I went to a tasting and was very pleased with the choices we made for our upcoming wedding. The owner was super knowledgeable and quiet pleasant to meet. She gave us plenty of options and steered us right into the direction my fiancee was wanting to go. Can't wait to get married. Will update after the wedding

ART Catering and Events was amazing! Terry and her whole team does an excellent job. They were always available when I had questions, wanted to added items to the menu. The whole ART Catering team was extremely professional. I had multiple wait staff come up to me during the night to make sure I had ate. They all offered to make me a plate. It was also great because they also provided the linens, in my color choice and helped flipped the ceremony area over to the reception area. We had the taco bar!! The food was incredible. I have had so many of our guest reach out to me about how good they taco bar was. They boxed up all the leftovers for my husband and I to take home!! The food was still great even as leftovers!! I would highly recommend!!

Attended a wedding last night that was catered by Art catering. Definitely the worst meal I've had, especially for a wedding. Baked ziti was cold and way over-cooked, taco shells had the taste and texture of the grocery store shells. The carrots were covered in parsley and a little undercooked. I almost forgot to mention the appetizer; bland chicken wings. I would never use this catering service or suggest anyone else to either.

They did a wedding on 9-9-17 in wilmington, NC and they had wings and shrimp skewers for apps and a taco bar, baked ziti and Mexican rice with beans. The food was terrible the worst taco meat I have ever tasted the chicken I just can't figure out how they got chicken in that shape. Ziti was dry no meat hardly any sauce. I ask for two plates for bribe and groom and they pack everything in these plates that we couldn't take because it would have leaked everywhere. Last no boxes to put cake in and they didn't set up tables they instead gave them the linen to put on ourselves.. DON'T USE THIS PLACE TERRIBLE FOOD.

We set up a contract with Art catering when we brought in crews from out of state to work on Hurricane cleanup. Overall I was not impressed with the food at all. Pricing was way above what we normally pay, even in disaster recovery situations, and quality was much much lower. I felt like we had to hold their hands through the whole process and it was more headache than it was worth. We had to do all the serving ourselves, and even with modest portions, we ran out of food pretty much every other day. It felt like there was a problem every day. One day it'd be the burgers weren't cooked nearly enough (like still red and cold), another they'd forget drinks completely, all buns were frozen, they'd be an hour late, they'd forget a non-pork option (we asked for this since the beginning), and the list goes on and on and on. Maybe Art Catering would be better for weddings, but based on all the problems we had with serving basic breakfast, lunch, and dinners for a construction crew; no way would I trust them for a wedding. I can't offer any suggestions for wedding specific caterers in the Wilmington area, but for any casual company or family catering need, Terry's BBQ in Oak Point, NC was AMAZING. We hire caterers on jobs across the country and Terry is the best I've ever had. Prices were literally half of what Art Catering charged and his food was 10X better. Terry (owner of Terry's BBQ) is a professionally trained chef who can make anything you request. Even though he's more set up for casual service, I'm sure he could do weddings or any other event where you're in need of catering.

They cratered my Daughter's wedding and they were fantastic. The food was the best I have ever had at an event like this. The servers were very nice and helpful. We also had them supply a bartender and we supplied the alchohol. He was also very good, nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.

The customer service here is wonderful. My biggest pet peeve is what we experienced, cold food. We hired ART catering for our wedding for 100 people. We explained in detailed we need our food seasoned because after the tasting some items had no flavor. This requirement was not met, our meats for our craving station was COLD and BLAND-No seasoning at all- salt couldn't have saved it. Unfortunately, I could not eat it. We were told all of the meats are either marinated or would have a dry rub, this was not true because it had neither. The mashed potato bar, pasta station, and coconut shrimp was good, but cold. My overall experience was okay, I would have given more stars if the food was at least warm, and all of our food items were seasoned. We spent close to 3,000 but did not get what it was worth. I would not recommend Art Catering due to inconsistency in the food and it being cold.

They catered my wedding this year and were great to work with from beginning to end. The ladies always got back to me quickly, gave honest advice and worked with me on all of my changes. They setup the CUTEST tasting for us. Pricing was very reasonable and the food was incredible.
