Went to the *order to take out line*. Stood there for 15 mins. Nobody came. Decided not to wait for them and went shopping and then returned to place the order that I was informed would be ready in approx 45 to 50 mins went back out and shopped a bit more. Came back in an hour and waited an additional 25 mins to get my food. Never again!

Update: I added a star to their rating, do to the fact customer care team was prompt in their response to my poor experience their. The lady was kind and courteous and they offered me compensation and a chance to have a better experience. In addition , they asked for tips on how they could improve in the future. The gestures were appreciated and note worthy in the name of fairness. (Original post below) When they dont care it shows. They should work on some team morale routines and things that make the employees want to work so they don't seem like they hate being there. In addition, during a wait I was told I get half off wine and beer at the bar. The wait at the bar was so long my seat was called to be seated before the drink came. When I asked the hostess could she deliver it to my table cause my son was seated alone which is uncomfortable for him I was sure, she said no it would better I wait for the drink at the bar. So 5-7 minutes later my drink comes and I awkwardly walk to the hostess to tell her I'm ready to sit.... Not really the best way to handle that... They need to do some 'ques to guest service' training.

Remember when their breadsticks used to be good? Well they are just like that again!! For some reason they stopped being good a few years back and now they have started to taste good again! So good in fact .. that you even want to take them home and it brings back memories of when the breadsticks used to be good... before they went bad. .. redeeming them completely and making you forget they were ever bad at one time.... I'm going to have to come back again when I get the chance.

There was a bug in my Spiked strawberry lemonade after the strawberries looked old. The lettuce was wilted. We didnt get any dressing. The server forgot out place setting and we didnt receive our bread until we were almost done with our meal.

First The glasses were disgusting, look as thought it was a used glass. 2nd We had to ask for the table to be clean, it had food all over 3rd. Open my silverware and food on the folk 4) my sister ordered a drink , we never got it 5) More bread did not get it and despite it all we left a 20 percent tip, my sister wanted too, I did not I paid the bill. If you are very hungry and need speedy service this not the Olive Garden location for you. I was seated quickly however waited over 30 minutes before a waiter even acknowledged me. Once I was served the food was fine.

Great service and great food . I was glad to see they brought back the seafood alfredo. Clean restaurant. This location has definitely turned things around in a good way. Will recommend this location. You don't feel crammed in here whereas the location off I-40 & MacArthur is too cramped.

It's a great place for family and friends just to hang out. The food is superb. We really had a good time. The waiter was very attentive. Today is my daughter's birthday she made 15 so I thought I would take them there for dinner cake and ice cream . Stop by and have a bite thank you.

I usually eat at the restaurant however I decided to do a take out order & the shrimp scampi was about 1/2 order,the spinach dip was not dippaple. They were out of bread slices so substituted with chips which I agreed to however as I said the dip was a solid chunk so it wasn't dip at all. The salad was good though. I'll never get any food to go from there again because I definitely didn't get what I paid good money for.

Honestly the experience was pretty good. Our waitress was very friendly, and stayed on top her service. Only reason I am giving them 3 stars is because when we got the alfredo sauce. There was a scallop in the sauce. I personally am not allergic to shellfish but my wife and I have a close friend who is very allergic. Thinking a mistake like this could have serious effects for people who are allergic. Past that was a nice experience

When we go we are not family. Tried to eat here several times. Everytime we go they have an artificial 30-45 minute wait for a table even though there are empty tables and staff standing around. Manipulating dinners into thinking the food is elite is definitely not how family treats one another.

Always a good spot to eat! Food was awesome, drinks were even better. Waiter was so kind and friendly! The only thing was that we played a trivia game on the iPad that was on the table and when we got our bill we had to pay for the game. When we clicked the game to play it did not say we had to pay at all. We did not know there was a fee. Although it wasn't that much, it still should have notified that there was a fee to play.

The service wasn't that great. We ordered 2 Italian Margaritas and an appetizer. My friend ordered another cocktail a Long Island Ice tea and it had slime in the glass. The water brought the drink back to the manager he removed the drink and gave us a $2.00 discount. The manager was very apologetic and said that he tried to recreate the drink and see if the other ingredients were bad. The end result, he thinks it was the glass. After seeing several slimy pieces floating around in the glass, I could not finish what I ordered and I became nauseous. NOT EVER going back.

