My friends hired these folks to cater their wedding. Here are a couple of noteworthy issues they had, which I witnessed first-hand. First, the bartenders were awful. There was constantly a line of 15 people waiting. Turns out, they weren't actual bartenders at all. They were the caterer's wife and neighbor, and had no bartending skills whatsoever. I would call them incompetent, but that would be a compliment. Second, some of the wait staff had no clue what they were doing. When one of them was walking around with hors d'oeuvres, I asked what it was, and she said she didn't know, she was just asked to serve them. Seriously? I mean I don't expect you to know all the ingredients or how it was prepared, but at least know the name of it. It was Chicken Wellington, by the way. So just be careful that the service you pay for, may not be the service you get.

!!!SCAM ARTIST ALERT!!! They definitely didn't earn a single star. Straight up scam artists! My best friends wedding was nearly ruined by their terrible performance. Incompetent bartenders to say the least! There was one specific request for capable bar staff and this clown threw his wife and neighbor behind the bar who had zero experience and terrible people skills just so they could collect tips from the guests. Absolutely the worst catering I have ever witnessed. Do NOT Book this ripoff artist! I could go on and on describing all of their shortcomings, save yourself the agony and have your friends kids cater your event, guaranteed to be at least one star better than this company!
