Both the meal and the education were absolute garbage. All of the ingredients were the lowest quality, nothing close to what was promised on the website. If you select Serano ham or prosciutto let me tell you you will get bottom of the barrel Kroger ham. Is there filet mignon your menu? You’re going to get discount Chuck roast. And if you’re expecting some guy to teach you how to cook.... yea right. You would learn more watching one episode of Rachel Ray than you’ll learn from him. Extremely disappointed.
