This is actually the 2nd corporate even Chef John has done for my company. We have a staff of approx. 110 employees and Chef John did our spring staff day, which he grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, black bean burgers, and mushrooms, with tons of other yummy sides. He just did our fall staff day, which had delicious jambalaya and grilled pork shops, of course with many other options. He is such a talented Chef-our kitchen smelled so good! HIs food is homemade and he does everything on site for us since we have a full kitchen. His customer service is excellent, the price is very reasonable, and he always makes sure we had plenty of food, which was a concern of ours since that happened with a previous caterer. We always do a survey after our staff functions asking for feedback and everyone loved the food-no complaints. Plus, we have vegans, vegetarians, and gluten-free and he provided all of it. Decor was beautiful and he provides so many extra touches that one would not expect. I absolutely cannot recommend him highly enough!!!!

John and Natasha (the husband and wife combo that own and operate Fords Fluent N' Food) were phenomenal to work with from start to finish. From the moment we first stepped into their showroom for a private tasting they were incredibly nice, easy to work with, passionate and of course, incredible chefs! They helped us to choose our signature cocktail by providing a number of different delicious options. They communicated with us constantly about our wedding in the months, weeks and days leading up to our wedding and when the day finally came they absolutely crushed it. Nearly every guest came up to my wife and I to compliment the food and the execution was flawless from appetizers through serving our guests (we had a buffet as opposed to plated dinners). All the food was hot and delicious for every guest. They provided the cake cutting and the executive chef John had pieces of cake for the whole wedding minutes after we "cut the cake". The icing on the cake (forgive my pun) was that they became our friends and not just our vendor throughout this process. So I say to whomever is reading this: hire the Fords NOW! Do not wait because they are becoming ever more in demand. You will not regret having them cater your wedding or special event.

Where can you even start with this team ? John and Natasha Ford are the absolute best. From beginning to end they are unbelievably helpful and responsive. They will help you make all the selections, set up food and drink testings for you and provide advice. These two ensure they train their staff to be true professional for your event and manage to not only work real hard but make it looks effortless. Chefs John food is delicious and fresh. Everything is made on site. He is also very sweet and fun ! Natashas managing skills are excellent and she will make sure everything runs like clockwork. We were very happy we chose them to cater our wedding.

Fords Fluent N Food catered my mom's backyard wedding. The food was amazing! It went within minutes and everyone was raving how incredible it was. The team was very professional, on time, and lovingly served all of the guests. They even moved my mom's three tire cake outside so it wouldnt melt outside in the hot weather. It was from another vendor, and it really was a kind gesture though small. We will definitely use this company again!

This is by far the best food I have ever had. Everyone is still talking about this food! They made the table setup beautiful you felt like you were in a 5 star restaurant. They make you feel so comfortable and helpful! The staff is so sweet and talkative to your party which makes them feel comfortable. No one was waiting on food in the cocktail hour they were everywhere. The chef and his wife are amazing people. Please choose them for your event I have no negative comments or any changes I would have made it was perfect!

Fords Fluent N’ Food are absolutely hands down the BEST ever! They recently catered my little girl’s birthday party and we couldn’t have chosen better. We seriously consider ourselves very lucky to have found them. The food was nothing short of AMAZING! To be honest, Chef John exceeded all of our expectations. Our guests kept coming up to us to tell us how yummy the food was! Oh and did I mention the presentation?! Wow!!! It was so gorgeous! I watched Natasha arrange the table and I gotta say, she knows how to present her hubby’s hard work. Not only that, she is a fantastic photographer! My hubby and I were amazed by some of the photos she sent us after the event! From the very first call to the day of the event and afterwards, this whole experience was sooo smooth. Chef John & Natasha are not only talented but very professional oh and not to mention super sweet! Our guests at the party were also so amazed by them that several of them inquired about Chef John & Natasha and told us we needed to have them on speed dial! We have no doubt that this power couple is about to take their industry by a storm! So don’t hesitate, if you have an event that needs catering, call them! You will not be disappointed!

Ford's Fluent in Food catered a baby shower that my husband and I hosted for our Daughter and Son-in-Law. This is our first grandchild so we wanted it to be extra special. The presentation was outstanding, and the food was amazing!!! Our guests raved about the food!! What was also encouraging was watching this young couple live their dream!!! Natasha and John executed a beautiful wedding at The Barn of Chapel Hill. As a wedding planner, they were always available for a quick call or responded to emails in a very timely manner. They arrived ready to work at the venue and cleaned up quickly and an orderly fashion on wedding day. Their showroom was beautiful and elegant as well! Hands down one of the easiest vendors to work with. The food was delicious, the displays Chef John created was not only beautiful but a work of art to look at! The Ford's catered my rehearsal dinner and my wedding this past weekend and it was nothing short of amazing. They took pride in not only the food, but the layout and display of their food, which was super important to me. Throughout the process, the Ford's were quick to communicate via e-mail or phone, answer all my questions and address all concerns, and never once did I have to worry about them or second guess my decision. Not only that, but they provided an intimate evening for my fiance and I in their tasting room in order to sample our menu for the wedding day in which they treated us like royalty. Their passion for their work, and for each other is evident which is what makes their final product and culinary creations, a true labor of love. We would HIGHLY recommend the Ford's to ANYONE for any occasion and could not have been any more pleased with the entire process, from the visual to tangible and edible. They go over and beyond for there clients and make sure that the guest have the best experience possible. Chef John and Chef Marcus make mouth watering dishes and the buffets are amazingly decorated. We had such an amazing experience from beginning to end with Natasha and John Ford! They are top notch individuals with an incredibly professional business and amazing food. We utilized them for our wedding catering and everyone was so impressed. From our first meeting with the Fords, we felt like instant friends! I had an idea for the food I wanted at our wedding which was different than their menus and they used their creativity to accommodate my wishes and made it amazing. The Fords came up with the genius idea when I mentioned I wanted Italian to do a made-to-order pasta bar where guests would create their own dishes and the meals were sauteed right in front of them! What a cool experience! The Fords don't just produce amazingly delicious food, but they also provide great service, flexibility and they were so easy to work with! We were on a budget and they worked with us on that and I feel that we got amazing food/catering/experience for an amazing price per person. Such a great value!! We got so many compliments on the food and the food experience of it being made-to-order right in front of guests and also how delicious the food was! I wish we could relive our wedding night for so many reasons, and experiencing the delicious made-to-order food is definitely one of them. Plus, the Fords are just the sweetest people to work with. They are both amazingly talented when it comes to food and Natasha's smile and demeanor could light a room! I HIGHLY recommend the Fords. I truly believe they are the best in the business!

Fords Fluent N' Food... what can I say? I ran into Chef John & Natasha at a Bridal Expo in August and fell in love with their Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls. My job was having a Halloween Party & when I asked my boss what my budget was, the first thought I had was "I COULD HIRE CHEF JOHN!" Needless to say, they did not disappoint! We got a package that allowed us to choose 7 different hors d'oeuvres and our choice of two beverages and everything was PERFECT. I couldn't believe how affordable he was, for fresh, prepared on-site gourmet food! Chef John and Natasha got to my boss' house a couple hours early and set everything up - they even brought orange tablecloths to fit our Halloween theme! They thought of everything, no detail was spared, and their professionalism couldn't have been better. Natasha is such a warm-hearted and friendly person and made sure she really took care of everyone while Chef John was making magic in my boss' kitchen. The care and love that they put into what they do absolutely shows. I couldn't have been happier as it was the first office party I planned, and today in the office all anyone can talk about is the FOOD! Thank you Chef John & Natasha for making our little office party so special!
