Wasn't impressed with my first sandwich but decided to give them a second chance because I was craving pesto. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich with mozzarella add tomatoes. Literally says that on my receipt. My sandwich had chicken, barely any pesto, tomato, PICKLES? Mayonnaise And extra onions. What? I made sure to go back to the website to make sure all sandwiches don't just come like that. I didn't see any indication they do. Another fail, likely won't eat here again.

Let me be honest when this place was first put in I came in to check it out and walked out based on price of the place. I then came back later ( about 3 months later) and said today is the day. You grab a bag of what ever sandwich sounds good like a Turkey bacon ect ect then you check bubbles to add stuff on the sandwich. After you are done you go to the register and they take your money. Then you wait they call you by name when your sandwich is done. Best part is it taste so fresh staff is so friendly and the food is so good I've been coming here for almost a year now.

I've been wanting to try this place since we moved over to Tigard. It was nice inside, clean and the staff were fast and polite. I got the Philly and was not really impressed with it. It had a lot of fat and the flavor was very...boring. I'm going to give it another shot, try something different, but overall, not really impressed.

I had the Ultimate BLT...delicious is all I have to say. And the house chips are the best I have eaten in a long time. While waiting for my sandwich I started to eat my chips. Not half way through the bag I was ordering two more bags. I ate two before arriving home. I hid the other bag in my truck for work the next day. Keep the chips coming...

This is my mom and I favorite place to get sandwiches. The sandwiches are delicious, and are always fresh. The owners are very nice, and they remember who you are. There little girl is always in the store, and she talks to everybody. I always enjoy seeing her and talking with her since I’am a preschool teacher. Love, Love this place.

The people there were very helpful. They ask every customer if they have been there before. If not, they go through the entire menu with you. The food there was really good. I'm usually a meat lovers but I decided to try vegetarian for my first time here and I was not disappointed. Mine had some of the best hummus I've ever ate in it. The people there even asked how my food was as I was about to leave. This shows that are always looking to improve their sandwiches for their customers.

Dude..dude...duuuuuude. This place is f-ing EVERYTHING!!! They're everywhere in Colorado where I'm from and I've been bummed I don't get to enjoy them anymore then BAMN! We saw one! WTH!?! My life is on track once again. Simplicity of ordering. Great service and a sub sandwich the way it was meant to be.Like...the best damn sub ever!!!...but let me just tell you this. You want a milkshake that'll rock your world? Its here...its amazing...and are you even truly living if you haven't tried one yet? I've been coming here for the past year now, and coming from Texas where Which Wich is huge, I was excited to see literally the only restaurant in the NW Pacific. This place brought back good feels with a taste of home. Their philly and cheeseburgerwhich is bomb, and I just tried the brunchwich with the egg and wow! Their staff is super friendly and the vibe is awesome. The cashier and I exchanged some awesome jokes, then watched him light my sandwhich on fire (figuratively). The restaurant is always clean, the food is always perfecto. There's a passion here I havent found with any other sub place, and kudos to the owners for bringing it! The staff here is amazing

I first had Which Wich when I was visiting a friend in Texas. It's a different ordering experience, but I think it is a nice one. being able to just check off what you want. The Cashiers are typically quite helpful if you forget to answer something on the bag. I hope to see more of these pop up around the Portland area.

Overall satisfied with my sandwich, the big let down was the lack of Buffalo Sauce on a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich; nothing like biting into chick and bleu cheese! The other 2 sandwiches were made perfectly. We had them delivered to the office for lunch, quick delivery and very friendly driver. I called the store immediately upon the discovery of the lack of buffalo sauce and gentleman who answered the phone, I am assuming the manager, immediately offered to refund us the cost of my sandwich. Their house chips are superb!

Good sandwiches with a very good selection of toppings and sauces. However, the ordering process is overly complicated. You need to find and select the right preprinted bag for the sandwich you want. Then if you want changes you have to try to write them in the margins on the bag. Of course this means they miss toppings. I also felt the portions were a little small for a large sandwich. The main reason for 3 stars is Jersey Mike's has this place beat hands down for philly cheesesteaks. Jersey Mike's uses an actual grill for cheesesteaks where as Which Wich is a conveyor belt style sandwich oven.