We stopped in here around 4 PM on a Saturday, I try to avoid the peak dinner rush hours when possible. Overall we had a great experience here and they have some wonderful employees. We were promptly greeted by a friendly lady at the hostess stand and seated quickly. We had Jumana as our waitress, she did a great job taking care of us and was very pleasant! We very quickly received our drinks, salads and hot breadsticks. Sometimes we visit other Olive Gardens and the bread seems like it has been sitting a while. Our meals came out in a timely fashion, made correctly and piping hot. Drink refills were handled efficiently, without even having to ask! We usually don't go for dessert when dining out, but we had the zeppoli (fried dough pieces) and it was tasty! A great Olive Garden experience!

Good as always. The servers are always polite. The food is good and comes quick and is fresh. No complaints, it's our neighborhood spot. Wait time is never more then 5 mins. And even if you do have to wait you can chill at the bar with a buzzer until it's your time.

I would like to give the Olive Garden Restaurant at 125th St. in Manhattan only two stars. The reason is because two of the plates that we ordered were not good. The meat was burned and in other plate the food was too salty. The waitress Ashley was good, and we spoke to her about the issue. They should pay more attention when they prepare the food and do not try to cover their mistakes with the sauce.

Very disappointed in this Olive Garden. The restaurant was empty and they still had people waiting. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar where there was 3 people already there. Two of them were eating and one customer was waiting to order. She requested a drink and the bartender never even attempted to make her drink. It literally took him 10 minutes to even acknowledge that we were there. Luckily there was a menu already on the bar or we would’ve never gotten one. When he finally asked us what we wanted to drink he never made the drinks as a matter of fact he walked away from the bar to look in a backpack then eventually walked away completely. The other customer has never received her drink and never got a chance to order her food.. Eventually we left. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.. To make matters worse when my boyfriend called to speak with a manager the young lady(the hostess) wouldn’t even go get a manager.. (I accidentally posted this review on another Olive Garden review page. This is the actual Olive Garden with the terrible customer service)

So we went in early for dinner. It started out very sketchy as we were sat in a corner and finally after 15 minutes just sitting there a guy finally came to us and said that he didnt know we were there and asked us what we wanted. I didnt get his name but after we told him we were celebrating our 21st anniversary, this guy bent over backwards to make us happy. He brought us the to go dinner I had ordered, 2 soups to go, a dessert and a salad. I ordered the spaghetti as I always do and it was great. We had our breadsticks, salad and soup. We were so happy and it was all due to the wonderful waiter who has worked for the company for over 20 years.

Chicken parmigiana is my favorite dish. So much that I order it everytime we visit this location. The last time we visited, one of the breast was slightly chewy and the other was perfect. So I considered it a fluke and moved on. This evening we went to dinner and the first chicken breast was rubbery, undercooked and quite honestly inedible. Again the second was perfect. I would consider once being a random incident, but twice in a row is a pattern. I was very disappointed in my meal. We also found a receipt deep fried in our calamari. We will not be returning to this location.

I am not sure what happen, but we were literally sat in the back of the restaurant. The back. All the way in the back along with the napkin folding station, menu cleaning, and staff meeting area. It was odd is all. There is a decline in Olive Garden's food. The revamp of the menu to a smaller, more selective group of entrees is not doing it for me. Salad and breadsticks are always good though!

The olive garden has went down hill. Daniel, our server, was great. They changed the zucchini bites, and the raviolis we're so tough and chewy we immediately sent them back. There was nothing remarkable or memorable about the food, which is sad, because we were celebrating our anniversary. I don't think we will be back.

I went to Olive Garden 125th street and when i was being told where we was going to sit i ask if my family and I could of sit on the table next to the one i was being told to sit , persom told no we can't sit there cause they don't have a server for that table , and i ask for the Maneger ( jamal ) he came and told me the same thing that is closed and right before i sat down one of the workers from Olive Garden was bringing a couple over and sat them down at the table I wanted to sit with my family and the same server that is attending me is also attending that other couple in other words they lie to me bad business ! These are the reasons why good businesses like these that aren't well managed within time they closed down cause the bad service they give to the customers

If they want a higher rating from me, they will have to serve my hot meal "after" I finish my salad......not a few minutes after I get my salad. The fast delivery of spaghetti would explain why the spaghetti was served very undercooked. I was told it was an off time of day and it was probably someone other than the regular cook who made my meal. Not the right answer!

