REVIEWS OF The Cooperage IN New Mexico

Claire Saul

The service was a little slow, the food was good.

Melinda Salazar

Rooms were freezing cold, no heat everyone was wearing jackets, salad bar was unkept, and sloppy the dressing was covered in salt. Couldn't even eat that. Silverware was dirty, bread came out in a wrinkled dirty napkin and hard and cold. Soup was cold yucky. Steak and potato COLD. We asked about heat the waitress said, this isn't cracker barrel?? But my husband said, at least the beer was cold. And who compares Cooperage to Cracker barrel???over all. YUCK never again. No wonder we hadn't been here in years.

Jim Lynch

Terrible service. OK food. We had to hunt down the manager to get any attention at all, and correct two missing items. Waiter had a lot of apologies because he had a big party, but not my problem. The place was about half full. Dirty dishes piled up our table, had to clear it ourselves. Some of the items on the salad bar tasted weird. Funny smells there, too. A manager type started to confront me on the way to the toilet, which is in the entertainment / cover charge areas. A special occasion for me was ruined. I should have known better to come back here when (ok, it was Christmas eve, but still) I was told there was a 90 minute wait, even though I had reservations. Low / no class place, all the way.

deborah emholtz

Amazing salad bar on ice besides a fabulous meal

Sarah Martinez

Very Pricey but the soup and salad are like no other.

deborah salazar

Always enjoy our visits here. Great salad/soup bar & I always enjoy the prime rib meal.

Paul Froonjian

Great place to eat!

Michael Bernard

Best Dalad Bar in Albuquerque

Tina M

Loved the food and the service will go again

Robert Colburn

Supper place for steaks and prime rib. Never tried salad bar but it looked good and fresh. Great drinks too.

Sandra Sandien

Great food and service. One draw back...use some acoustical absorbing material on ceilings and between windows Between windows. Without it you can't hear guest speakers or your closest friends. Example airforce academy head of administration on founders day. Could not hear to answer questions from 50 plus guests. We look forward to hearing a positive change.

Chad Johnson

Small portions, ugly plates, and a very small menu. Service was bad and inattentive. Everything was incredibly expensive. The only reason we went is because of a giftcard, and even then I felt cheated. Will never return. Such a beautiful building, but it's owned by a company who doesn't put it to good use. Don't waste your time or your money.

Not what is used to be. I had the prime rib and shrimp special--the prime rib was very good but the shrimp was less than appetizing. The shrimp was grilled (all of three small crustaceans on a toothpick) and looked appealing, but was very dry and very fishy tasting. The other diners at my table were generally pleased with their dinners (fish and chips, steak and baked potato) but not, "wow! this is fantastic!" experience that we expected. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh, and a highlight of the evening, but unkempt and serving tools were messy on the handle ends. There was a leak in the ceiling/roof in the lobby handled by a five gallon bucket and wet carpet. The chairs at the tables were missing the pipe covers at the tops of the chair-back making for a sharp edge when handling the chair. The interior looked tired, dated, and dingy. This used to be THE PLACE to take dates and out of town guests for a great meal in a rustic but refreshingly classy venue. The food was always excellent and the service outstanding. (As for the service, our very sweet waitress was kind and attentive, but it took a long time for drinks from the bar to arrive. Not sure who owns that, but I expected a faster turn around on service from the bar.) Now, the food is par at best (but the prices are premium!) and the experience less than expected. What a disappointment. So, I have hopes that reviews and feedback like this helps the management and owners take a look at what this long time resident experienced and that this resident knows what can be from what was once a stellar establishment. Three stars, because two would be truthful, but harsh, and I have hopes. Be well.

Jess Blea

Great food and atmosphere. The staff is great

Debra Aragon

Prime rib is usually my food pick here and I've never been disappointed. Love the soup and salad bar. Lots of choices, and everything is fresh.

Brian V

Have driven by this place for most of my life, but never had a good reason to come in. Came in today to check out a jazz show. The jazz was great, wish I could say the same about the food and service. The salad bar was the main highlight of the night. The servers were clearly overwhelmed (one member of the party's order was forgotten, slow bar service) which wouldn't have been too bad by itself. What was inexcusable was a steakhouse that can't cook a rare steak. We sent the first well done one back and got a medium-well one as a replacement. We would've tried to fix that one but didn't see our server for another 20 minutes so just ate it

Raleigh R

Love the Cooperage, great food and service, awesome prime rib and best salad bar in town

Jan B

Excellent steak and love the amazing soup and salad bar!

