Overall his place had tasty sandwiches that I always wish were maybe just a dollar cheaper. I love the chickpea side salad: it's like crack it's so good. Simple, delicious sandwich cookies are also notable. Nice upstairs seating area at this location.

Popular place. Great sandwiches. Their focus is on hand-farmed, hand-made and hand-held. I think it's perfect. The customer service is good and the staff are friendly. You can either dine in or take out. This location is two levels and there's no handicapped accessible entrance or seating.

Terrible customer service and unfriendly to families. I had just bought $30 worth of food and was there with my two year old son. He was very hungry and begging for snacks, I saw they had some very small packages of oyster crackers and asked if my son could have them as it was taking a while to get my food. I was told I would have to buy them as they only came with soup, although I had just bought three sandwiches. I can't imagine how much they could even charge for them.. 0.50. Seems ridiculous to be so strict with a crying two year old - complete lack of common sense.

I go here for lunch often. Sometimes the service is bad. Generally fine. Food is good. Prices are a bit high. $12.50 for a sandwich is on the edge but it is tasty.

Waited 15 minutes for a simple egg sandwich. 4 people working counter and only a few other customers in the store. Had to leave and forfeit my cash to not be late to a meeting. It didn't look like they'd even started to prepare my order. Won't return - food looked decent but the service was unfortunately not put together.

A friend and I what were kind of hungry so we found the establishment wichcraft the on tribeca. I think it was on Greenwich. Once we got there we received great customer service by young lady I didn't catch her name but she was tall and she had a short haircut. She was very polite. While we were placing our order the manager a heavy set Butch looking woman with what sounded like a smokers voice was ranting and raving about something and she kept interrupting the girl that was trying to help us at the cash register. She kept yelling at her and telling her you need to hurry up with a very nasty attitude. I felt so bad for the girl at the register. Once we finally try to finish the order the manager came and just threw our food on the counter I went to the back. We ask for soup and hot sandwich and everything was cold. When I call the manager to see if we can get our food hot she said sorry she's busy and free can't help us right now. Most disrespectful person I've ever met in my life.

The location is great but food not so much. I didn't like the veggie options and the avocado toast was very salty and had a weird creamy taste. The coffees are decent to say the least.

Come here all the time. It's a hidden jewel. So glad it's never crazy crowded like Starbucks. The seating upstairs is amazing. My all time favorite is the Turkey chili, beautifully made. The staff is a cute team. A couple screw-ups by I guess the new people training but the management is extremely attentive and friendly.

Remarkably overpriced even for New York. Sandwich was mostly bread. I had to go buy a second lunch afterward because I was still hungry. Nobody else in my group liked it.

I've been here quite a few times now and although the food and service is as expected during weekdays, the story goes south on the weekend. During my last visit both a salad and sandwich were sloppily assembled. The salad had way too much salmon and no where near enough arugula greens. I know that's not something people complain about but this was a ridiculously wrong balance. The sandwich was also mostly bread and few of any of the primary ingredients. This has only happened to me at this specific location, so I will not be returning here.

I am a big fan of wichcraft!!! Everything I ever tried here has been delicious - my personal favourite is the runa sandwich with fennel and olives, on multi grain bread (tip-you can make substitutions to their sandwiches since everything is made to order). This location is open 7am-6pm on weekdays and offers 50% off all coffee drinks 3-6pm. Great quality and value

I don’t know about other locations but got first time on broadway and ordered chicken dumpling soup I wish I could upload the picture. Maybe I was blind and did not see the dumplings or they just don’t know what the dumpling is and I paid 10$ for this. Better to go some Chinese place and get the soup there for 6$

A cafe lacks consistent food quality and professional service. I have been there more than five times. Their toasted bagel is usually very good, but one time I was surprised that they served me an obviously under-backed bagel which still tastes pretty awful even after toasting. Also, the poor coordination among the service crew members results in frequent long waiting and serving wrong items. The cashier working there seems to be pretty absent-minded, since there frequently mess up the order with wrong item or miss our items I ordered. One time I saw a clerk carrying my toasted bagel under her armpit walking upstairs to serve me. I totally lost my appetite eating there. Visited there on 9/26/2017 and was very surprised the place was as hot as a steamer. I did not see any signs explaining what happened, so I asked the cashier whether there's no air conditioning there. The cashier simply said "no" and did not explain further or apology for the extremely discomfort condition there. I was concerned the high temperature there may cause foot safety issues, so I left.

This is for catering services; I was at a meeting next door and they brought in an assortment of chicken salad, tuna salad and chopped chickpea sandwiches along with greens and dressing for side salads and everything was delicious. On the rare occasions when I've compared chicken salad and tuna salad in a restaurant, it's usually the same ingredients and flavorings except for the protein. Not here. Each had its unique identity and accompaniment and even the chickpea did not feel like punishment for being vegetarian. Presentation was also beautiful. To be fair, this was a conference of food bloggers so obviously they were on top of their game, but even with a bit of slippage 'witchcraft would earn five stars.

They can be inconsistent and the service leaves something to be desired. For what they charge for grilled cheese and tomato soup, I expect a little more... but still I find myself coming here often for more because of the convenience.

I come here every once and a while. Wichcraft helps me eat eat Healthier instead of grabbing fast food. The Tuna Avocado Salad is always good. Smoked Ham Sandwich is just awesome. One thing that concerns me is that no matter where you go, I don't think Delis and Restaurants wash the vegetables at prep. More so they just throw everything together. Good news is, I never had an issue after eating here. Well done.

I thought there would be more vegan/vegetarian options. Was hungry but didn't feel like a salad, so I didn't order food, but waited for my friend to eat. He seemed to enjoy his cheese panini. He thought they could have given some chips on the side instead of just the sandwich. Nice décor, good location. Sat there for a half hour and the same one song played on repeat, featuring a woman with an incredibly annoying voice and inane lyrics. I asked one of the staff if there was something wrong with the music system but she just shrugged and said it is the store's theme song. I guess it's designed to drive customers crazy so that they eat and leave ASAP, or just take their stuff and go.