We decided to go here after leaving another restaurant due to poor service. We were told it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait but they gave us half off glasses of wine in the bar while we waited. I hadn't even finished my wine before they had us seated. It was extremely busy but our server made it a point to get us water and bread sticks right away in addition to a free sample of one of their delicious drinks. Our food came quickly and was delicious. Our server went above and beyond. He even followed us out to the parking lot with a bag for us to put our leftovers in.

This has been a regular stop for Italian food. This visit was not up to the normal level of service we have come to expect. Our waitress was not engaged at all. We had to repeat a couple of requests. The restaurant was not busy for a Friday night at 7:30. Most of the staff were standing around visiting amongst themselves. The entrees were warm but not hot. We may skip this establishment for a while and maybe at a later date try it again.

While this establishment is fairly large and clean, the always seems to be a very long wait that exceeds the estimated wait time on average 20-30 min. While this may be due to a combination of factors, it's definitely not due to the diligent work of the takeout window staff. They do their best to try and accommodate and make the wait time as pleasant as possible. However, it's Olive garden, it's definitely not a 5 star dining establishment, there is no reason for such obscenely long wait times

Alright experience. I normally like olive garden. This time they didn't put my order in. When they did do that they rushed it so bad it seemed the noodles were frozen and microwaved. Just really dry and rubbery. We also got this layered chocolate lasagna cake that they forgot to drizzle chocolate on. I'm not a prissy but after messing up my entree twice, you'd think they'd pay attention to every detail after. I expect more Olive Garden.

It's a good restaurant with decent food our waitress was very friendly and helpful. It does bring back happy memories of high school when we go there for prom. Could hear one of the waitresses talking about going to Colorado to pick up awesome weed and bringing it back and taking orders for it on the plus side heard all the waitstaff tell her they didn't want any. That waitress had no problem letting the f bombs fly when she was with the other waitstaff in the kitchen area. But have been there several times and only kinda bad experience I've had and not really all that bad.

He was very nice, gave us wonderful service, and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable at our table (including spoiling us with great appetizers!) I ordered a white Russian with Bailey's added, I got almost straight vodka with enough milk to color the vodka. No Bailey's, no Kahlua. I asked for more kahlua to time it down a hair. There's extra charge for that. The food was dry and cold. Waitress was decent, but not good. My last time ever going to olive garden.

We’ve gone to this restaurant at least 50 times and never have we had a waiter as amazing as Darren! The service is usually good but this guy was amazing! We never went a minute without something we needed, checked in frequently! It was my sons birthday and he was wonderful! Will definitely request this guy from now on! Good and friendly service. Food was typically of Olive Garden. The new Mushroom Ravioli is not near as good as the old Portobello Mushroom Ravioli with Tomatoes and Red Sauce. It is in a new white sauce and it is bland and unexciting. The Tour of Italy was good, a little dry, but good. The Tiramisu was good. The breadstick and Salad are always a hit.

We love going to Olive Garden and this location was no exception. Clean restaurant, clean restrooms, and friendly staff. We did have a longer than usual wait even though they weren’t busy. I guess they were sitting us in an area and had to “wait for the waiter to arrive” so I’m not entirely sure what that meant. We had about a 20 minute wait. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals and our daughters enjoyed their noodles with butter. The tiramisu is always good!

June 30th We came tonight as we got a gift card for a horrible experience before (different one not here) and we were wow'd with the service Kevin provided. He was wonderful! He recognized there was a little mistake with my order BEFORE he brought it out and told me why the delay. I wont lie I was worried oh great cold food. NOPE all was smoking hot. Always get soup and salad. I always ask for extra olives but last time there was told only two olives per person or else the manager gets upset with the wait staff. I found this to be ridiculous. Also when I ordered the soup with the gnocchi, she said she was only allowed to put three in the bowl. I was rather upset and said to put lots in and of he had a problem he could come out and we could have a chat. This is no way to run an establishment. Overall, the food was good and waitress was friendly, however, I haven't been back due to the manager's tight fistedness concerning olives and gnocchi.

It was packed when I got there. Luckily my wife had called in a reservation, i was told the regular wait was something of an hour and a half. But we got seated quickly, due to our reservation. Our waitress came relatively quickly she was nice friendly and accurate. The food was pretty good and even though it was really packed/busy our food came out quickly. The only down side is that the kiosk on our table was not set for our table. So I ended up paying for someone else's table, but when I pointed it out it was quickly fixed.