Robin Faucher-Osborne

Very nice, great Salmon and Prime Rib meal. All you can eat salad and soup bar was okay. We would go back, but not soon as we don't live close by.

DeAnna Yazzie

The steak was average but the king crab was great. Service was ok.

bob martinson

Consistently excellent food and great service. Prime rib always cooked to my taste and the clam chowder and chicken Chile soups outstanding. Salad bar always well stocked with a nice selection of makings, dressings and premade dishes.

Elise King

We ate at the cooperage on Thanksgiving. I honestly thought that Turkey was always dry and disgusting (you know, the reason for gravy) but alas! The Cooperage made Turkey tender and juicy, nearly falling apart. So so yummy! The salad bar was an extra plus.

Flo Sandate

The service wa awesome and that food was very good

Ross Keener

Starting to show its age, but still great atmosphere for a nice dinner. It is an ABQ institution, so visitors should give it a try when they come to town. Can't beat the soup & salad bar with your meal.

Noah Chacon

I played a jazz gig here just today. As a venue, that place is real cramped. However, only rich people can afford to eat here, you know, the ones with airpods. Anyhow, I'm sure their steaks are delicious and service is spectacular

cole lill

The Cooperage has wonderful food but it is a bit expensive but you get great service and even better food. With any meal you get access to the salad bar which has so much more than salad. Overall I recommend that everybody visits this restaurant

Benny Montano

I come here for the prime rib W delicious reasonable price

S Nemeth

Our experience started out terrible, the hostess seated us (3 people) at a table with only two chairs(no room for more chairs). She walked away saying we could not sit at a larger table. I pointed out we had reservations for 3 people. I had to ask to speak to a Manager to get the situation resolved. Our waitress was good the food was good.

Susan Droege

Good food at a reasonable price. They make a big deal about their great salad bar. But it didn't seem that special to us....about average.

Sean Riordan

Great salad bar, service a little slow. Had sirloin and enchiladas, sirloin order medium rare. Steak came with a couple of veins of really tough tendon and cooked closer to rare. Very tough. Enchiladas were quite good.

Teresa Jenkins-McCord

Great food service was good

Barb Svetlick

The Cooperage has very friendly, attentive staff; decent salad bar and my steak was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is a little dated but clean.

Leila Johnson

Great food. And Salsa dancing to the band Son Como Son in the lounge was awesome!

Kat or Kathryn Bird

The Cooperage Prime Rib is a bit pricey but tasted exquisite! Our waitress was friendly and attentive. They have an extensive menu and wine list . The salad bar was magnificent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys fine dining.

Renee Perea

Best salad ever and Prime rib

Cloe Villegas

Okay place to eat. The food is good but not very modern or fresh. Seems like it's geared more towards an older crowd. The prices are pretty high considering the quality of the food and the atmosphere.

Ivylynne55

The Cooperage has always been a reliable place for steaks cooked just the way you order and a salad bar with a nice selection fresh items. Waiter was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Good place to have dinner and conversation.

Don Rardin

Love the food, the salad bar, and the service. A step back in time and exactly what we expected. No retro, the real deal.

Karen Genter-Moore

The food and the service were good. The restaurant is dark and dated. I ordered the salmon with Hollandaise sauce and was asked if I wanted fries with it! That seemed strange to have fries with a nice piece of salmon. No salad or vegetables.

H D

We went for my Inlaws 50th wedding Anniversary. Half of us were given a lunch menu and the other half a dinner menu so it was a mess when ordering. The server had very bad body odor, there was a hair in my salad, it took 20 minutes to get a drink from the bar, it took about an hour and half to get our food, they didn't bring sides we asked for, and the food was cold. My sister in law sent her prime rib back to warm up because it was so cold and they brought it back over cooked. The server said they heat the meat back up by dipping it in Au jus. So they dipped a piece of meat someome had already eaten from back into the community au jus! The manager didn't act like he cared one bit. We asked him to take a picture of the entire family for us since it was a special occasion and his response was "I don't have time for that. I have four othe people to talk to". Thankfully, another customer in a nearby table took our family picture. They also complained about how horrible the service was. The meal was mediocre and expensive, the service was trash and they still added on an 18% tip. Don't waste your money here!

