I used Harris Custom Catering for my wedding in April of 2019 and I loved them! The food was so delicious, I would honestly love some more of that mac and cheese right now. I did a heavy hors d'oeuvres and it really was a hit! Everyone loved being able to grab a few different things to make their meal! The servers were all fantastic and everything went really well! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We were referred to Janice and her catering company Harris Custom Catering by Gisela the owner of The Grand Canadian Theater (where we held our wedding and reception. Janice was easy and fun to work with. She had lots of wonderful and tasty suggestions for our cocktail hour and reception food. She was also very excited and interested in looking up recipes to accommodate our International theme menu. We were thrilled with our choices and so were our guest! I was recently married in December of 2018 and had the pleasure of working with Janice and Harris Custom Catering. I cannot say enough on paper about what a wonderful experience it was. From our very first meeting she was able to capture our vision for what we wanted and worked with us to create a custom and unique menu that I knew would be perfect for our guests. Food was a very important aspect for my husband and I so we wanted to make sure we got it right. The night of the reception I felt completely at ease knowing that Janice and her staff had everything handled. They even had a sneaky dinner arranged for us so that we could eat before our guests arrived. One thing that really made this company stand out to us was their attention to detail. They are so much more than just food service. From helping with setup and cleanup, to the beautifully decorated buffet table, the staff was professional and so kind to our guests. By the end of the planning process this company felt more like family. I will be recommending Harris Custom Catering to all my future bride friends and cannot wait to use them for our future events!!!!