The food was very good and the staff was great. Customer service wasn't perfect but wasn't bad either. I ordered the tour of Italy with fried mozzarella as an appetizer. The fried mozzarella was amazing. The tour of Italy seamed like a lot of food on the menu. I thought I was getting three different entrées in one but instead I got a half serving of each. The tour of Italy was decent. Not good not bad just decent. They charge 18$ for the tour of Italy and it's just not worth it. Overall this place is overpriced I might go back, if the wife requests it. But I won't personally choose to go back.

Went @ 1:00pm. No wait for seating two. The waitress was very friendly and personable. Food arrived at a good pace. Salmon picatta was my dish, very good. App would not work at this location. Said items were out of stock. Only ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. When we called, phone rang many times before someone answered. Arrived for pick up and someone was in the take out spots who were clearly in the restaurant. Called to let them know we were outside and no one answered after 2 minutes of ringing. Place wasn't busy and employees were complaining about other staff members which was very unprofessional. I'll stay away from this location since it was more of a hassle when it clearly shouldn't be.

Went to Olive Garden after church on Sunday, floors were extremely messy, floor rugs that were suppose to be on the floor were rolled up on the benches. The restaurant tables were all empty with about 5 groups of people waiting up front. After mentioning it to the manager he did put the rugs on the floor and apologized for the appearance.

This was the worst Olive Garden I've ever eaten at. My soup was cold hardly anything in it it was like eating broth. The calamari was so tough you couldn't eat it Also very greasy. My daughters chicken marcella was cold potatoes also cold. Bread sticks where stale. Took forever to get my glass of wine hard to remind them I hadn't received it. Bathrooms were disgusting.

I love this place. The food is always great and if you feel like its not they will remake it for you with NO problems. Normally the staff are really attentive to their customers, because it is an upper scale restaurant they normally get bigger tips. This last time was not the case. She would disappear for long periods. I am the type of person that likes to be left alone while I eat except when i need a drink refill. We got seated right away, she took our drink order, brought us our drinks and salad with bread sticks. She left which I expected so we could look over the menu. She finally returns 15 minutes later to take our order remind you it was not busy. While she is taking our order our drinks are half full no problem. She brings out the food and no one at the table has anything to drink. After she gives us our food we ask her for refills she said ok however she never returned with them until we were done eating. I was so very upset that I did not leave a type and wouldn't let my husband leave one either. In my book if you are wait staff and rely mostly on tips to survive then you better work to get it.

So I’m a truck driver and had to stop in Gaffney SC. I wanted a healthy option for a meal so decided to go to Olive Garden. Well I saw that they offered a salmon plate and decided that was for me. Now! I don’t know if it’s cause it was a Monday, because it’s not a big town, or because they just didn’t give a s*** about serving me. But I posted two pics. First pic is what I thought I ordered. Second pic is what I got. When I waved my server over to complain he says” that’s what you ordered”. This man must need better benefits cause he definitely needs an eye exam. I show him the menu pic and told him I’m not paying. He went to get the manager who happened to be the same person who originally placed this plate in front of me. How can you have the nerve to serve this. Where is your sense of pride. Is the person bringing the food not the last line of defense for abominations such as this to come out. Were you raised in a pet store so you are use to your food looking like it comes from a can with a cat on it? So please do not go here unless manager Mark is off duty!!!!! He is the worst and charged me for the complementary salad. Your the best sir. I hope you become president one day!!!!

Wow! Wonderful place. My servers name was Josh. He was amazing. He was very kind and attentive. Always smiling and ensuring we were okay and taken care of. My table was never cluttered with unused dishes. Food was brought out promptly and tasted amazing. Coming from being a server myself for 10 years I was so pleased to see that josh continued to check on my table pre bussed my table and was checking back in every few minutes. I love seeing that in a server. He treated my husband and myself like I believe he would have treated his own family. He was great. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and when we come back we are hoping to have Josh as our server again.