Kathy Lee

I had eaten there once before but was very disappointed in the salad bar. Several items tasted as though they'd been previously frozen. I hadn't had prime rib in years and a regular cut of prime rib, $26, and it was 1/4" thick!!!! We had an experienced waiter who placed the appetizer order at the same time as the main meal! ??? I won't go back nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Marcos Gallegos

Favorite from back in the day.

Mary Marrs

Still good after all these years

Kyle Sprosty

An older steak house with salad bar. Good cuts of beef.

Alex Rael

The staff was super friendly, our waiter was very attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I got the red chilli cheese enchiladas, which was good, except the chili was a little salty. Rice had good flavor and my drink was always replinished. Appreciate the good service, thanks.

Jeanne Pahls

Good salad bar! They need a bike rack, though. French onion soup would be nice.

Alison Howe

Excellent salad bar! Very fresh. Have never been disappointed at this Restaurant. A+++++

Cathy Lucero

Very impressed with everything. Will definitely have to come back. This is my nephew's favorite place

Candy Matthews

Excellent service and food. The atmosphere was ruined by the table across everyone was on the phone watching videos and loud phone conversation.

Christopher Chacon

What use to be one of the best steakhouses around but now quality of food was poor! They pride themselves on wiprime rib and what we got was day old cold rubbery piece of meat with no flavor. Had better prime rib from furrs cafeteria Service was ok. Seemed to be short staffed as waitress was not as attentive as one would think. I will not be going back

Stuart Klein

Food was ok. Clam chowder is still out of this world. Service was bad

Sharon Smith

Everything was really good. The steak was tender but medium well was closer to medium rare. Ordering well done from now on. Prices were good. Salad bar was excellent.

John Benjamin Austin

Ask for Adam. Don't order BBQ. Definitely get the salad bar and the soups rock!

Katberine Casebeer

The service was great, the food was even better...the atmosphere is perfect . Can't say thing bad about the place. We will definitely go back the next time we go to Albuquerque

Allison Davis

I come for the fabulous music - Albuquerque Jazz Orchestra first Tuesday every month, no cover. But this menu, and the highly overrated salad bar, has not changed since I first ate here in 1980. To be polite, I'll get a glass of wine (list is limited but not bad) and sometimes an appetizer (wildly inconsistent quality). The one time I ordered the prime rib, it was mostly gristle. Service is friendly, but they seem to be chronically understaffed. Too bad. Location is great, but most of us have dinner before showing up.

Joseph Pellish

Great lunch spot for soup/salad bar!

Liz Sandoval

Never ate there before was great salad bar during lunch. Very friendly beautiful atmosphere.

Michelle Miramon

It was an amazing experience

ramona valdez

Not too impressed. But in all fairness we were a huge group. Management perhaps might consider a fixed menu for this type of events. Took over an hour just to get a server to take my order and then pay over $20 for a burger after tax and tip, disappointing.

FM

Three of us came here for the special traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey dinner was excellent as was the salad/soup bar. Our server was friendly and attentive. We want to come back to try out the prime rib.

Philip Staley

Great spot despite my bias of being employed by this company. With terrific food, great atmosphere, live jazz monthly, and great staff, its no wonder they've had their doors open for almost 50 years. Big win if you go with the Cooperage choice for any dinner or special event.

Marcelina Perez

Good soup and salad for lunch with grilled cheese and steak fries. Yum!

Jasen Koteen

The food was excellent the cooks did a good job. But the management and staff service was just not good took a long time to serve us our drinks did ask us once if we wanted refills took forever to take our order I guess the worst part was we ask for to go box they took our plates brought back to go box no food they dumped it. Manger never came to talk with us just compt the plate they threw out. Have eaten here in the past and the service was excellent that why we came back not good now.

Mark Lippman

Best prime rib in Albuquerque by far. Great food service and ownership that cares about their customers. Have used them for all our family's big events over the last 30 years and never disappointed

James krantz

Good food great salad bar

Ashlie Ferreri

Kinda pricey for a nice steak and salad bar. Not much selection. Old time atmosphere.

