As an event planner I've had several opportunities to work with Feastivities over the years and they never cease to amaze me ! Their food is delicious, the presentation is always creative and their timing is precise! On a recent occasion we had to fire our caterer 2 days before the event, I placed an emergency call to Bernice, she was offsite so she passed the baton to Owen. Like I mentioned, I am always impressed by Feastivities, but I was especially so this time because Owen (who is pretty young) handled himself and his team with the mature expertise of a 40 year veteran! Hats off to Owen! If you are looking to hire a caterer, you can never go wrong with Feastivities!

We hosted a Welcome Reception, in lieu of a rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. We wanted a casual event featuring typical Philadelphia food. The menu they proposed was EXACTLY what we envisioned (Cheesesteaks, pork sandwiches, pretzels, water ice, tasty cakes. etc.) The night of the event could not have gone any better. The food was absolutely delicious - all our guests raved about it - and very authentic. The staff was amazing! They were incredibly professional and pleasant. They each went above and beyond what I would have expected from them. We couldn't have been more pleased with how our event turned out. I would absolutely contract Feastivities again. They handled our casual event beautifully and I have no doubt they would make any event, formal to casual, exactly the way you envision it. Aside from being so responsive to our vision, they thought of many things we did not and brought it to our attention. Every detail was addressed. They are extraordinary.

While we enjoyed all the preparation work, coordination and communication with Lauren prior to our event, things quickly took a turn right before our wedding. Everything leading up to the event appeared so wonderful - we were told that things will be taken care of for us, that the prices will be fair, no hidden fees, certain parts will be complimentary, that they want the event to be wonderful and stress-free...etc. etc... These were all false promises. Long story short, what they promised us were lies. Here are a few things as examples: 1) The decor they did beforehand was minimal (we had copious amounts of orchids left over that were not added to the decor, it cost SO much money and had to be all thrown away because Feastivities didn't actually use it to add it to the decor, they did the minimum and tossed the rest to the side). 2) Be careful with the invoices, they fudge numbers to make it equal to what they want it to equal to. Basically they decide on the total and will then change numbers as they please so that it amounts to what they aim to charge - terrible and insulting. Not even to mention that they required a payment but refused to talk to us about the invoice until a few days before the wedding! (Knowing you're stressed and wouldn't want to deal with more problems! They take advantage of couples and I'm sure they get away with it) Also, their math made no sense... and only after A LOT of back and fourth did they admit to being unable to do simple math. 3) "Our staff will make sure you and your husband always have a drink in hand! You're our priority!" - guess what? I couldn't even get a glass of water at my own wedding! Meanwhile their staff stood off to the side doing nothing. 4) What you try at your tasting won't be what you get at your event - way smaller portions and much poorer quality. Just another lie. 5) Supposedly they help you pack up at the end of the event and make sure you don't have to worry about cleaning up- what that actually means is "we will dump everything by the door for you to deal with." My husband and I spent 2 hours after our wedding packing and cleaning up: beautiful sendoff - thank you Feastivities Events! There are few things I would change about my wedding, but hiring Feastivities Events is DEFINITELY one of them.

Fantastic! Genevieve and Melissa were there from start to finish. My wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Not only are you getting a caterer for your wedding/event but you're getting the full service of having an experienced professional there with you helping you. I would recommend them again and again. We hired Dawn at Feastivites for our May wedding at the Highlands Mansion in Ft. Washington, PA. With a chef fiancé, our wedding food had to be impeccable. We also wanted someone to coordinate the day so we or my family did not have to lift a finger. From the first meeting to the last dance, Dawn helped us plan and throw off the most fun day of our lives. The food looked and tasted amazing (7 appetizers, 2 main courses and side dishes all cooked to perfection!) and well worth the cost. Dawn and her staff were attentive yet not pushy with us and all the guests and I never once saw an empty glass or dirty plate sitting out for more than a few seconds. If you can swing the budget, I would recommend Feastivities to anyone who wants a delicious and relaxing wedding (or other special event).

They are not simply repeating a formula for every event - rather, they make sure that their food, presentation, and decor are unique to each customer, making each event a fun, entertaining, and original experience. Feastivities handles everything - food, rentals, flowers, and decor. Their teams work together to make sure that the event is cohesive and flawless. Feastivities was phenomenal. The coordinator (Emily) they provided was on top of every little detail, responded quickly and helpfully, and never once pushed back or tried to talk us out of things we wanted for our wedding (as many other vendors did). The tasting was fantastic and informative, and the food at the actual wedding was EXACTLY as we tasted it, served piping hot and delicious. They were helpful in finding a way to get what we wanted for the budget we had, and helped us to have a perfect wedding, exactly as we envisioned it. I would recommend Feastivities to anyone planning their wedding (and have been doing so to anyone that will listen). Everything was perfect.

We worked with Feastivities due to our wedding being at a partner location. Their team and Annie in particular was very responsive and organized a fantastic wedding. Their service during the event was great (particularly as a bride/groom) and we particularly loved the passed hors d'oeuvres.

I spent about 2 years planning a wedding that was intentionally a little off-kilter. Needless to say, in the attempt to create a unique, fun, and surprising experience for my guests, I had to overcome a ton of snags. To cut to the chase, Feastivities is the single element of our wedding that, when I look back, I know was the reason everything went so beautifully. Who knows how the evening would have unfolded if we went with a caterer that was not also masquerading as a five-star kitchen, wedding planner, day-of coordinator, juggler, and therapist. What a group - such talented, considerate, hard working, and dedicated people! I will be recommending Feastivities to all of my friends, families, and cooworkers looking to plan an event. And the bottom line is - their food is unbeatably amazing.

