In town for work and ate lunch here. The chicken meatball sub was excellent and the red-skin potato salad was better than most. What I really recommend are the walnut sticky buns: delicious! If I'm in Hanover again I'll absolutely stop here.

The quality and freshness of the meats are rivaled by none. Definitely my favorite place to stop and grab a sandwich. The self serve soup is always spot on and I love the cream of crab. The amount of meat and toppings they put on their subs, sandwiches and wraps is insane. You won’t leave hungry.

Exceptional. The food was excellent; presentation was professional; and the service was without a doubt the best I have ever experienced. We had a family reunion at the Warehime-Myers Mansion and the warmth and service they provided there made it feel like a homecoming. Andy, Dani, and the staff were all very attentive to our needs the entire time. Not only was the service 5-star, so was the food - great variety, fresh, deliciously prepared with great sauces and dips to enhance it even more. Recently used Shultz Deli for a baby shower. Everything was perfect! Everyone at the shower kept commenting on how good everything was. The food presentation was perfect. Andy was really awesome to work with. I highly recommend them for any catering needs anyone may have!!!!

Don't waste your lunch hour here you probably won't make it back before your entire shift ends. This is the second time I've been here in a different time frame. Neither time was I created or acknowledged as a customer. There's absolutely no organization. The first time I visited castelli my chicken salad sandwich was delicious but only after waiting 20 minutes to be served. I thought it would be a better idea to go at a different time frame and see if the customer service was any better or quicker. I was thoroughly disappointed. If you have an overabundant amount of time to wait on your food I'm sure you will get a good sandwich.

I'm sorry but this place is unbelievable! My son sold subs, sandwiches, and pizza for his school. I never had so many complaints about a fundraiser. The pretzel sandwiches were burnt. The sub rolls were flakey stale. The pizza had absolutely no taste (maybe old) not sure. I contacted the company and they wanted me to bring back all the items from everyone that bought it. Mind you we sold to businesses and not everyone lives close by. My customers weren't expecting bad food. They made it and threw it away didn't save the no good food. Just awful looks bad on me.

This is the second time I ordered from Shultz to help out my niece's and nephew's for sports. Never again will I order from here. Sandwiches are terrible!! The pretzel roll was burnt (that was the first order). They did remake them for my sister. The remake for second sandwich wasn't bad but why did she have to call and complain to get it fixed. I ordered a second time and I purchased a pizza this time, again was disappointed the pizza had no taste at all. Years ago this place used to be my favorite place to order pretzel sandwiches. I will now order from Sammy Sandwiches at least I know they are perfect everytime!!

Decent food, but that will be my last time in there today. No one advised me that you MUST take a number to be served and not "frowned down upon", after all, there were only one or two people in front of me, not like there was a line out the door. The lady behind me took a number and I figured that's okay, I was here ahead of her I'm sure they will just take me in order. Not the case! They basically looked daggers at me when I told them I had not seen the number taking machine so they proceeded to skip over me and take the person after me, and that is when I stormed out. I've never been treated so rudely after waiting in line patiently for over 10 minutes while some of the slowest people I've ever come across make the food for you. Customer service like this should not be tolerated and/or accepted at any time. This is not the first time I've had to wait for service and have had rude people behind the counter taking my order that can barely give you the time of day. I sure hope my kid's school does not go back there for their fundraising cards, because they did not even allow me to use 2 of them at a time, just one per visit. They have lost my business from here on out, what a shame.

I was in last Saturday and I heard some guy being COMPLETELY rude to a girl in the kitchen area. With me working in food service before, that would be considered HARASSMENT. No one should ever have their employees being treated that way. Its unprofessional and that guy should be reprimanded for how he spoke to that girl. I wont be back in that place Til hes gone.

I ordered a small BLT on toasted white bread. The served portion was ample and so tasty. I also had a pickle spear and potato chips, both were delicious. To drink I refreshed with a fountain soda on ice. The establishment is bright, clean, and eye-pleasing. I departed completely sated.
