They catered a picnic the company I worked for. The food was ok, but the servers barelyed communicated. When asked if I wanted white or dark meat and I asked if I can have both, my idea was to share with my one year old, he said no and gave me a leg. I was even an hour late to the event so the majority of people had ate.

I first had Philyaw's BBQ at a wedding in Roseburg this past summer and it was outstanding, I then decided to use them to caterer our tailgates on two different occasions for Oregon football games. I consider myself a BBQ Connoisseur and let me tell you their BBQ Pork is to die for, everyone at our tailgate raves about their BBQ Pork and the sliced Brisket. The owner Dino is all about service and their crew did a great job servicing our events. I highly recommend Philyaw's Cookout & Catering.

WOW! Great BBQ. I come to Eugene for the summer's and live in Arizona for the Winters and I don't leave back to Arizona until October. I was at a Tailgate for Oregon Football game that Philyaw's catered last season and I was amazed how good the Brisket was and that BBQ sauce is very tasty. Got to meet the owner who is a very nice man.

Philyaws catered our tailgate this year at Ducks football game. I thought the food was wonderful. The meat was fresh and the mac and cheese was unbelievable. The chef or service person was incredibly nice. He was constantly cleaning and organizing while attending to everyone's needs. I know that it's his job to provide service, but it was above and beyond what you would typically expect at a football event. The owner stopped by a few times to thank us for our business and make sure everything was good. Great food. Great service. Great people.

Philyaw's catered my daughter's wedding reception in September. They showed up at the time scheduled and were great to work with. The meat choices and side dishes were all amazing. There was plenty of food for everyone and we had leftovers. Everyone loved the food. I would definitely recommend Philyaw's.
