Took almost 25 minutes for a single order combination. I walked in for my order, because drive through is always wrong, to include take out. Funny, it took that whole time to finally get the order right. I could of gotten an unnessesary surgical operation in all that time.

Very satisfied with the customer service and catering services. I left my information late afternoon online and got a call back the next morning. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful in helping me with my order for a staff lunch in and so was the one when I went to pick up my order. Everything was fresh and ready on time and my staff was very happy with the food as well.

The best tacos around town. I would recommend the street tacos. You get 5 tacos with your choice of meet, grilled onions and grilled jalapenos with mango for $8.99. They also have all you can eat tostadas and a salsa bar with cucumbers. Gets you filled.

Taco tote has recently remodeled their restaurant on mesa as well as the menu. I am vegan so i go for the amazing assortment of salsas, the refried beans, the chips, and the mushroom tacos.

A bit spendy for ok fast food. The pork Adobado was good the salsa bar was nice. The chips werent very good, the rice was pretty dry, rather bland and barely just ok. The beans were a huge disappointment. They were runny, bland and even adding salsa, etc didnt make them edible or even passable. I was quite disappointed with the whole experience, except the pork Adobado, it was good, not great, but good. I wouldnt recommend it unless you enjoy overpriced, average to below average, Mexican fast food! God, I sure miss LA at times like this....you can find a food cart, food truck or tiny store front on every corner with way better food.

Food is good. Overpriced and good luck getting them to answer the phone. The westside taco tote is much faster, they have better service and they actually answer the phone so you can call in take out orders. Called for 15 minutes straight today and no one answered. Got to the establishment thinking it was broken and employees were just walking right by it ignoring it. Sprite and Dr. Pepper were out of syrup, and the restrooms were dirty. Disappointing customer service.

Good comfortable place with the choice of eating inside or patio. An ok selection of different types of plates and combinations of tacos and salads bowls. The selection of desserts are not bad, however I definitely recommend that you try the cheesecake with salted caramel

The food was excellent. The staff friendly and attentive. You cannot beat their free chips & salsa bar (if you can, I would like to know where). I eventually want to eat at all the Taco Tote. In the meantime, this is my go-to location to grab some tacos on my way to the airport. Yes- you can take them their security.

It was delicious! Would definitely come back. Got the family platter for 2 which came with meat (of course), 6 tortillas, and 2 sides! Drinks were separate and the salad bar had everything you needed: different salsas, lettuce, onions, cilantro, limes, etc. Just go try it. You won't regret it.

What service are people talking about? There is none. You place an order and you are your own server. Only been to the one on Montana near McRae and will NEVER go back. Green chicken enchiladas tasted like vinegar. I think the sour cream was bad. Took one bite and showed waitress I was tossing it all in the garbage. For $10.00 I got one bite of vinegar. No apology, no offer to refund me, no offer to prepare something else. The entire staff can barely speak English and are clueless about customer satisfaction. As long as they get a pay check they don't care.
