Very professional facility looking foward to start working at the company

C&J Catering comes hand in hand with Ironstone Ranch where we celebrated our wedding. Little did we know that on the day we booked our venue and C&J Catering that those individuals would become so near and dear during the planning process. C&J Catering provides catering and wedding planning services as well as day of coordinating services, floral, decor services and more. Each individual we worked with throughout the planning process was consistently friendly, patient, and caring as well as professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. Melissa F., Evon, Alexis, Jill, Carol, and additionally Megan and Melissa P. (who have since left the company) are amazing! I cannot speak highly enough of each person. They each went above and beyond to make our wedding vision come to life! Evon was our diligent, organized, spectacular catering coordinator! She made sure that our food service on Friday (rehearsal dinner and welcome party) and Saturday (cocktail hour with extra food, dinner, smores bar, candy apple bar, cookie table, barista bar) for 150 and 200+ guests was fantastic! I don't know how she does it! The behind the scenes workers on the day of from the chefs to the bartenders and servers are great! Everything, each aspect of our wedding day, came together beautifully and exceeded our expectations! We received many compliments about it all! We really appreciate all that they did to bring our wedding vision to life! Floral & Decor: We chose C&J Floral and Decor Services because of the anticipated ease of utilizing services from one company. This notion proved to be true. (Although I do believe C&J and Ironstone work well with all vendors.) Melissa P. our first designer and later Jill our second designer both devoted themselves to bringing the vision of our floral and decor to life on our wedding day. A year before our wedding Melissa P. put together a full scale sample set-up of all of the flowers for the weekend. She kept detailed notes and pictures which helped with the eventual transition to our second designer. Jill impressed us with her very detailed review of the notes and photos. She understood immediately what we wanted and made our vision come to life. On the day of, the flowers for the church, barn, tent, bouquets and all were absolutely beautiful! The decor in the barn, tent and on the grounds was excellent. Literally everything was perfect. Thank you, Jill! Day of Coordinator: Hiring a day of coordinator was worth every penny while working with C&J Catering. Early on, there were company changes so Melissa graciously volunteered to be my wedding day coordinator as we had already established a relationship. She reached out to me on more than one occasion to let me know she was available if I had questions, concerns, or just needed to talk. When I did have moments of needing someone to talk to she generously gave of her time, patience, knowledge, insight, and more. She went above and beyond. We were married at Ironstone Ranch and had rented the property for Friday and Saturday. Melissa was again gracious with her time to be present on both days: for our rehearsal on Friday and all of Saturday. In those final moments when everything was coming together, I felt so blessed to have her there with me. The moment was emotional and I felt such comfort being able to look to her for guidance. She quietly and meticulously took over all of the details on Saturday so that I could enjoy the moment. I didn't have to ask or provide direction. She just knew what to do. Family and friends were thankful as well for her presence and guidance. Vendors too were thankful for her guidance, communication and coordination. Melissa is amazing! I'm so very thankful to have had her be a part of our wedding planning process from day one of choosing Ironstone through the final day. I highly recommend a day of coordinator. Thank you, Melissa, for being so fantastic!

I attended a Visit Hershey and Harrisburg Fall partner event that they hosted and catered at their new event venue , The 903. Everything looked and tasted wonderful and everyone was super friendly!

My daughter was married on September 4, 2016 at Moonstone Manor in Elizabethtown with C&J as the caterers. From our first meeting with Melissa at a Bridal Showcase, we knew we wanted to make an appointment with C&J. We spoke with her again at one of the venues we visited and were still convinced that this was the caterer we wanted. The tasting was delicious! My daughter and her fiancé were thrilled with the choices and how wonderful everything tasted. Melissa allowed us to customize the menu and make changes several times! A week or so before the wedding, Melissa and Eileen met me at our venue and asked me a LOT of questions! I had thought I was pretty organized, but they pointed out all the little details I had forgotten and TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING! I was so relieved after that meeting. I knew that those women were going to take care of us wonderfully. The day of the wedding Eileen realized that I had forgotten to order napkins for the reception! No problem, she said. She called C&J, and napkins were delivered. She also noted that one table lacked a flower arrangement, and she and Penny (the owner of Moonstone Manor) moved flowers from the ceremony site and artfully arranged them on the lonely table. No one could tell the difference. Eileen, who is as sweet as she is organized, and her staff were wonderful at the reception. The bartenders and waiters were efficient and professional, and the food was fabulous. My guests raved about everything. I have two other daughters, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use C&J catering again. The price and the quality were extraordinary. Thank you, Eileen and Melissa. You made the day a great success.

The food provided was good and I can not complain. However, there was a major draw back to working with this company. DANIELLE STODDARD, our assigned event consultant From the first moment we met with Danielle it was clear she lacks people skills. She was dismissive, arrogant, condescending and rude to myself, my wife, and both of our families. While our wedding was wonderful we had issues with the seating arrangements the day of the wedding that had to be resolved by the bride to be. We also had issues with our signature drink. Not only did C and J run out of the signature drink (which was payed for separately) , but once the issue was addressed she responded with an email that did not resolve the issue and was again rude and dismissive. If you choose to do business with this company I would highly recommend asking for some other than Danielle.

We are using C&J catering for our wedding in May 2019. But we are not just using them for catering we are also using them for a deserts, day off coordination and floral and decor. Yes they really do offer all of those services. So far they have made us feel sobwelcome and a part of the family. They have been prompt to answer emails and will to listen to what you want, tell you if they think it won't work but also offer a suggestion for something similar. We have had a tasting with them and their food is delicious and the florals they had on display we're gorgeous too. I will have to update after our wedding.

My husband really enjoyed working for this company. They even made me a strawberry cheesecake for my birthday. It was to die for!

Very rude staff, they took full beer and threw them out, staff made me feel like we were keeping them from leaving. They even took all the water from everyone! I will never recommend them! Extremely disappointing.
