We loved working with Michael and Peter for our wedding. They were flexible with my vegan diet, and really excited about the specifics of table layouts, decor, etc. The guests were really positive and loved the food. They boxed up leftovers for us to eat in the days following the wedding. They were a joy to work with!

As a wedding coordinator here in town I get to work with the staff at Premier Catering many times during wedding season. Having seen them in action over the past 8 years I am still so impressed by their out-of-this-world customer service. They are quick with their emails, oh so accommodating, and really do anything they can to make the wedding planning process as smooth as possible. Their prices are great and the value they provide is unheard of. And then there is the food. The food is so delicious, and the menu options are so vast. I just cannot say enough about this team - other than, definitely check them out. You wont be disappointed.

Had our wedding catered by Premier this summer at Mt Hood B+B and it could not have been better! We still are complimented as to how delicious the food was. The staff they had serving were friendly and professional, and the food was great. The price they have cant be beat either, we looked all over and these guys are no-nonsense and no hidden fees. You wont be disappointed with Premier, we really loved the service they provided.

My now-husband and I first met John a few months before our wedding after seeing some good reviews and were so impressed with the professionalism and expertise he provided. He never tried to pressure us into anything we didn’t want and always asked for our opinions first. He was able to give cost saving advice on some of the decorations and stayed within our budget. He also made the experience of picking out our food/decorations enjoyable and always had excellent tips to share. I never had to stress about my wedding because John took care of EVERYTHING; food, drinks, decorations, timeline, you name it! On top of that he also always responded to my calls and emails within 10min during the busy wedding season! John and his team showed up early to the venue and transformed the bland, boring space into a beautiful, relaxing wedding! I’ve had wedding buffets in the past and really wasn’t looking forward to having one at my own but we couldn’t afford a sit down service dinner. The minute we tried the food at our tasting all my worries went out the door. The entire menu was delicious, it was so unique we almost couldn’t make up our minds. My favorite part of the whole day was the food, I’m not kidding, ask my husband!! John had someone assigned to me and my groom the whole day to make sure we were fed! I’m gluten free and my guests aren’t, so John made an extra special meal just for me!! All of my guests commented after the wedding how great the food was and said it was one of the best meals they’ve ever had at a wedding. We even had some extra food to take home which we put in the freezer. It was so nice coming home to delicious prepped meals after our honeymoon. I would recommend Primiere Catering to anyone who wants delicious food, professional staff, and stress free planning!!

We hired Premiere catering for our daughter's wedding at the Foundry in Lake Oswego. They earned a 6 star rating from me. They met with us several times before our event. Each meeting was extremely professional. The night my husband, myself and the future bride and groom gathered at Premiere catering to do our tasting was impressive. They set up a wedding type table and we tasted appetizers and main course options as we viewed a running photo gallery of past Foundry weddings. This gave us ideas for room lay-out, linens and decorations. When planning a wedding the largest expense is the catering, so why not hire the best? Premiere catering will make any large event special.

From going with us to pick our linens, to the complimentary tasting, we knew this would be the perfect fit. Our reception at the West End Ballroom was setup beautifully by Premiere Catering and all our guests talked about how good the food was. It was a perfect fit for us and we are so happy we chose Premiere!

Dropped my cousins cake at her beautiful wedding and refused to reimburse her even though it was 100% their fault everybody saw it and now they're lying saying somebody bumped into them which was not the case at all it was seen by at least 100 people some of the most unprofessional staff I have ever come across

I cannot thank Michael and the Premier Catering staff enough for helping us on our big day!! Since day one, Michael has been very prompt in answering all of our questions and emails (which there were A LOT of them) and always had great suggestions which helped us make decisions though out this process. The food was AMAZING!!!! All of my guests were absolutely raving about the food and several of them said that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Michael was also very accommodating. My husband is from India and we were allowed to bring in Indian food and Premier set it up with the rest of our food. We also provided most of our own alcohol and we were able to drop it off with Premier a couple days before the wedding so that we didn’t have to worry about making sure it was cold or getting it all there in one piece. The day of the wedding went better than we could have hoped for! The Premier staff was very efficient in everything that they did while still paying attention to detail and every single person was very friendly and helpful if we needed something. I would definitely recommend Premier Catering to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you Premiere Catering for making our day special!!