I had not been here in a while. I have to say, not the best experience. The server told us twice he was bringing bread sticks. We still did not get them by the time our food was served. I asked again and he went to two other tables first so it was an additional 10 minutes before he brought them. We had ordered buy 1 and take 1 home. He came over and asked how I was paying. When I said by card, he pulled it up on the table kiosk. I paid and we were waiting for our take home meal. After about 15 mins he came by and looked at us like...Why are you still here?? I think he then realized....about 5 mins later he brought them to the table (with no bag). I asked for a to go drink which he obliged but took another 5 mins. Then he said oh i will get a bag. He brought it to the table and shook open the bag which i thought was for me to put the containers in. When i started to put them in. He said it never works this way but we can try I guess. Just not the experience I expected or hoped for.

What the Heck is going on at this Olive Garden?! This used to be one of our family's favorite places to eat in Holly Springs. Tonight we received the WORST service and the food was disgusting. They were not even busy, not on a wait, but the service was terrible. We received drinks quickly and ordered a couple appetizers. The alfredo was grainy and cold and had some odd pieces of things floating in it. The spinach dip was also luke warm and unappetizing. The silverware on the table wrapped in the napkins was dirty. 30 seconds after the appetizer arrived so did the salad and one minute after that, all the entrees were out. We had just started eating the appetizer and salad. The manager brought our food and asked if he could clear off any plates since there was no room on the table. I said, "No, it all came out really fast at the same time." He didn't apologize, ignored my comment and grated cheese. The dinner was awful and soggy. The menu items have changed for the worse in my opinion, no more Stuffed mushrooms with breadcrumbs and clams or Ravioli Di Portobello with Sundried Tomato Alfredo. Our favorites for the last decade have been taken off the menu in the last few months. Olive Garden is probably trying to cut costs. Now they are "Seafood" stuffed mushrooms with fishy mushed slop inside. There was a weird brown spot inside my son's meatball and the plates felt dirty. We had to ask for more breadsticks and for drink refills. The WORST part is that our server ignored us after the food came out and did not clear any of the plates off the table when we were done eating. I even stacked them thinking I might get his attention. I asked to place a To Go order of pasta for my husband and I sat stairing at all our dirty plates for 15 minutes while my 3 kids and I waited for the order. I was infuriated at this point sitting there waiting at a table covered in dirty stacked plates. He had not cleared any of our dishes. The server handed me a To Go salad with some brown pieces of lettuce in it and one wrotten pepperocini with a brown wrotting spot on it which I removed by hand from the salad. Then he brought out the To Go pasta a few minutes later and didnt even bag the order. He handed me a plastic bag to do it! I had also ordered a dessert To Go and the server looked irritated. I wanted to spend money!!! You would think they would want to make more money and would be glad to have someone who is willing to wrack up the bill and leave a larger tip/gratuity as opposed to a cheap customer. I even had to ask for the breadsticks that are supposed to come with the To Go order. I still tipped this kid 18% even though I was SO tempted to leave nothing. I decided to be the better person and do the right thing. I spent $107 tonight for a bad dining experience and NOW a stomach ache!!! We will not be going back! My family and I were weekly, regular customers a few years ago. Such a shame!

There are so many hidden prices. The drinks with the children's meal are not included in the price. We were a party of 4 and we got seated in pretty much a table of 2 . my sister expressed herself to the waiter Matthew. He seemed to kind of brushed it off and said he will make it work. We just thought to ourselves this is gnna be annoying, BUT Matthew our waiter he seriously made it work for us!! He went above and beyond by serving us the salad and our appetizer and our food just the whole experience was phenomenal !! His attitude and energy was great . everytime he would come check on us he would make us laugh and/or ask if we needed anything else. To a point where we forgot about this tiny table we were seated at. He gave me and my sister some delicious wine to sample that we ended up buying 2 bottles because it was that great!! My sister came to visit from california for mothers day and my bday , so it was great experience for all of us especially her !! He was either going on break or going home and left us with another waiter to pack our food, but he ended up staying to talk about mothers day and the wine we just bought until we walked out the door . I was in awe it was amazing !!!!! Go to this location and request Matthew he is amazing !!!! Left him a fat tip!! Thank you Matthew we appreciated everything you did for us ! Hopefully you read this!!

It's Olive Garden, they need no introduction. The only reason I'm writing a review is to say how happy I am with their improvements to both the overall service and atmosphere which has put them back into consideration for my Wife & I. They remodeled some time in the last 8 months (been a while since our last visit, long story) and while their wait staff has always set a high standard in my book, it's their kitchen service that has been chiseled and polished into a work of art. I will gladly come back as often as our budget & diets allow.

