I donated blood at the 2018 blood drive at Landerhaven. The American Red Cross staff were courteous and efficient as always. The Landerhaven staff was friendly and courteous. The facility was beautiful and they provided a nice meal after we donated blood. I had a cup of chicken noodles soup while listening to a very good soft jazz band. The saxophone player was exceptionally good.

I had a trade show event here. Our packages were left behind. I scheduled UPS to pick them up the following day. A snarky and condescending woman named Claudia left me a voicemail telling me that our packages were there and that UPS didn't pick them up and they "SURE weren't going to pay UPS to have these picked up". (Obviously)...I scheduled the pickup with UPS again...she called my business and asked for me. I was busy working in the warehouse and she asked the receptionist "Does the man ever work?" Are you kidding me?? I called her the day before and she wasn't even in the office!! I guess I could ask the same of her! Anyway, she is totally unprofessional and a liability to Landerhaven. I will never stay or exhibit there again...and will spread the word.

I was at Landerhaven for an Alpha Omega Foundation, Inc. tribute to local community service philanthropists. The event and order of service was phenomenal. As well as the vendors. I rated a 4 because the establishment could not accommodate a request for sugar free syrup. I purchased 2 lovely mirrors from Mars Custom Cases. My daughter can't wait to get her blinged out iPhone case.

As a vendor I've been to every venue you could imagine, The problem with this place it's more of just a "business". On a wedding day it's suppose to be the bride and grooms special day, unfortunately Landerhaven makes it just any other day. Over booking, unorganized, rude host/planner, and not to mention forgetting to feed people. There are so many great venues in the Cleveland area more reasonably priced, and make it feel like it's your special day, and not just any other day, do your research.

LANDERHAVEN is THE PLACE TO BE! We sent one of our owls out with Momma for a review, and these were her exact words. It's the most fantastic venue for a large event, beautiful décor, friendly staff. She's also in such awe over the super soft toilet paper they have for her dupa in the restroom. It's rare to have toilet paper in a public restroom that doesn't feel like sandpaper on your butt, but Landerhaven is the exception to that!

I have not been here in many years so it was interesting coming recently for a wedding and reception. The wedding was outside by the waterfall. Absolutely beautiful setup even a chipmunk or two running around playing. Back inside, waiters provided small finger foods which were fantastic. Dinner was good although my beef was all bit to rare for me but I had a taste of someone else's Salmon and it was awesome. Overall, a great experience.

Landerhaven has been the venue for several events I've attended in the past. It is a beautiful place to hold a wedding, fashion show, or any fancy shindig. The food and drink is always excellent, the atmosphere elegant and sophisticated. There are ample handicapped parking spaces, and valet parking as well. Five stars every time!

Just when you think racism is something of the past people like Mellissa at Landerhaven tell you otherwise. I had an apt at noon today with Melissa over at Landerhaven I have been talking to her on the phone for the past week and she had been great until I drove 45 min to this place because they would be able to accommodate my wedding where I am expecting 750 people and her attitude and demeanor completely changed when she seen we were Arab American Muslims. We were treated absolutely awful this place is supposed to be professional she was anything but professional with us. The 15-20 minutes I was there she was texting on her phone. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. I called and spoke with Carol about the service and she was great she insisted on us coming back but Mellissa left a bad impression and the first impression is what always counts.

Well, there was no wheelchair accessible entrance at the front from what I saw and I looked for it. But the event hall we had was nice and the food was actual food. Men's bathrooms were too small, though. Again not very handicap friendly.
