What an amazing job!!!! Falco’s recently catered our son’s communion at the Taylor Pavilion in Belmar. The team was incredible and made it so that I didn’t have to do a single thing all day. Renee and her team kept things flowing smooth, I never had to ask for a thing they really anticipated my every need. The food was wonderful and was displayed very nicely. My family even commented on how bright and clean the linens were, just another detail they focused on. Last but certainly not least is the fine job Heather did. Heather helped with my planning from start to finish, made great suggestions and guided my through every step of the way. Thank you again for making our son’s day so special.

Kudos to Falco's Catering for doing a great job at the recent offsite wedding of my daughter, Lauryn and her new husband, Jimmy. Falco's and staff traveled all the way to Tuckahoe, NJ and served 175 people an awesome cocktail hour and dinner (and cocktails)! Everyone is still talking about the variety of choices at the cocktail hour and how delicious all the food was that night. I especially want to thank Heather for all her knowledge, suggestions and most of all patience in planning the wedding. She is a pleasure to work with! Thanks to the hard work of Heather and the entire staff, the night turned out perfect!

When considering a caterer for your big event stop right here in your search. We had our wedding reception all set for what was supposed to be a lovely outdoor evening event. Torrential rain entered the forecast and the team at Falco's went above and beyond the call of duty. They allowed us to use one of the halls, took care of the details around the food and drink, constantly called to assure us it was all under control. (did I mentioned this change was 5 hours before it was supposed to start?!?) This level of service doesn't come from just any caterer. The food was top notch, the service from the bartender to the servers was professional and constant. They never let the stress of a last minute change enter our evening celebration. Our guests raved and couldn't figure out how we could change a venue the day of our celebration and pull it off so flawlessly. Falco's can be thanked for that! So many people to thank including Alissa, Lisa, Steven and the entire staff. Serious - don't go anywhere else!

Our experience with Falco's was fantastic. From the start, Heather was professional and provided a stress free experience as she coordinated with the Berkeley to cater our wedding. The food was fantastic, and our guest were raving about it after the wedding. Falco's provides a unique and updated approach to wedding food. The choices for passed appetizers alone is amazing. They even provided local mini-ice cream pops as part of dessert. It is without hesitation that I recommend Falcos and Heather for your wedding. Last weekend, we had a 50th Wedding Anniversary party for my parents at The Rennaisance for about 100 people. The party was spectacular!! The room was gorgeous and our guests were happy with the food! From Heather to Stephanie to Don, the staff was so kind and very helpful!! And I must say everybody that came to our affair could stop talking about the food! I think they thought the food was put on by the place we had it at but it was not it was done by Falco's. We had it at the Asbury hotel in Asbury Park

We had the BEST experience working with Falco's for at wedding at Water Witch in Highlands. Not only was the food itself great, but they were incredible partners all throughout the planning process. They knew more about this venue that us, since they've been in it so many times, so they could help us know what would work, what hasn't worked and give us a heads-up about what to expect in a unique space. They were extremely responsive all throughout the process and even helped us coordinate our rentals. We had an incredible assortment of foods at the cocktail hour, which the guests all said they loved. Instead of a sit-down, we did three different food stations/mini-meals which gave guests lots of choice. They bring lots of unique touches, like little bamboo boats for tacos! They have extremely qualified staff the day-of, including a Maitre'D who makes sure the whole show runs as planned! We will definitely be using them again for any catering needs we have in the future! Would 100% recommend to someone else!

We recently has a communion/confirmation party at the newly improved Renaissance! It was perfect ! Joey, Steven,and Alissa were fantastic. We had over 100 People in attendance, a typical small Italian affair!! There was an antipasto fit for a king. Beautifully displayed fresh sliced meats, hunks of cheeses and salads on an 8ft table were nicely appointed. The meals were superb and elegantly served, finished with a dessert table of melons, cookies and cakes! Renee ...the head waitress provided every service needed. The staff worked with me to produce a beautiful day the exceeded our expectations! This was a mini wedding!!! Tell them what you need and they will make it happen!!! Thank you Falco for a beautiful party!

We used Falco's for our wedding and I highly recommend them. Heather was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly responsive and helpful. She ensured everything went smoothly and perfectly according to our plans. She helped set out all of our decor and layout exactly as we wanted and frequently checked in on us throughout the night to make sure we did not need anything. The food at Falco's was incredible, we got so many compliments and positive feedback on the cocktail hour (especially the slider station!) and everyone loved the dinner buffet. I cannot recommend them enough!

Using Falco’s for my upcoming wedding, there is not enough good things to say. You are given what serves basically as a wedding planner and they guide you every step of the way. The food and service is amazing! 10/0 We will use them for every function from now on. My bridal shower was at the Renissance and it was perfect!

Many thanks to Falco's Catering for making The Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce's 2018 Carousel Awards Gala an amazing night! As the Executive Director, it is crucial to me that this annual black tie event be executed as seamlessly as possible. This year, the event was not only larger than ever, with over 350 guests, but was also held, for the first time, at Asbury Park's iconic Convention Hall. Stephen, and his team worked like a finely tuned machine, anticipating challenges that we might face, as well as collaborating with our committee to marry the menu with the theme of the evening. This expertise helped to create one of the most successful galas the Chamber has ever produced. I've had the pleasure of working with Falco's on a multitude of events, both large and small, for over 20 years and they continue to impress each and every time!

Fantastic all the way around. Falco’s was going to cater my wedding reception at my house. The day of the reception, we were all set but the weather was not cooperating, a Nor’easter was on its way. In two hours, Falco’s rescheduled everything to their venue we contacted all guests and the reception turned out amazing. Food was awesome and service was great. My wife and I were there on Saturday, July 21st, to celebrate our nephew's marriage. Because of the weather, the celebration was moved from our nephew's home to the Renaissance (part of Falco's). Outstanding venue (especially considering this was a last-minute change). The food was delicious and the servers were excellent! I can't say enough great things about our experience.

Falco's Catering was simply the best! We got married on NYE at The Berkeley in Asbury Park. From the first food tasting to our last moments of the wedding, Lisa (our maitre'd) was there every step of the way. She is seriously the best! She made us feel comfortable and even helped us with our rehearsal! Heather was also wonderful, quickly responding to emails and going over the menu numerous times to accommodate the groom's food allergy. They provide delicious food, have all of the linens and details you need and are truly supportive of your special day!