I gave four stars because the server did his absolute best to overcome the technical difficulties that the restaurant was enduring at the time. A large party 's order came in before ours, the dishwasher was broken, so there were no drinking glasses, just plastic. They tried to seat a party of 5 at a table meant for 4 by adding a seat in the aisle. We held out for a larger table. There was no silverware yet even after our salad and appetizers arrived. But the server was very quick to correct everything and made sure that a complimentary dessert was removed from the bill. The food was good, and the wait was not that long despite all the hurdles being thrown our server's way. Still left him a 25% tip. Nice guy. Made my son feel very welcome even though he was not ordering an entree. Had a good time despite the issues.

I used to love the Olive Garden when I lived in Northeastern PA between Vestal, NY and Scranton, PA. They used to have a menu that i could always could always find at least 6 dishes that I would choose from and the meals were made fresh in the kitchen and the way you want them. Now, the only meal that like is Pasta Fasola (?) and salad. That isn't even as good as it used to be. They used to make a dish called Chicken Vino Bianca that was my favorite and that was removed from the menu a few years ago. A manager at one Olive Garden told me that they can't even make it if they knew how and wanted to because the meals come premade and are in packets. We are so disappointed that we probably won't go back any time soon. Prices are also getting too high.

There were 6 people in our party, so they brought out 2 bowls of salad and 2 bread baskets for us all to share. When my soup came out it was 1/2 full. The charge on the bill was $11.99! There's no soup in the world worth $11.99 for half a bowl. Very deceptive menu. We won't be going back.

I typically really enjoy Olive Garden but on this particular visit the food was served luke warm and the service was slow. Our waitress was trying to work too many tables, which caused unnecessary delays. Other waiters and waitresses walked by our table multiple times but never once offered to refill our empty drinks. We Walked Into Olive Garden 35 min Before They Closed, the young girl at the very front desk rolled her eyes and said follow me while walking us to our table a waiter that we walked by said "Dam I thought we were closed" the hostess literally sat the both of us in the far back where they stack highchairs & dirty dishes & we were ignored for 8-10 min until we got up to go say something. This location is not my favorite one. My dining partner and I ordered the $9.99 create your own pasta. We both ordered fountain drinks. The shrimp in mine were tiny and not many of them. Salad was kinda soggy. The restaurant was clean. Service was fast, friendly and professional. The bill was almost $35.00. Since we were talking I didn't really review the bill. I think we received someone else's bill. I didn't realize it until I got home 25 mile away. I'll be more diligent next time. I won't return here any time soon.

Today's dining experience at Olive Garden restaurant in Holly Springs was by far the Pinnacle compared to previous dining experiences. Our server, 'Taylor' was outstanding! She was extremely personable and professional. The cuisine was Lasagna Classico and Chicken Broccoli Alfredo, and both entrees were stupindice! The presentation, quantity, temperature, and flavor were amazing! As usual, the famous Olive Garden endless salad was adorned with equally famous Olive Garden Dressing. The salad was very fresh, colorful and tasteful. As if the dining experience couldn't get any better, we were taking advantage of Olive Garden's "Buy one, take one" special. This special allowed us to take home an additional entree to enjoy later at home. Taylor was excellent in her timing of asking what we wanted as our "Take one" entrees so they would be ready by the time we were checking out. She ensured our drinks were never empty, and all our needs were met. Our overall experience was outstanding, and will be challenging to beat in future visits. We highly recommend this specific Olive Garden restaurant to everyone. Kudos to the wait staff, chefs, and hostesses!

Service was slow and unfriendly. In regards to meal with my family we felt rushed by server who was gone long periods during meal. We paid 70 dollars for a nice quality meal. It was not nice quality.I had high hopes for this place. I’m disappointed and will not be recommending or bring family here again. It was not family friendly. Calamari was greasy and cold. My daughters meal was soaked in greasy Alfredo sauce. Nothing tasted fresh.

Evening staff not that well organized getting seating and orders out. They seemed confused and even though there were plenty of empty tables they had a hard time sitting us. Food was good with the exception of one plate not being what was ordered, they took it upon themselves to bring something else, the original item was a discontinued dish after the fact so we sent the incorrect dish back to the kitchen and canceled the order. I ended up sharing my dish cause things were taking too long.