Noah

One of my favorite places to eat! Perfect for just about any occasion because you can dress up or go casual. Large groups or intimate date night. Their salad bar is the best in the city as far as I'm concerned. Their menu ranges from the mid-teens or you can go all out and get the best fresh seafood with a perfect cut of steak. If you're a fan of prime rib then this will be your spot too. There's a nice bar and Friday and Saturday they have Salsa Dancing which is as fun as it sounds. I really can't say enough good things about The Cooperage. I highly recommend it, and if anything, just go for the salad bar to check it out. I'm pretty sure you'll go back time after time. ¡Salud!

Jacque Benavides

The prime rib was not worth the price, yet it was the managers special. Poor service as our waitress did not bring our bread or refill our drinks. Very pricey compared to other restaurants.

Michael Marcotte

Classic large scale steakhouse with ample salad bar, reasonable prices. Good for all occasions. Has a bar area and an intimate live music wing. My sirloin was just okay but steak fries were disappointingly cold. Should have gone for the baked potato!

Carolyn Bradford

Wonderful salad bar as always. Our server was great (I believe Justin). Always a pleasure to go to the Cooperage.

Ryan O'Reilly

Great atmosphere! Decent service and food.

Jillian Esquibel

I still get grossed out by this place every time we drive by. My husband and I came here 2 years ago for our anniversary on St. Patrick's day, so very excited for corn beef and cabbage, until a cockroach came crawling off my plate from under the garnish. I worked in the er for 12 years and that was the grossest thing I've ever seen! And then the waiter just swiped it on the floor when I discreetly called him over! And then the manager didn't believe us! I don't have faith a problem has been fixed if you are going to deny having a problem. Never again Cooperidge!

Karl Gillium

Perhaps the best salad bar in Albuquerque! The green chili chicken stew (on the salad bar) is awesome. Great lunch option... quick... plenty of parking behind the building.

srober0565 .

Salad bar is clean and well stocked. Good variety as well. The soup (green chile chicken) wasn't good at all. All meat and broth with a bitter after-taste. The prime rib was excellent, though. Cooked perfectly to order (my wife requested medium well and I had medium). I would recommend this establishment for great prime rib.

Joe Kawaihae

I do not even want to give a 1 star rating! Staff gets the one star. Look for work else where. The food sucks it's over priced and they claim that the lobster is Australian and it isn't it's lobster from Cali or Mexico! How do I know I grew up there!

Tyler Espey

Not worth going to they are Over priced, prime rib taste like TV dinner, Servers are slow and unprepared. Felt robbed! They charged $25 gratuity on our ticket with only 4 people. I would've left without paying if I wasn't with the family. Very disappointed!

Judy Jacobson

The Cooperage is a throwback to days when Steakhouses were dark, intimate, places. The decor has not changed since at least the 70's. The staff was friendly and as it was Valentine's they were really moving. Food was ok. New York steak done perfectly but as well as the prime rib is very thin and can be grisly. The salad bar is amazing, fresh, and again a delightful throwback to when all good Steakhouses had amazing salad bars. The price is very affordable.

Tamara Coombs

Ate there last night at large annual party--about 70 people, so limited menu. Asked if my salmon could be medium rare--server said he could put it down, but no. Nice piece of salmon, overcooked. Didn't finish it. Asked for chives and butter on potato--got sour cream, bacon bits (and chives). Dessert was delivered to entire party in styrofoam containers. A first. Asked for a fork, since all flatware except spoons had been cleared. Server picked up three or four packages of napkins wrapped around flatware from adjacent table and tossed on our table. No offer of coffee or tea. Maybe the idea was to take dessert and leave. Which we did.

Anita Romero

Food was delicious. And service was fabulous.

Don Cunningham

Went in at 730 and ordered medium rare prime rib they brought me a piece that was practically well done. When I tried to send it back , they told me they didn't have any medium rare. Why would you not tell people that to begin with? If you're known for your prime rib, you should know how to cook it. Definitely won't be back.

geraldine luna

I visit these place for the fist time, and I gotta say not very happy. I order the fish and chips plate and the fish was so grease. They give me more fries then anything and my waiter seem like he was out of it. For the price I have had better.

Amelia Chavez

Not bad. It's pretty vintage. Steak was good.

MrCuppycake99 .

Place was nice aesthetic wise and very clean with very friendly waiters. Ordered the filet mignon medium and it was brought well done. They apologized and brought out another, however this one was undercooked...still raw in the middle. Instead of bringing out a new one they retired it and it came out dry because of the cut down the middle and the bacon which is wrapped around it was burned to a crisp, making the steak taste terrible. I ate the steak because my family had finished eating by then and I didn't want to delay them as it was pretty late. I was given free carrot cake for my troubles which was absolutely amazing though, best I ever had. Overall I'd give it a 3/5 as my case seemed to be a fluke cuz everyone else had their meals cooked properly.

