On 11-16-2013 I attended a wedding reception catered by The Catering Connection OKC. There were only 2 bartenders for over 200 people.One bartender refused to make some drinks for some people while serving them to others. There was a tip jar on the bar and one of the bartenders loudly thanked each giver as if to try and force others to tip. The hosts were appalled since they were already paying gratuity. Chafing dishes were set with water and sterno but sat empty the entire pre-dinner time. The pre-set tables with salad and bread were lovely and the salads delicious. No beverage was ever served to anyone though the menu clearly stated there would be a choice of coffee, tea, etc. The entree of steak and chicken was of poor quality, and very dry. The vegetables mushy.The 2 choices of wedding cakes listed on the menu were never served. This is a company that promises quality but does not deliver. Beware.

C2 Catering was great! Our wedding took place at Coles Garden so it was seamless to use C2 since they operate out of Coles Garden. They provided lunch for the wedding party while everyone was getting ready and dinner during the reception, which featured multiple stations with different cuisine options. Everything was delicious and displayed beautifully! They worked with us to serve our signature cocktails and display our homemade s'mores bar, for which we provided all the ingredients. There were just a couple things we missed/were surprised by - towards the end of the reception, a "late night snack" of sliders/pigs in a blanket/chicken tenders was supposed to be displayed and it ended up being passed around by servers. Not a huge deal, but we didn't know that was how it was going to be done. The chicken tenders never made it around! We were so sad because it's easily one of their best dishes. C2 made some other swaps in the menu that we weren't aware of but they were all good substitutions. We had also previously decided on not displaying charger plates on all the tables, and they put them out anyway - honestly, it was a good call and it looked better than no charger plates, but it was a breakdown in communication. C2 did a great job of serving drinks, cake, and food, and all of the staff was extremely professional. Ultimately we were so happy with all the food at the wedding but there were just a couple minor issues worth mentioning.

Dustin and the entire C2 Catering team were amazing for my daughter and new son-in-law's wedding at Coles Garden in OKC in June 2016! He was very responsive to our questions and the food was incredible! The presentation was beautiful too! He was creative and listened to everything the couple said and gave them exactly what they requested. It was really great to try a great variety of his food at the vendor nights that Coles Garden had. While (as parents of the bride) we didn't get to eat much at the wedding, the vendor nights were an incredible chance to try so many different foods. Book Dustin and C2 Catering - you'll love it!!!