Feastivities is the marvelous cater for our wedding at Christ Church. Great food that accommodates our taste/preference, a little bit of eastern flavor, great service and organization, great decoration, most important of all, Lauren is such a nice and responsible person to work with and I truly enjoyed the whole process planning the whole event with her and Feastivities. Working with the Feastivities team, to plan our wedding with The Stotesbury Mansion was a very enjoyable experience. Hannah was always helpful, willing to answer our questions and responded to us in a timely manner. Her team took care of anything and everything that I can think of for our special day and coordinated with many of our outside vendors (floral, DJ, etc.). The food, drinks, and service was simply amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future. Thank you so much for making our favorite day so easy and special.

Feastivities is amazing!!!! They catered my wedding in August in Lancaster PA. We met Lauren at an open house for another wedding venue and had an immediate connection with her. We asked if she and Feastivities would travel the WHOLE way to Lancaster to cater our wedding and they gladly did! We thoroughly enjoyed going to the food tasting, it was fun, filling and the chef was accommodating and gracious. They were very concerned about food allergies and requests which we appreciate. Lauren met with us multiple times at the site. She was very easy to get in touch with and answered all questions quickly. After the wedding all I heard about was how great the food was and how wonderful the severs were. If I had another big event to plan/host I would hire them again!

I had the pleasure work with Doug and Justin from Feastivities for my 10.5.13 wedding! This team was so amazing! Since my venue wasn't a "traditional" wedding space, we had to bring in everything ourselves! Doug and Justin worked out all the rentals and designed the space exactly the way I envisioned. Our food was unique , innovative and delicious! We interviewed a few caterers before we booked our tasting with Feastivities. I was blown away by the presentation and professionalism. I am so happy that we worked with them on our wedding day! Our guests loved our venue and raved about the food! I highly recommend Feastivities for your next event! My company hired Feastivities to cater a happy hour event in our office. We had never hosted an event before and they (specifically Nancy) helped us every step of the way. Nancy was so patient as I hounded her with basic questions and really helped me think through the best logistics for the event. She was organized, timely, and helped us plan everything perfectly. At the actual event, Nancy and Olivia were amazing. They helped us throw a great event with great food and drinks. They were also incredibly patient with us as our event started late and their team had to work overtime. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with Feastivities! We recently had our wedding at the beautiful Smithville Mansion and had Feastivities catering the event. We were extremely happy with how our wedding day went. From the food, to the decorations, to the excellent service, the event was everything we wanted it to be. In the beginning I had my doubts about how the event would turn out. Throughout the year of planning we had 3 different contacts at Feastivities, and worked with Lauren G the longest. I get the impression that the entire catering business tends to see a lot of turnover. We also loved the venue we picked but also had quite a bit of turnover on the venue side as well and dealt with an additional 3 different contacts for Smithville. Unfortunately, the only Feastivities employees that had ever witnessed a wedding at Smithville no longer worked with the company so there was a bit of fumbling around to understand the intricacies of dealing with a county run venue. I am a very type A personality and kept track of all the details. I think this really helped as we transitioned through different contacts. I’m sure I drove Lauren a little nuts with all my questions and wanting to stick to the timeline that was set by her predecessor. She never let it show though and was always very professional. We attended our tasting with Feastivities with Chef Kim and loved the attention to detail and personalization that Feastivities was able to offer. My husband and I love to travel and used this as our theme so they helped us pick appetizers that showed this. We also talked about our love of Vietnamese food and specifically Bahn Mi so we were surprised when they found a way to work a Bahn Mi slider into the appetizer menu. We had also picked a fall salad out for the tasting but were urged to try the grilled caesar salad and it was so fantastic we changed our minds right there. Our guests raved about that salad and I could eat it daily. We also went with the stuffed chicken breast with a pesto cream sauce and the BBQ beef brisket for a sit down dinner. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful. Lauren and the rest of the Feastivities staff were amazing with how they decorated the venue and how they treated our guests. At one point one of our guests had a medical emergency and a server noticed that he wasn’t looking well. The server sat with our guest, gave him water and a towel, and sat with him until the ambulance arrived. They did all this without the bride and groom finding out. We found out after the event and I am so grateful that Feastivities was professional and helped to get our guest to medical attention. Lauren not only decorated the venue for us but she also broke everything down and packed it up into our truck. She allowed us and our bridal party to relax while they took care of everything. At midnight Lauren was still at the venue finishing packing up for us. We will always remember how great our wedding was and I will be forever searching for a grilled caesar salad now!

After using Festivities for our wedding at the Stotesbury Mansion in Philadelphia this past September, I cannot say enough good things about them. We worked specifically with Hannah, who helped us along every step of the way, and I attribute all of her expertise and assistance throughout the entire process to making our special day feel so memorable and so personalized. Festivities made sure that both of us felt comfortable with everything that was being decided on in each step of the planning process, from the tasting menu, down to our signature cocktails served at the reception. Almost every single guest we've talked to afterwards couldn't stop raving about the wedding, and more specifically about how great the quality the food was, especially with an event with 100 people. I would absolutely choose to book Festivities again!

I don't know where to start except everything was perfect. Our wedding planning started late so we were in a rush to get everything done but as soon as we stepped into their office and met with Bernice we felt comfortable and relieved. They even have a florist in house so we got all of our flowers there too. Everything was exactly the way it was planned and more so. From the food tasting to the end of the wedding was fantastic. We love how our guests are still raving about our wedding. Thank you Bernice and to Feastivities.
