Excellent food, fair price and friendly staff. Our waiter was particularly great throughout our visit. (For the management team, David did such a good job that we visited twice during our vacation in Cleveland this weekend.) I will definitely tell my friends about Sausalito.

Veggies freezer burned. Hummus so garlicky that it was spicey and crumbly... Fries rubbery. Chicken dry.. pita bread charred... all around gross. And it was 7:20 on a Saturday night....... no excuses. The guy at the door was super nice though!

Stopped in for Happy Hour. Our server, David, was so helpful. The mushroom flatbread and scallop tacos were delicious. We enjoyed a few cocktails and left very satisfied. Had a great experience. It’s a little less than a half mile to the Rock Hall. Close to the C Trolley Line.

Went there for a party of 25. We had one waitress for all these people, which the poor person should've had some help. The food took 25 minutes to be served, the waitress was being yelled at by the staff and the whole atmosphere was unprofessional. I won't be going back.

Went for a dinner party and ordered The Cleveland because I had it before and they barely gave me a half glass. Then ordered a titos and lime juice and they gave me titos and seltzer water with a lime on the side. Then to top it off I ordered a portabello stuffed mushroom and got 2 little burnt pieces of mushrooms with the stuffing on the side with some arugula on the side of the side. My advice is to never eat there. If you advertise something MAKE IT THAT WAY. MAYBE YOU SHOULD HIRE BETTER COOKS. I SPENT TOO MUCH MONEY THERE TO HAVE TERRIBLE FOOD AND DRINKS.

We found this place for happy hour while visiting Cleveland. The drinks and menu we're Fab but waiter David made the day. Loved it so much went back the next night and had Lizzy as a waitress, she was trying to out do David for the best. Highly recommend.

Wow!!! What an improvement from the old location. The new location on Ninth couldn't be better. I was so happy to see that Charlie had come over from the old location. He was the reason we checked it out and the reason we will keep coming. His service is superb, knowledge of the new menu - outstanding, and a smile that helps make your day better. Try the chicken sandwich. Charlies recommended it, and now it is my favorite.

Sausalito is a nice upscale, modern but relaxed place to grab a quick bite. The staff is friendly and inviting. They have excellent specials everyday and a full bar. The bar top is made of an amazing piece of live edge wood. I would come back.

The Beyond Burger was perfect! But beyond that, the service was impeccable. So many servers have no idea what to do with a solitary diner who needs to kill an hour. I was never rushed or pushed, and the iced tea kept flowing. Thank you, Maria!

From Canyon, Texas. Stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel, and was recommended to eat at Sausalitos on Ninth. Had the Walleye sandwich, with fries, and it was wonderful. Our server David was very friendly, and funny. Would definitely come again, if we happened to be in Cleveland.

6/14/19 Food is subpar. The seafood chowder was lumpy and pastey was served look warm. I sent it back. The burger was nothing to write home about...I've had better burgers at Applebee's. Greatly over priced for lackluster food....unless you're caught in a rain storm and seek shelter avoid!!

Love this place for Browns pre-game. The food is quite good and can even be healthy if you're bent that way. They have a patio bar with $3 16oz Blues and shots for this so inclined. It's busy on game day but not crazy like Winking Lizard that's one block away. The staff has always been great.

Early Sat 6pm dinner. Order the pork chops and rosemary chicken. Within a few minutes waitor return and out of chicken. Ordered the pork chop if it could be done gluten free, no problem. Took a long time and pork chops and pre dinner salad all arrived at the same time. Gluten free pork chop covered in sauce that wasn't gluten free so had to cook another without the sauce. Few minutes later waitor return and now out of grilled veggies. Both pork chops over cooked, shoe leather and the large helping of butternut squash was a small spoonful. 2 hours and the worse meal ever.

My wife and I were visiting Cleveland during our vacation. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Sausalito downtown! The crab cake appetizer, margarita pizza, and taco bowl were delicious, but what really made our meal fabulous was the spectacular service we received from Sarah, the young redheaded girl. She was so sweet and personable. She asked us all about our vacation and what we did and how we enjoyed our time in Cleveland. She truly is an excellent addition to your staff, hang on to her!!! Will definitely be back next time were in town!

This has got to be one of my favorites in downtown Cleveland. The happy hour is a true "must go to" . We came for the 33rd Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction. We made sure to stop here each day for the happy hour and met the absolute best people (employees and customers!) from Cleveland who were so proud of their town. Additionally, I'd be remissed if I didn't mention the staff & management was amazing and the owner was kind and humble. If I were you I'd be sure to pay a visit.

Nice atmosphere but the food was terrible. From the burnt crab cakes to the dried out lemons served with fish that appeared to be warmed over from the lunch rush to chicken which was dry and left under the warning lights too long... The food absolutely underwhelmed!
