They didn’t make enough main dish for the wedding my husband and I were at tonight and the main dish that we were given was extremely dry and cold. The wedding had a buffet so there should of been plenty of food. Won’t be recommending them to anyone we know that needs a cater for a wedding close to Columbus!!!

Made From Scratch is fabulous! They have been our family's go-to caterer for a number of years and they just helped us throw another spectacular party. Our consultant, Lauren Dillon, make the process effortless. She is excellent at helping you form an idea, and then runs with it. You don't need to worry about every detail, because she has it all under control. You provide the vision - she will make it happen. We're in the process of planning our May 2020 wedding with Lauren and couldn't be more excited to have MFS be our caterer!

I am so grateful for Made From Scratch for making my daughter's event easy and memorable! Everyone thought the food was delicious! And to top it off, when I made a HUGE mistake on the day of the event, the entire team at Made From Scratch didn't bat an eye. I felt horrible about my mistake and they simply fixed everything for me. I cannot thank them enough for creating a delicious meal on such a short amount of time (including multiple food allergies!) and making it all delicious. Thank you so VERY much! Do not use this company unless you enjoy hidden and extra fees that only show up on the final invoice. I was charged almost $400 more than quoted for service because their "computer system was having trouble and did not include all personnel in the original proposal." I should not be charged for a mistake to which I was never alerted. I was also never told about an extra equipment rental fee. In all, I was charged $608.32 MORE than was quoted to me. In addition, they ran out of food. Do not use this company.

The food was delicious and the staff was fantastic; they were very accommodating and fun! The price seemed high (roughly $100/person) but the money spent was well worth it. We had 3 appetizers (big hit - the mini crab cakes especially), beef tenderloin (cooked perfectly), chicken and two sides along with a delicious salad and a couple desserts. Their setup was very professional and detailed and the food was ornately displayed. Will absolutely use again.

The food is always fresh and so delicious! I love how it comes with cards explaining the dish. The service is wonderful, they pretty much set the entire thing up for me. And Kelley is the best! She gets right back to me within minutes!!

Made From Scratch catered our wedding just a week ago- we had an amazing experience. Our consultant Lauren and baker Carol were both very helpful, kind, and easy to communicate with. We started with a private tasting which worked out much better than group tastings we did with other caterers. We had lots of compliments on the food and cake at the wedding- one guest in particular told us it was the best food he ever had at a wedding. Also we felt that compared with other caterers, Made from Scratch was more affordable for better food. I highly recommend Made from Scratch!

We hosted a baby shower for my little sister on a Saturday in July, and the food we ordered was supposed to arrive between 10:15-10:30 for our 11am shower. By 10:35-no food...so I double checked my email confirmation and noticed that I ordered the food for SUNDAY-so I freaked out, cried, then pulled it together and called Made From Scratch. I left a VM with Selena and got a call back within minutes. She was wonderfully, calm and asked for a few details, then said: "Let me see what I can do." She called their chef, their driver and long story short, our original order was delivered to my home for the shower at noon. Perfect timing for lunch.They completely fixed and mistake that I made and they did it with kindness and professionalism and the most important part: the food was delicious. Prior to ordering, I spoke with Emily and told her a bit about the shower and she narrowed down the menu options and emailed them to me. We were able to pick from those choices and we were not disappointed. The food exceeded our expectations and of course we are forever grateful for them being able to quickly pull together our order for the baby shower. Thank YOU. We will definitely use you all again.

Our experience with Made from Scratch was one of excellent service and outstanding taste, from the first phone call to the final day of the foods arrival. Our food arrived hot and on time, and was displayed beautifully in my kitchen. The gentleman who brought our food was very polite and professional setting up in plenty of time before our quests started arriving, making sure we had everything we needed. The food stayed hot throughout the evening and was absolutely delicious! The ham was moist and cooked to perfection, the salad crisp and tasty and the desserts simply melted in your mouth they were so amazing!! Our employee's were very impressed and felt appreciated to have such a wonderful dinner made especially for them. Thank You Kelley Hudson for listening to our needs and our compliments to the chef’s for such an outstanding job that was clearly well thought out and prepared. They catered our wedding, and it was great. Rarely do you hear people talk about how good the food at a wedding was, so we knew we did well with MFS. Ran out of alcohol pretty quick but that was a simple trip to the grocery store next to our venue. Great experience overall.

We had a wonderful experience with this catering service from start to finish. Lauren was professional, prompt and creative in preparing the details of our event. She called several days before the event just to check in and see if any changes were needed. The service staff she sent to set up and serve was on time and created a beautiful room. The people at the event, a celebration of life for my father, were very impressed with the flowers and the food. After the event, the clean up was quick and food was packaged for us to take home. All in all, nearly effortless for me and enjoyable by all.
