This company came to my place of employment. I tried the tuscan chicken for lunch. For one, the chicken tasted like water and had not flavor. The cost is ahhhright, but the food is nothing that I will write a review about (hint hint). I am not telling you not to indulge yourself with their wonderful cuisine, but I know for me, myself and I, will not be putting another morsel of Uptown on my tongue.

As a "FOODIE", I know one of the most important or possibly the most important aspects/part of any great party or event is the food! After looking into several catering companies in the greater Charlotte area and doing some tastings, we chose and hired the Uptown Catering Company for our son's Bar Mitzvah on 10/21/17 and it was AMAZING! We had folks at the party that are in the food and beverage industry, chefs, a restaurateur from NYC and lots and lots of "foodies" at the party and ALL of them said the same thing...the food was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! Freshness is so important and the food was fresh and so tasty! The team working the party was extremely professional and courteous and did a fantastic job! I could go on and on but the bottom line is, the Uptown Catering Company did an AMAZING job and exceeded our very high expectations! We could not be more pleased with our choice to go with the Uptown Catering Company for our very important event! We would totally recommend using the Uptown Catering Company for your next event/party!!! THANK YOU UPTOWN CATERING FOR BEING A HUGE PART OF MAKING OUR EVENT/PARTY SO SUCCESSFUL!!!

Update: 08/06/2019 - Another AWESOME catering experience. This time we ordered the Fajita Bar for a meeting of Sales Reps who are all foodies due to traveling so much. They all LOVED it. They were early so they could set up on time knowing my reps only had an hour for lunch between sessions, and were back on time to clean it all up. I'll never use another catering company, Uptown is now our official caterer!! Thanks guys for another successful meeting. Not sure what the crazy people with one stars are going on about but Uptown catered our Christmas party this past Friday and let me say the food is SPECTACULAR! They were 20 minutes ahead of time to make sure to have everything set up by the time our party actually started. Everything was still steaming as they pulled it out to set up, not room temperature like other caterers I have used. The Holiday menu is amazing, the desserts even more so! I'd recommend them to anyone... and we definitely plan on using them again. Thank you Mike and Jimmy for an amazing customer service experience, and we really want that dressing recipe along with the cheesecake!!!!!

Mike and the team did a great job for my daughter's wedding and rehearsal dinner. We received many compliments on the food for both events. Great team work and very accommodating. Definitely recommend this business!!!

They catered at our job in Ft Mill. I ordered a meal with garlic bread and then ordered/payed an extra garlic bread. It was only a regular roll and when I asked about it...all they did was give a inauthentic apology. The baked ziti was not good and I paid $9 for a meal that was inedible.
