick to keep us refilled and to keep extra plates out of the way. We were lucky to come in and find it relatively empty, which was surprising around dinner time during the week. The fish and chips I got were good tasting. Prices were a little steeper than expected, but the food was pretty good.

I came in with my whole family yesterday for brunch . I brought my Mom because I told her how good the food was . I’ve been to Winnie’s several times My Mom and I ordered the cure which I had before . After over an hour waiting for everyone’s food it finally came out . It wasn’t edible . The whole thing was burnt on the bottom . It tasted terrible ! I was so disappointed. My daughter attends college near by and I didn’t want to embarrass her or the server by complaining but the server didn’t even ask why I didn’t touch my food . So very upsetting to pay for food that I couldn’t eat .

Great spot and great food. It doesn't completely stand out from other great pub fare, but it was here before the crazy and has staid high quality. The best way to experience this place for me was to go on a Tuesday for lunch and not deal with the noise and the crowd on Saturday and Sunday. Their mimosa selection and mixing is on point.

Local spot near us & their brunch menu is to die for. Had a party of 8 and seated us fairly quickly for an Easter brunch. Got to try a bit of everything and the cranberry mimosa had me ordering back to back! The staff moves like clockwork and checks in constantly. Stop by and try their chicken and waffles too! I ate lunch at Winnie’s today during the peak of their business hours. The food took over an hour to get to the table, which I might attribute to the busy time of day, but the chicken breast in my sandwich had a rubbery texture and seemed possibly undercooked. For a 14 dollar sandwich, I would at least expect the meat to be cooked well. My friend had pancakes, which he seemed to like, but my queasy stomach won’t have me returning any time soon.

Great breakfast spot, awesome selection of mimosa's and other quirky things breakfast items. Friendly staff, overall good food. Their jam that comes with the bread is pretty amazing too, I'm really surprised that they give that away for free with (what seems to be) freshly made cornbread.

I went to Winnie's yesterday for brunch, now I usually enjoy dining there but this time the kitchen lost our ticket so our food took a long time to arrive to the table. Please don't get me wrong, it was still good and the waiter was very apologetic and did his best to get the food out as quickly as possible, also a very nice woman, who I assume is the manager came over to apologize BUT nothing was done to compensate for the inconvenience. When the food FINALLY came out my order was slightly off but my omelet was amazing as usual

Excellent service, however my breakfast burrito and her poached eggs, chicken & waffle combo were sub par. You can tell the kitchen was busy and the quality of the food suffered. Detail: over cooked poached egg, cold chicken and burrito was dry inside and didn’t have enough sauce on top.

I had breakfast at Winnies this morning. Very nice atmosphere. I was greeted with a smile and my waitress was very pleasant. The bread and house jam served upon seating was delightful, the coffee was very good and my omelette was great. Nice to see the simple things done right!