The place is clean, the staff quick, helpful and courteous. The sandwich was made to my specs. The sandwich was toasted without asking me if i wanted it done but it was light so not a real problem. The taste was very good. As others have commented the meal deal is just adding the chips and drink at regular price. Restrooms are well kept and clean. Went in at an off time and still had about half tables full so its a popular place. Did also notice some trolls roaming the comment section saying rude comments like" hope they go under" childish people making childish comments. The place is a bit expensive for a sandwich shop but if its too expensive for you then for heaven sake "eat somewhere else"

First time there and we were very disappointed with it. Not a fan of having to write down what we want especially at the price of your sandwiches. The illusion of ordering a sandwich and chips and drink for what would be a meal deal isn't a deal you are charged separately regular price for each. At the price we spent we will either order a pizza to be delivered which is still cheaper than what we paid or go get a burger. We tried it and it is a thumbs down for us.

Great food and they fixed the music! I have nothing against Irish people, which the owner apparently is, but not everyone is into Celtic music at the level he is or at all for that matter. They now play something called "which wich radio" which I'm guessing is now required by the franchise and they play pop music from the last few decades. The sandwiches, while outrageous in price even for 2018, are still really good. Would most likely go back on a day that I was feeling rich and hungry for a good sub.

They have yummy sandwiches. There are a lot of options for different things to put on your sandwich. More so then other places. It is also relatively quick to get your food. You can find them on Grubhub. The only downside is they aren’t open very early or late.

They offer bread, lettuce wraps and salads, the latter two both beating the competition in size AND price. They offer unsweetened tea for those who can't have soda, and a unique variety for those who can.

I've been eating at Which Wich for years. I keep coming back because they offer exceptional quality and value in a fun, clean atmophere. They have some seriously creative items on the menu. My personal favorite is the Thank You Turkey with stuffing and cranberries. It takes them a while to make the sandwiches so you end up waiting a couple extra minutes but in the end you get a delicious masterpiece.

Fantastic customer service, quick to prepare our food, our orders were just like we wanted, and I will say it again for emphasis: Lucy and her colleague working during the lunch rush were genuinely friendly and focused on excellent customer satisfaction. I eat subs at least once a week, came here while shopping at Walmart. I don't really understand the hype for Which Wich. Ordered an Italian. They served it hot, that's fine but I didn't ask for it hot. The bread was over crispy and left much to be desired, bread is like half the sub! My 3 star comes down to not really having any interaction with the sandwich maker, you hand them a paper and move on. I will echo what others have the price is high for the sub you get, I understand good ingredients cost money but as an enthusiast I'd rather buy a Jerseys Mike's if I'm feeling classy. My gf ordered off their speciality menu and "liked" the sub, again like only means 3stars. They toast every sandwich so maybe come here if you like hot subs.

My boss brought in these sandwiches for a working lunch meeting and they were AMAZING...There was no identification - beyond looking at them - of what they were and that was not apprehensive at all (some don’t eat unless they know what was in it). I was living dangerous in selecting what I thought I would like and I was not disappointed. The only downside is I’m not close to this location (live in Vancouver/work in Portland) but I would gladly drive to it and enjoy a sandwich with my family and friends

The young lady working up front greeted me right away and was pleasant and courteous. I tried the steak sandwich, and it was better than subway, but not nearly as good as every other sandwich shop in town I've tried. Also, 11 bucks for a 7 inch sandwich combo is crazy, unless it's the greatest sandwich ever...which it clearly was not. If not for the friendly staff, this would be a 2 star. Both jersey Mike's and firehouse have them beat.

Which Wich is quickly becoming my go to spot to get a sandwich during my work lunch. I can't speak to the variety of sandwich options though, because I always go for the Wicked sandwich, which has five meats and three cheeses. You can customize all the rest of your toppings as you like. I recommend the hot pepper mix. As of 7/24/19, they switched to Pepsi products. Since I drink Mt. Dew/diet Mt. Dew, I consider this an improvement.

Love their Italian bag, and extras. We have what we call "which-which" days where we purchase the 14' subs and eat them for lunch and dinner. The bonus points system allow us to try other subs while still having our favorite! We love adding the bacon and hardboiled eggs. They have tons of options, and every time we've been there, the staff has been lovely. You guys are great!

Delicious sandwiches. Be warned if you don't like warm sandwiches this may not be the place for you. My other half isn't a fan of warm/toasted sandwiches and we did not realize that they toasted these. I enjoyed my Gyro and half of her turkey.

Best sandwich place I've been to in a while. Way better than Jimmy John's or Subway, and slightly better than Jersey Mike's. Try the meatball grinder. Also, be sure to order through the app so you can avoid the lines.

I walked in for the very first time and the experience was awesome. You get to choose exactly what goes on your sandwich and how you want it. Not only was the service great, but the food itself was the best thing ever. Forever a fan now!