Debra Ludwig

Went for St. Patrick's day and enjoyed the corned beef and cabbage meal. Service was excellent and wonderful atmosphere inside!

Karlton robinson

Nice place but messed up order. I asked for a top sirloin they accidently gave me a chopped sirlion that didnt even taste like stake and looked very much like a hamburger pattie

Real 4 Life

Empty, dated and abrupt service. Food quality was pretty poor.

A Maur

We just saw a concert there, it was a great venue!

Rick Marin

Our server Gilbert, was great

Little Papillon

Decent food, decent service, decent atmosphere. Great Jazz concert. All in all needs some updating. I have had better at others for the price.

Misty Bishop - Martiss

Dark atmosphere. Slow service. Food not worthy of the hefty prices, but good.

Glinda Lewis

This place has really gone downhill. I used to really enjoy going there. I had lthe worst meal I've ever had there. Probably won't go back.

Veronica Lucero

The salad bar was good. It was clean and had many options. My husband was not thrilled with the prime rib but said the king crab ribs were delicious. It is a big restaurant. It is clean however a little old fashioned. The servers were professional and very nice.

Maria Hammonds

Best corned beef and cabbage in town!

Thomas Mescal

Food was prepared as requested and tasted great. Did not wait for table very long. Service was friendly. Dining area was clean and comfortable

Jeffrey Trespel

Decent if staid salad bar brightens an otherwise average steakhouse. The attached bar attracts the 40-something crowd with live music.

A Time Capsule In Look And Taste We walked through a beautiful front door, located the furthest from any parking spot you might choose, into the lovely parlor of an 1880 funeral home, replete with cobwebs and a broken chandelier cover that could have at one time served as a tulip vase . Our hostess had my name wrong, and sat us so close to the salad bar that I could smell the broccoli. When we asked for a seat closer to the music, she told us to seat ourselves and walked away. Through dark corridors of bad carpet and non-ironic two tone bannisters, we found the lounge and chose a table. Our waiter at first instilled confidence, acting as he if he didnt need to welcome us or explain the menu, that we, instead, should be thankful for being there, but no, that was just his personality. A glass of moscato from the bottom shelf of a gas station costs $6 and my stale beer had no foamy head to indicate its draft-worthyness. This was followed by an appetizer of brown covered brown, wich tasted of nothing but truffle oil, garlic, and pig fat. Then the band came on stage. A local band with their own interpretations of jazz and R&B classics were our musical accroutement for the evening. And they were truly the highlight of the evening, apart from my date. The prime rib was almost as much fat as meat, and had never known a brine, a marinade, or even what a spice rack looked like, was served with dry "rice pilaf" wich apparently means Uncle Ben's mixed with a few peas. The crab had been boiled to the point that he shell cracker simply bent the shells over and let them spring back into place as if crabs were somehow now made of memory foam. The salad bar had more ice than salad, and what was there looked as if it had been purchased from Walmart salad kits last week. The soup choices were chicken chunks and other chunks, or stringy chicken with irradiated chiles. The best dish was the desert that had barely been thawed out from its factory frozen ready made carton. When we asked for the bill, we were brought a bill, full of restaurant math that seems to make sense but you still never quite trust it, and we were told to pay at the cashier. So naturally, we headed back to the lobby. But there was no cashier. I stood there, feeling a bit like Alice at the tea party, trying to make sense of this mystical cashier I'd heard tell of. But alas, you must go to the bartender, and square up with him. Of course, how stupid of me. Now I know for the next time that I never go there. The front door was just as beautiful as we left.

Terri Dorcas

Good salad bar. Always consistent.

lynette martinez

I loved it. Very nice

umut koray

It was a lot better experience than my first for sure. Thanks to the service personnel, we had a pleasant evening.

Dennis Weyeneth

Ran out of potatoes over cooked vegetables terrible steak no flavor was more like a toast and not a new York stripe.

Gaby Galaviz

Has a tasty prime rib and the best salad bar

Chris Spear

Martin Torrez

Gilbert was an amazing server steaks were cooked perfectly

John Brandsma

The food and service were awesome!

dragon joe

Food wasn't bad. But this is the most racist restaurant I've ever been too. I'm Irish, and I felt very uncomfortable. Definitely a whites only place.

