Came in to pick up a doordash order. Patiently waited as customers were served who walked in after me, 3 employees made eyes with me yet did not ask me if I needed help as I stood there with my bright red doordash bag. Finally a girl yelled across the restaurant, whats the name on your order? I proceeded to the counter and she handed me a large bag and an overfilled drink with no lid or straw. She stares at me struggling to juggle, my doordash bag with the food, my keys and now a large drink without a lid. So I ask, may I have a lid and straw please? She points behind me and says, they're over there and walks off. Apparently, the same service that is offered to customers who dine in, is not offered to those who are there to deliver. It should not matter if the food is for me or someone else, everyone deserves customer service. Extremely disappointed with the lack of effort from this locations employees. I will no longer accept orders from this location, nor will I ever dine here.

I had a to-go order a little over a week ago. Their online ordering service, Snapfinger, was down, so I had to call it in. I get home and see that they didn’t put the chili on the side of the spud and worse than that, it wasn’t even veggie chili, so I couldn’t eat anything. In addition, they forgot the tomatos, green onion and sour cream- it was just cheese and chili. They also forgot to add lettuce to a sandwich, but that’s not a big deal. I did go ahead and call and the manager sent 2 free meal vouchers. I told her just one was fine, but she said it’s standard and I thanked her. Today I go to cash-in the voucher. They did get the veggie chili correct, but forgot the cheese and the sour cream for the potato- cheese being a main staple of a baked potato. Also, my four-cheese griller was nearly as hard as a rock. My dogs had to chew forever just to get it down, as it was worthless to me. It’s time to take a break from McAlister’s or just drive a little further to the Memorial location.

Don't waste your time.... I came here today to eat. I like the restaurant. But today they were only concerned about clearing the line while there was no wear to sit for their customers! Multiple tables that were not bused. 10-15 people standing around trying to clean off spaces on dirty tables to sit. We waited for 15 minutes to get a table cleaned after asking and no one ever came to clean it. I asked for a manager and told her the situation. He response was amazing. Instead of saying I am so sorry let me get that cleaned right now. She says...would you like it to go... I was floored. Unbelievably poor service from a manager. She should NOT be in her position. I will not be back to this location until they can find better management. I hope the GM for this location takes this seriously.

Ordered a baked potato with sour cream on the side. Didn’t come with sour cream although it was listed 3 times on the order form and so I ate half a dried potato. Spoke with a manager who said they would mail me vouchers to compensate and that was October 2nd. Still have not received those almost a month later so I figure they were never sent. Definitely won’t be trying this location again seeing similar reviews to this one.

Placed a takeout order today in the store. After standing and waiting for who knows how long--watching everyone that ordered after us get their food--they refused my request for a complimentary drink for my daughter. Then I got home and realized they shorted me a meal... Fortunately it was just my order (although that was the most expensive one) so I chose not to go back to have it fixed. Shame on me for not checking the order. Shame on them for everything else.

It's hard for me to pay $10 for a sandwich and a cup of soup. The sandwiches are good, but the soup is obviously the big bag thrown into hot water to heat up (same as Sprouts soups). If you like sweet tea, this is one of the better places around.

There are a few of these delis in the Greenville area. The food is pre prepped, a bit salty, priced in the high range comparitively and good enough for casual gatherings. Service staff is attentive, except for the unhappy young blond who drags herself through her shift.

Liked coming here when they first opened but over the last year or so the quality has gone way down. More often than not the restaurant is dirty and hard to find a place to sit that's actually clean. Half the time the food isn't that great either especially for what you're charged. Hopefully they can turn it around.

T'was a funny wait here - Zack received me very friendly and supportive waiting at the counter in an otherwise almost empty restaurant - around 6pm on a Monday. There were but a few customers seated at two tables, another Doordasher came in later. Even more so, I was quite surprised yet amused that a staff of chef, cashier and 2 waitresses somehow needed about 5 mins to figure out which order matched which dishes. Hint for the chef: you kinda overwhelmed them with your speed: 3 orders ready at once was seemingly just to much. Maybe it was really just due to the lack of customers and the thus missing flow feeling. The food I took out however had a great taste to it (Rachel, the small sis of Reuben and cucumber tomato salad) I would love to have a full-sized option of that salad, I am going to check on that next time. I also liked the rustic setting inside, which somewhat reminded me of northern Italy.

The service wasn't great. The iced sweet tea had a bitter after taste like it had been drowned in pesticide! I ordered the French dip with horseradish, they forgot to add the horseradish. The Swiss on their tasty cheap so did the Angus, the potato salad tasted like it been drowned in mayonnaise and I do not care for mayonnaise! It was about $12 plus tip all together. It was gross I don't recommend them!

I used to enjoy McAlister's, and while they're still friendly they just seem to be missing something. There's a number of choices but other than the baked potato, and tea, nothing's really a wow.

I have visited several McAlister's and none have disappeared me. I had stopped by this McAlister on lunch break and once again outstanding food at very reasonable prices. The restaurant was clean and the staff was as all lovers very friendly and helpful. I would recommend McAlister to anyone wanting good health food , good atmosphere and friendly staff.

I went with a group from work. I had checked the online menu, and knew what I wanted. The lady at the register was friendly. I had the Pecanberry Salad. It had pecan pralines, strawberries, blueberries, and various greens. The dressing was raspberry vinegrete. The salad is a seasonal option, that is delicious. The servers were friendly, the service good. It was a good time for our group.

I came into and was having a bad day and so I was in a mood and didn't know quite what I wanted. So then this Manger comes up with a smile on his face. He introduced himself and was very polite Randy that's its I remember because I have an uncle by that name. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped me select a sandwich which was the jalapeno crunch which was delicious btw and he even came over to ask if I needed any refills and if i was enjoying my sandwich and he made me feel at home. Hopefully he's there on my next visit because I will tell all my friends and family about the great hospitality I was shown while I was there. I even forgot about my bad day I was having because of his humbleness. We need more people like him in that industry. You guys did well with selecting him because he was just so genuine and it's hard to find people like that these days. Thanks Again Randy!!