I like Olive Garden, but with three people, two ordering soup, salid, and bread sticks, it's still $50 out the door. Service was decent, wasn't disappointed or impressed. I like the location and the new traffic patterns on 55. The restaurant itself was clean and the staff were friendly enough. Our waiter forgot our Andis mints, but we asked for some from the hostess on the way out and we were enthusiastically provided some. I'll probably be back. But, for the price, I'd rather drive a bit further and go to Outback or The Cheesecake Factory.

We arrived at the peak of lunch hour so service was a little slow but that is simply a timing issue. Our server was delightful and answered questions knowingly. My favorite dish is the lasagna--the meat sauce can't be beat--but the never-ending salad is a winner as well. A solid favorite!

Delicious! A little pricey but ultimately it's pretty reasonable. There's easily two meals from one dish so 20 bucks for a plate of pasta is alright. It's very good food too so that helps. I had a lovely birthday dinner there tonight and the bill hurt my wallet but felt good in my tummy so all is well.

I go to olive garden any chance I can get because I'm on the road for work and its alot better then fast food but this one just wasnt worth the trip the waitress was rude and didnt write down our order so when my fiancee's salad arrived it was wrong so the waitress came back saying she forgot her pen after correcting the salad we waited 30 minutes for our food which seems excessive while my food was ok fiance's was cold to the touch so was the plate very disappointing as I usually leave a large tip only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because after she didnt eat the food the manager took it off

We usually have a marvelous waiter, but tonight the waiter wasn't good at all, once he took our orders and he gave us our salads we never saw him again. (O, I didn't mention, he tried to give us a salad that he had took to another table and they didn't want it because of the contents that was in it). I had to ask 5 people for some hat sauce before I got it. This was the first time our waiter was out to lunch brains wise. The last five times within two months I've been there our waiter was wonderful. Other than that, the food was very good as always. You must go and their prices are suitable. I love Olive Garden

I had not eaten at Olive Garden in quite some time due to getting lousy heartburn from eating there twice. Yesterday I ordered the stuffed shells, and they were very chewy and hard to bite and cut with a knife. Two of them were even burnt. The only good thing was the breadsticks and the salad. I have made stuffed shells several times, and I can say I make them better and way more edible than Olive Garden did. I got a terrible stomach ache from the shells as well. I will never eat at this location again! UPDATE Heard back from the manager at the location I got food from, and he sent me an apology e-mail along with a twenty dollar gift card. Nice to see that they care about their customers.

I highly recommend lunch here you can get in and get out quickly and you can pay at the table and not have to wait for the server to pay which is a plus.

Me and my family went to try out Olive Garden for the first time and when we arrived none of the servers wanted to seat us. Then finally a waiter came up to (mind you they’re all white) us and asked how many and it was 5 of us and he said that they were looking for a table for us so we sat down. Then a family of 5 walked in almost 3 minutes after us and were immediately taken care of and seated. To everyone’s surprise they were white. I was confused at first but then another group of people came and were seated before us once again that’s when my family realized they were seating and attending the white people faster. My father asked the waiter is there no table for us and told us again that they’re are looking for one. We ended up leaving the service is terrible there I do not recommend anyone giving there money to these people. I was in shock to see this happening.

Typical food and service you can expect from Olive Garden. The only bad note was when we asked for assistance from another server nearby, he acted like we were being a pain. All we asked for was if someone could bring us a side of sauce because our pasta didn't have much on it. Having worked in the restaurant business for many years, this is a very simple request. Plus, he was headed to the back to get the other tables drinks anyways. It's not that hard to relay the request to our server or take care of it while preparing their drinks.

Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location. I love Olive Garden's salad. This location is run down, dirty. I feel bad for the owner since I know how expensive it is to run a business in Eugene but if they don't reinvest in the location people will stop returning. In Eugene it may be a slow death, just like El Torito and many other restaurants over the years. Until they clean it up, I'll be visiting Olive Garden in other cities.

I love Olive Garden, I've never had a bad experience there, until tonight. Our waitress (Selena) barely came to our table, it also took her 10 minutes to give us drinks /take our order. Then she never gave us bread sticks, but she did give other tables bread. When we finally got our food, it was cold to the touch. We immediately asked for a box (she didn't ask why or get confused since we just got the food). Also, there was no reason why we were in there for an hour. Absolutely ridiculous.