Gary Day

Located at 7220 Lomas Blvd NE. The Cooperage features welcoming contempory design and pleasant atmosphere. From fish and chips to steak and more, the menu has something great to offer for everyone. Features live music on selected scheduled evenings. My server Samantha was fantastic! Keep the great service!

J M L Stalcup

Wow! What a quaint place and could be so romantic should the need be. Great private booths and wonderfully spacious tables leave everyone with plenty of area to get around in and the lamps were all the deal. Anyway, we started out with the mushroom truffle appetizer which was awesomely deliciously. Then came the prime rib and the steak, med rare on both and perfectly cooked to temp. Of course the salad bar is a beautiful set up with a plentiful bounty and was just as tasty as the baked potato that was filled with sour creme, butter and fresh scallions. All I can say is by all means, "go again"!

courtney sack

Was raining outside and inside on our table and our food moved us to another table and same thing. Buckets being put out all over the restaurant and bar. Was nothing new to the staff happens every time it rains I guess. Food was okay service was good but water leaking thru roof everywhere not good has to lead to mold damage so don't think we'll be back unless they do the proper repairs to make it safe and sanitary!!!

Stackpole Daddario

It's delicious, consistent, and as far as I'm concerned. It's damn good food served fast, supported by great customer service, cheerful employees.

J M.

Always the same since I was in college. 70's Prime rib my favorite. Salad bar comes with it. Always fresh. Service 5 star.

Jacqueline Anslow

I really want to love the copperage more however I can only say it is okay. 1st time visited and it was great... Nice staff, correct order. Great time! So we went back... 2nd time, it really should have been better for the price and order was lost. No worries, perhaps be back later.

Patricia Anglada

Love the salad bar! The selections are always fresh.

Dave Kimbrel

Just passing thru going back to S Calif. We found it by accident and really enjoyed the meal and service. Top notch.

Michael Malloy

Great salad bar

Jude Sena AKA TRIXLOC Two Hype

Food was great. Service was also great.

C Chavez

Talked to the manager and he said that prime rib is gluten free

Donna O

Excellent service. Had Valentine's date night dinner there with prime rib and king crab legs. Both were very good. The salad/soup bar is amazing and I would.gp back just to have that.

Solarman707

Great steak sandwich and salad bar!

Marc Duske

Traditional restaurant/steakhouse. Had great service and all our table's entrees were prepared well. Salad bar layout is dated but content was fresh and soups were very homemade and delicious.

Leah Christine

Sitting here as I type, bartender refuses and I quote, "he refuses to make it fresh squeezed" to make a margarita fresh squeezed... hope the rest of the evening goes better.

DONNA WIETERSEN

Went for Thanksgiving. Oh my first the salad bar is mmmm good. The turkey dinner was great portions. There yams more please. Big slices of turkey. See you next year.

Marc Herson

Server never checked on us after taking order. Food was delivered by another server. Original server came back after we talked to the manager after we had finished our meal. So much for a nice anniversary dinner.

Carol Long

Food was excellent....however was treated like second class. No bread was offered however the table next to mine was offered. Ask for tea and finished with my salad before I got it from another server. Never got a refill until ready to leave. Waitress must have poured one to many for the next table

Justin Lockett

Great food, nice atmosphere, and wonderful staff. 10/10

taffy tagliaferro epler

Visited The Cooperage with my organization. Great salad bar as usual...Thank you, Coogerage

Daryel DeBary

Great service thank you

Tim Hatch

Really great prime rib and King crab. Outstanding waiter. What a great place for a date!!!

Charlotte Terbot

Good food, excellent staff,

Scott Gunter

We didn't stay for dinner. Sat there about 10-15 minutes which wasn't bad, but the hostess was coughing up a storm. I understand that employees have to pay their bills. But management should have sent her home. Sometimes as a manager you have to draw the line and think about the rest of the employees. What happens if they get sick.?

Daniel Arellano

Great meal, love their steak

Granny J

The wait staff was wonderful as the sirloin and french fries. Impressed

Robert Uecker

They have handicap parking but one has to climb stairs to enter. Food good.