The employees are here should realize that every employee is the face of the company. And the owner of this place should take this guy William off of the position of handing out sandwiches. Not only was my sandwich wrong and completely covered in mildewy/old vegetables, but it also came with a side of assault on their female employees! I've come here multiple times and EVERY TIME I've seen the same young male employee physically assault 2 other female employees while recklessly flying through the kitchen in the back. I reported this the first time to another associate. The second time I ordered I talked to an employee AGAIN only to find out he constantly does this. Meaning the management already knows this and just allows it to happen. They allow a reckless employee to punch someone in the face while reaching for something and throw a KNIFE towards them (all while making my order) and then yell at the other employee for not moving. I witnessed this abuse happen and this man is still apparently not reprimanded for his actions. I'd much rather give my money to Subway and Jimmy John's than I would a company that allows abuse to happen, especially right in front of customers. This is absolutely disgraceful.

2nd time I've been here. Last time I had cordon bleu and this time was ultimate BLT. Both wiches were good. The ordering system takes some getting used to and could definitely be improved. I really think you should have a way to add and remove things on the bag. Say if I want to add bacon or extra cheese have check boxes with how much more it will cost. Then maybe cross out things you don't want, and have some better directions maybe a pop up sign pointing people to the bags and telling them how to fill them out.

They literally weren't paying attention to me when I was at the cash register and after I got my receipt there was no "thank you" or "it'll be ready soon" or anything. It's weird reading all of the reviews where every single one mentions how friendly they are? Maybe it was a fluke?

Sandwich was dry and too salty. Lunch meat tasted cheap. Was looking forward to something new, but the quality wasn't there. Better than Subway but only by a smidgen, and that's not saying much.

The employees here were really kind. Personally, it was my first time going to a Wich Which and I can say that I'm definitely not disappointed. Their ordering system is so unique, and at this specific location, everyone including the employees were quite helpful. However, some stuff wasn't that clean but it was enough to make for a great lunch.

where's the sauce? This is my 3rd visit to this restaurant in 3 months. My first visit was a good experience with a philly cheese steak. but I must say the last 2 visits, the sandwiches were lacking in the sauce. The avocado sandwich 2 weeks ago was super dry, seriously lacking the ingredient the sandwich is named for. Then yesterday, hoping to get a better outcome, I ordered the chicken pesto. WHERE;s the pesto? Probably won't be back

Bright cheery. Not for anxiety prone...Requires taking bag to mark own selections which is great for anti social...Seems would be better if self ordering was on a tap screen? Fresh ingredients, have krab salad which is unique.

Wonderful atmosphere! Walking into Which Wich you will immediately hear William singing in a beautiful voice Irish music or other kinds of music. I love to listen to him! William and his co-workers always greet me when I walk in the door. They are always happy and smiling. They are quick to fill the order. I enjoy reading the loaner newspapers they have hanging from the Kiosks. The sandwiches are customized with what you like. I like the Tuna & Swiss Cheese on a 7 inch white roll toasted. Great place to eat after shopping at Wal-Mart's!

Haven't been to Which Wich sub shop before. I disliked the bread as it was flavorless and chewy (not in a good way). The wait wasn't bad and had a decent amount of meat to the sub.

Sandwiches tend to be a bit dry. Not sure if the bread absorbs too much or not enough sauce gets put on but sections of the sandwich can lack the flavor or the sauce. Service is generally pretty good. Parking is a bit tight. Eating area inside is clean and spacious.

This place gets 5 stars alone for the amazing Irish shanties they play when i'm in there. They also guarantee you'll love your sandwich, or they'll replace it. Warning though: if your order a long or extra long sub with chips and a drink, you'll end up paying $13-$15 dollars for fast food...

I REALLY like this place and it's sandwich selections. It has some vegan/veggie options but I was disappointed to find out recently that their bread on children sandwiches is not vegan... You gotta get the spinach wrap for it to be vegan. No one seemed to know the answer at first; the manager had to go to the back and investigate... Hope they come up with more options for vegan/veggie sandwiches. Also for the children's menu they don't get a choice for the "dessert" which is essentially a couple of M& M's from a token machine (token included with meal); we just always keep the token since it's unique-looking.

Which wich already surpasses all traditional chain sandwich shops by far, but this location in particular has been great in their speed, service, and even sanitation. I can come to grab a cheap quick bite and whatever I order always satisfies. The ultimate blt is especially good. The staff is great and I'll always come here for lunch

More options to customize your sandwich than any other delis/ restaurants. You tick off your toppings/bread in a bag they give you and hand it over. I wish I could add instructions on how much cooked I want my protein to be, but otherwise good place for lunch.
