We loved Best Impressions and I can't think of a single negative. Everyone raved about our BBQ and our cocktail hour food. I worked with Adam and he was super responsive and professional. Jamie was our day of coordinator and he was great as well. Bartenders and servers were also friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Customer service is obviously not a priority. It took a week before I got a response for a catering inquiry and didn't even get an apology for the delay. Since they didn't seem very interested in having my business I went to another company.

We recently used Best Impressions for our daughter's wedding. From the first meeting to the last and through the reception they were nothing but total professionals. We set up a taste testing at their facility 6 months prior to wedding. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner, taken on a tour of their facilty(kitchen VERY clean and organized), then were sat down in a lovely room and served all the items we had picked. Everything was delicious. On the day of wedding I was concerned about how the food would taste after being prepared at their facility and then transported to venue. I was thrilled that everything arrived perfectly delicious and at the correct temperatures. Even all the guests commented on how delicious everything was and how the set up and caterers were first class all the way. I would TOTALLY recommended Best Impressions without hesitation. If I had an occasion to use them again I most definitely would. Thanks Best Impressions for your part in making our daughter's dream wedding come true. Btw, Danielle is the BOMB!! She was always available to answer any questions that arose. Don't waste time calling anyone else. Do yourself a favor and let Best Impressions handle your catering needs ;)

Wow! What an experience! Everyone at our wedding really and truly had the Best Impression of us, due to our amazing food. Very professional. Excellent quality. Very accommodating to our requests. Definitely will recommend to all of our friends and family. We wanted to do a station style wedding. Everything was well timed and executed to perfection. All the dishes were fantastic. The salmon (served cold) and the spinach and walnut ravioli were the highlight!

My husband and I knew we were in good hands throughout the process, which put our minds at ease (and is priceless - essential to have during wedding planning). We used Best Impressions for our wedding at Foundation For The Carolinas and they did a phenomenal job. They provided hors d’oeuvres and a charcuterie display for our cocktail hour and then a pre-set salad and buffet dinner for our reception. I can honestly say that I’m frequently let down by food at weddings, but Best Impressions did a wonderful job and our guests have not stopped talking about it (particularly our seasonal salad with apple chips and the chicken cordon bleu!). The service was also top-notch – from the planning process with Adam and Laura to the servers and bartenders the night of the wedding. We also had Best Impressions source our linens and a few specialty tables for us, which came together flawlessly. I also felt that, considering the quality of the food and the service, that the cost was completely reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any catering needs.

Donald was very pleasant and created a great family atmosphere. The food and service were absolutely perfect. Several guests talked about how great Donald was with accommodating their food allergies. My husband and I were so comforted to know that Best Impressions would be taking care of our guests. They gave us the best gift we could ask for--- we were able to relax and enjoy our reception knowing that each of our family and friends were taken care of by the "best" Best Impressions team!