One time during the Spring when they first opened my daughter and I went there. It was a very hot day even though it was still Spring. It was even hotter in Olive Garden so my daughter and I asked them if they could turn the AC on. They wouldn't do it. They started talking about they don't turn the AC on until June something. They had my daughter and I sitting up under the hot lights and it was already hot in there. Being that they wouldn't turn the AC on we ended up leaving. We went back some months later and it was much better. I asked not to be seated under the lights and they put my daughter and I in a very nice booth in a nice area of the restaurant. The food and service was very good that day. We didn't have any problems.

We go to Olive Garden every once in a while. The food is usually very good, so we like it. Sometimes at the Minot location the salad has been a little lack luster. I think one time they were using lettuce that had been previously accidentally frozen (you know how it turns all mushy). This last time we went was great! All the food was fantastic. Our server was named John and he was the best. Always extremely polite and attentive as well. He never made us feel as though we were ridiculous if we asked for something that was out of the ordinary. I was very impressed with his customer service. Great experience all around. Really appreciated the servers kindness. I never went out to a place like this by myself, but I did that day. I am fighting stage 4 head and neck cancer, and couldn't eat or taste exactly everything as I would have liked (OG is my fav place to eat period!) and she was so kind when explaining I needed a different kind of soup, and tried a different kind of pasta in hopes that I could taste the flavor. I did the buy one take one and it was sooo good when I got home! First thing I could actually somewhat taste since all the radiation and chemo that makes me sick! THANK YOU OG! I will be back when I beat this mess! Get your pasta ready because I am going to be HUNGRRRRRYYYYY. :)

We went to Olive Garden for a family dinner on Saturday. We were seated within about 10 minutes even though the parking lot was filled to capacity. We were placed at a huge round table in our own side room. The high chair was there already. We were a party of 8. We were greeted by a most wonderful and invitingly pleasant young male waiter named Matthew. Interestingly enough, he actually was born in Coos Bay on the West Coast where we live. He was energetic and a people pleasing person. We started with beverages the Raspberry Lemonade mostly, some had Sprite, a neat blue sparkling spritzer and whole milk with half and half for the 1yo. Hot yummy bread sticks were served almost right away. We ordered two appetizers the fried lasagna and the spinache artichoke dip. We were totally bummed that the smoked five cheese fundido was taken off the menu. We are going to email corporate that this item needs to be brought back. You must try these appetizers they are both fun and delicious! We had soup and salad! Matthew was an expert at accommodating the picky young appetite and the new bee to the restaurant. He brought a small child soup sampler out for Tyler. He tasted every single one and enjoyed them all except for the minestrone, because it had veggies, Haha... Adorable Emillia had trouble with her napkin so Matthew gently placed it like a scarf around her neck and tied a little knot. She was pleased at that. The Littles ordered cheese ravioli, cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and build your own pasta, which of course included Meatballs. All of which were from the children's fun color and games menu. Julian preferred an appetizer for dinner. The shrimp scampi frittata.... Yum yum yummy! He got the spicy one. He also had the soup with gnocchi in it. He's 16yo and was pleased with his meal so much that he finished it all. I enjoyed the Chicken Mergherita(not spelled like the drink!). It was grilled chicken with a fresh tomato basil presto lemon sauce accompanied by lightly breaded zucchini. It was delicious! Exquisite to taste and see... Yummy! My daughter had the create your own pasta Spaghetti with Traditional Meat sauce and Meatballs. Three huge homemade meatballs that were quite enjoyable. Sean had the grilled Coho salmon and broccoli, which he said was perfectly cooked. The chef orchestrateda magnificent meal for us. The service was impeccable! Matthew was humorous and friendly and hospitable beyond words. We cannot wait to return and request Matthew as our server. We had enjoyed the best meal at a restaurant in ages. I mean everyone was happy with everything and all they all fell asleep minutes after we started home. Thanks to Jade, I didn't have to drive at all! Thanks again Olive Garden!

Was seated within 15 minutes. Had the minestrone soup with salad and mushroom ravioli dish. So good. Was sent home with extra bread sticks, a to go salad and a whole bowl of soup at no extra charge. Nothing like dinner and lunch for the next day. These guys know their stuff. Wine bar and drinks while you wait for those that drink, if you show up on a busy night you could be waiting 30 min or more. But definitely worth the wait.