Daryel DeBary Jr

Love the salad bar thank you

LaVern Galvan

The food was ok a little pricey the service was awful , I had to get up and get my own water sever was really bad had a little attitude. I prefer Longhorn steakhouse. Don't think I will be back.

Michael Jordan Jr.

Went to enjoy a dinner to celebrate my birthday. It's been a while since I've enjoyed a lobster. Was going to go to Red Lobster, but wanted to try something new and support a local business at the same time. While staff was polite, the atmosphere was like stepping back in time, and the pricing was a bit overpriced for what we were getting. I overall enjoyed my experience. But it won't be my first choice for celebrating my birthday. Do I recommend? I guess so. Just wouldn't be my first choice.

Gary Perrin

The food is great the salad bar is the best. Our waitress was top notch. She was there everytime a question came up or we needed something. Great service all around.

Amy Wahrman

Good salad bar great old atmosphere

Christina Baca

Their salad bar and soup is great! Although I was disappointed with the spoons and dishware, they were not cleaned well. That will be the reason I won't be returning any time soon.

Lori Taylor

For an older restaurant, it holds up well. Service was prompt and efficient, food was tasty. Chicken Con Queso was a nice change of pace from other holiday dinners. Salad bar was well stocked, with fresh ingredients. Atmosphere was quiet enough to carry on conversation. A very pleasant evening.

Jennifer Kirk

Exceptional food and service

Lisa Casias

Salad bat is amazing

Laura Montano

Kathleen Golding

Fabulous salad bar, great service, and delicious food as usual

Christine Pedroza

My family and I had never been here before. Decided to give it a shot. We showed up for our reservation and they had given us a table missing a seat for a family member. We then had to wait 15min after reservation to finally be seated again and watched everyone of all dif party sizes get seated before us. We also had three small children ages 4 and under. This had to be one of the least family friendly restaurants I've seen in a LONG time. There was no diaper changing stations and i had to change my 1yr old on the floor of the icky bathroom. I thought it was a law to have a change station!? They didn't have any child safe cups so my kids who are very little all had to use large glasses (not safe or efficient). The only drink option for them was lemonade. So yea my 1 y/o was given lemonade a couple hours before bedtime. And lastly, we put our food and drink order right away instead of waiting and it took without an exaggeration 1.5hrs to get out food!!! This was a party of 3adults and 3kids! Our kids were losing their minds not expecting to wait this long. The appetizer we ordered came at about the hour mark and I had even asked to cancel it. But low and behold two second after asking to cancel it the appetizer shows up. After waiting an hour and a half for food, my filet mignon must have been sitting extensively bc if was medium but super rubbery. One adults order was forgotten. One kids cheeseburger came without cheese then came without the top bun. I think everything that could go wrong, did. My family did not have a pleasant experience and will not be dining here again. The waiter does deserve some credit he appeared attentive and to be working hard but the kitchen and the facility failed him. Families there are much better places to eat and enjoy.

Green/red chile soups are the best things there. Worth it just for that. It is just my opinion.

Food was great. The service was not as great. But it was busy with lots of prom parties.

Service wasn't very good . The prime rib was very dry and small portion for the price do not recommend this place sorry

Food is always good and I love the salad bar.

Great steak, and terrific prime rib.

The outside of the building is falling apart. Inside the whole roof is coming apart and leaking into the building. They keep it dimly lit so you can't see how dirty it is. The food is okay but not for the prices they charge. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The atmosphere/decor was pretty cool. The bread was fresh and delicious. The prime rib and philly sandwich were pretty bland though. Could have definitely used some salt. My boyfriend got rice and said it tasted like rice a roni. I was disappointed steak fries were the main side for their lunch entrees. The service started out ok but then our server disappeared. We ordered a beer when we placed our order and when she came back to deliver our food she remembered we asked for beer but forgot what we wanted. She didn't bother to come back and ask us sooner... I'm not sure if she was just figuring we would forget we wanted a beer? By the time we got our beer and I finally got a refill on my iced tea (which had been empty for easily 15 minutes) we were almost done with our meal. Overall we were disappointed with the experience.

Great restaurant for a steak. Trips to the Salad bar are included with most entrees.

Service was good. Physical plant was run down & seedy. Food was uneven. Salad bar ok, soup old & easy over salted. Steak & shrimp entree was really over done when medium cooked ws requested. The steak was almost inedible -- tough, nervy, chewy. Shrimp was cooked in old oil. Not a good experience.
