Disorganized Co.& staff, they took almost 3 months after an application was dropped off to their location, here in queens, to call my wife for an interview, the lady asked if she was still interested, she replied yes, then after the interview she was told she was going to get a second call for an interview, left her waiting, i followed up with HR and as per HR if she didnt get a second interview or 2 week passes without a call she didnt get the position. My question is which one is it? First she never applied for A position, she applied for any position available. Anyways i have 2 years of HR experience and I know when someone drops the ball and dont follow up with their work, and I hear a lot of balls dropping in this department.
