This would be my second time going and I had a very nice time. The meals come out pretty quickly and even if they don't there's plenty of bread and salad to curve your appetite. The waiters have been extraordinary but I do have to admit it's a little hard to catch them for small things. The dishes are great and nothing short of fulfilling. We all left with a smile on our faces.

Seriously who can hate this restaurant ? I have eaten here ever since it first opened and I can say the quality is still the same level I remember. I'm happy to be a patron from here supporting local business in the Yukon area. It's a shame some people will disrespect a restaurant not caring about the people who worked very hard behind scenes. My hat's off to your people. Excellence like yours in the culinary business these days is hard to come by. Thanks much

Sadly my family and I had a terrible experience and won't be going back. We decided to try a new place so we gave it a shot. The table we were placed at felt like it was in an area that was pretty much forgotten. We had to wait long periods of time to get our drinks, or anything else we asked for. I waited 10 min just for sweet n low for my tea. Food arrived about 20 minutes later with no bread so we waited another 5 min to get bread to enjoy with our dish... To get anyone's attention we had to turn around in our chairs and try and make eye contact with someone to come over. We were so ready to get our check and get out of there, but even that was a process. Not only was the service bad but the food was terrible as well! (My pasta had a hair in it!) We were so annoyed and ready to get out of there that we didn't mention it. If you are looking for a place with good food and SERVICE, I would go somewhere else.

To go order, chicken scaloppini delicious, tender chicken plenty of sauce, mushrooms, tomatoes, spaghetti, came with a fresh salad, loaf of bread, and oil with herb/garlic for the bread. Order is generous enough I have another meal for tomorrow.

Normally this was our go to place, but recently we’ve had some issues.. a time before last, we had an issue with the dressing, and when brought to our servers attention it was practicallg ignored and nothing happened. Then this most recent time, with empty drinks when we finally saw our server we notified her that my boyfriends shrimp was tasting extremely off. She did nothing to fix it and the next time we saw her was for her to drop off the check. Currently, after quite a few bathroom trips we’re assuming he has food poisoning. So thank you very much, and we most definitely will NOT be returning.

Actually I rate their food a 0! Their sauce is disgusting, be better off using Prego! Obviously everything they serve is canned or frozen! I would’ve been better off eating spaghettios! Will never go back!

This is turning into a favorite. I've been there a few times and the staff takes care of you very well. They made a mistake on my order on a visit and went out of their way to make it right. Even after I assured them it was fine and they did not have to remake the dish. They comped my meal even though I felt inclined to pay because they have delicious food there and picking out mushrooms wasn't a big deal. Needless to say I left my waiter a nice tip. You guys are great. Try the Italian nachos as a starter.

The menu has a variety of dishes to choose from for every palette and are delicious. The waitstaff work as a team so even when they're busy you feel taken care of. If you're in the mood for good Italian food this place is always a good place to go. They have a full bar and a wine list to choose from as well. I'd recommend trying this place out if you've never been.

After several times of trying Johnny Carino's I think I'm just about finished with them. There was a lot of crumbs in the booth that was not cleaned up before we were seated, so they really need to work on cleanliness. Our salad was delivered, and a few minutes later our food turned up. The timing was bad. We had to switch to our hot meal so that wouldn't go cold, and then resume eating our salads. My husband ordered a spicy dish, but it was bland. I ordered Chicken Bowtie Festival, and had a rather upset stomach by the time I got home something wrong with the food.

They have amazing food and great service. The mozzarella sticks are by far one of my favorite things to eat. The meals are a fairly good size so left overs are a good possibility.

The quality of the food I recieved was not equivalent of the price we paid. The cheese tortellini was soupy and the chicken and shrimp SPICY pasta had no spice and looked like a frozen family meal you could buy at walmart. They messed up my husbands house salad. They used to be an excellent place but it seems like theyre going out of business with the quality they are putting out as of late

The chain has changed and not as good as it once was. The atmosphere was okay but the waiter was distracted with personal issues. I ordered Shrimp Scampi and it was okay but could have been better. The first bread brought to the table was old and not warm but a fresh one was brought later and it was much better. Not a horrible experience but there were things that need to be worked on.

Food is good. The potato soup has gotten really gross the past 4 times and that was my favorite soup there! The service is decent and you mostly get a friendly waiter. To-go orders are quick and typically right on the minute with the estimated time it will be ready. Ask for extra bread if you want more than one loaf though!

The surver was rude didn’t wait for me to actually figure out wht I wanted when I just sat down, she got mad when I didn’t like the drink I ordered or when my boyfriend said it was watered down. She didn’t even surve us our new drinks or salads when they were done. She didn’t even come around to see if we needed anything else till our food was done and that took 20 minutes. We felt rushed because the staff were cleaning up and shutting down at 9:30pm when they close at 11:00pm. This was the place to get really good food but we will not be back.

The TOGO area needs some work! The girl working around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 24th needs to be fired. Her attitude was ridiculous. It amazed me when she said “ your bags are over there.” I had to walk across the room to grab the bags of food she could just hand them to me. I deliver with DoorDash and Postmates. You should always give it to the customer. What if I said “ok come out to the car and grab your food.”

We usually love this place, but tonight there were issues on timing and food temperature. The salids took forever, arriving moments before the main dishes. The food temperature of main dish was warm at best. I sent it back to be heated, returning with little improvement. Luckily, I had a great waiter who took it back again for one more try. On the third attempt the temperature still wasn't hot but it was greatly improved from the first attempt. It is usually a much better experience and I will give it another try in the future.

Right off I-40 so it is convenient for okay Italian. I stopped with Mom for lunch while we ran some errands. We split the Spicy Shrimp and Lobster which was just okay. We also had an appetizer of their Italian Nachos - WOW - that could be a meal! The mini is big enough for one person as a meal and as an appetizer could serve up to 3. Our server, Zak, was great which is why they earned the 4 stars!

Johnny’s removed my husband’s favorite meatloaf again. We met friends for a birthday dinner on a Monday night and it was just blah. Our waiter kept disappearing. Plus, the food quality seems to be suffering. That may have been our last visit to Johnny Carino’s.

Food was excellent. Had nachos for appetizer. Shrimp & chicken pasta. Bread with a dipping oil with toasted garlic and other herbs. We took home the pasta. I asked for the dipping sauce and they brought us bread to take home also. Our service was great. Always checking on us. Would definitely go back and eat again

Just okay. Went for a weekday lunch. Service was okay. My dish was fine but my hubby's was Chicken Parmesan that was obviousky reheated in a microwave. This was the first time we have ever seen Chk. Park covered over by sauce......oresumably to hide the overcooked chicken . We were told this was a franchise.....it showed. It was not up to the standards of several corporate stores where we have eaten. Floors needed cleaning, and ladies room was a mess . Won't be eating there again.

Something's changed with Johnny Carino's. Food isnt as good as it used to be, atmosphere is lacking and downright non-existent, and it feels like they e just become another chain trying to make money. Used to be my favorite place in Yukon. Not so much anymore.
