Felt like I was in the 70's with all the leather and mirrors on the wall. The men's bathroom was really dirty. No one was cleaning it during the wedding I was there for. Auditorium style seating made me feel like I wasn't even at the wedding reception. But looking over it from a distance. Had good A/C for the heat . That was a good thing.

I witnessed to the prestige service at a wedding that Wood Haven Manor offer to their Clients Great Venue very spacious and curtious staff listen to every request asked The waiters promptly served each table at the appetizer hour and , the dinner was on time and very hot and they replenished each dish thru out the dinner time , the accommodation for the bridial party was great, the have six fully air condition room and Acess to a bathroom on the same floor , the bride and her party was served while waiting to make their entrance There was a bathroom attendant thru out the event for both male and female , that kept the bathrooms fresh , Management was there to over see the lay out of everything GREAT JOB CONTINUE TO SERVE WITH A SMILE MR MANDEEP AND HIS STAFF I would recommend this place and u would experience the value for your choice

Absolutely terrible service . 3 waiters for 150 guests is completely illogical. Had to ask repeatedly for water, food. Food trays will stay empty until the servers are told to refill. While an event is going on there is absolutely no manager on the floor present. They run this place so thin with employees!

Walking into woodhaven manor, you are pleased with just how clean and maintained the building is. You are immediately greeted by welcoming smiles. There is nothing that is impossible to do, whatever type of wedding or party you would like to host, the staff is more than happy to turn into reality. The employee Aurea is just amazing, not only is her professionalism and hospitality the best, but she puts your best interests before anything. After spending a long time working on the video, the day we came in to turn the video in the TV, they said the remote is lost. This made us really sad because we were really looking forward to it

Big hall, but air condition is not sufficient for full hall. So keep it in mind before booking any party, especially in summer time. No free parking. Owner Mandeep always asks full money before any program, but in return he gives you a worse experience. Lots of Attitude and uncooperative mentality. High waiting time to get your food because of improper management. Only one or two people to serve food. Food taste is very bad.

I don’t have any fight with the management or stuff so just doing an honest & fair review. I have attended many ceremonies in this place for years. This place is very clean and nicely decorated but has failed to provide good service and quality food. I’m feeling every year their food quality getting worse to worst. Usually have to wait long time until asking servers to refill dishes. I would not recommend this place for such & such thing.

Very large venue with multiple banquet halls that can be used for small weddings, or combined together to form a giant hall that fits up to 800 people for a large wedding. The halls are in excellent condition .The staff was friendly, service was great and food was incredible. I highly recommend.

Woodhaven Manor Caterers & Banquets was my venue of choice for my 40th birthday celebration. The owner throughout the entire experience was always responsive to the most minuscule of details. He ensured that everything was seamless. He coordinated with my Dj to ensure that all was in place. They provided a bartender and security throughout the entire event even during the set up and clean up. Everything turned out to be exquisite. Thank you Manideep and your team of staff for A-1 service!

Pure scum. We booked these guys last month (September) for our wedding on the 23rd of November; left a deposit and signed a contract. We just received a call from them today informing us that they had already booked that day LAST YEAR. Information they somehow failed to relay to us at the time of the booking and the month that passed in-between leaving the deposit and the phone call. We called and spoke to some guy on the phone and his initial and only response was: "Take me to court." The phone call lasted all of three minutes because it was clear this clown had no intention of honoring the contract and basically told us to pick up our deposit and screw off. I can't urge enough to anyone who reads this (and the other negative reviews left at the behest of this ownership) that you are taking a massive gamble from booking these guys for any large scale event. There are plenty of competing venues in the area who are less likely to pull this kind of nonsense. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. You are doing yourself a disservice otherwise. EDIT: The post below mine is ownership making a false review of their own establishment. The stupidity is off the charts as evidenced by: "There is always room for error in any event but they make sure that the customer." Get real you clowns.

When my husband and I stumble across Woodhaven Party Hall, we were not sure what to expect. However meeting Mandeep (owner), and seeing the hall we were confident that we had made the right choice. We did not wish to see anywhere else. Talk about pricing, this is the most affordable place from all the halls I inquired about. The bartender and staff was very helpful. Thank you Woodhaven for making our wedding reception one that we will always cherish.
