Encore catered my daughters BM. I worked with Susan and she was fabulous to work with. She understood exactly what I wanted and was able to accommodate my requests. She was responsive and made great suggestions. The night of the event Andrea was my hostess and she was amazing as well. She was there when I needed her and made the night run smoothly. The whole staff was great. The food was excellent! I am so happy I decided to use them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. All around great!

The Encore team is amazing. If you are considering catering a large event do not hesitate and book them. First off the food is fantastic, we had 175 people for an indoor/outdoor event and received so many compliments on the food. But we also had a micro-burst storm come through and trash our outdoor set-up / tent where we were supposed to have our cocktail hour 45 minutes before the party was to start. The encore crew moved everything inside, rearranged the main room and had us ready to party as if nothing happened in just 30 minutes. They went above and beyond like helping with things like putting together industrial fans because our room was really hot plus the entire staff was so positive and friendly throughout our party. You're not just getting good food, you're getting an absolutely great team determined to make your party special. Thank you Encore!

Encore is the best of the best! Susan was patient and helpful every step of the way when planning our wedding. She listened to what we wanted and was able to give us an incredible menu for a reasonable price. The attention to detail from EVERYONE at Encore should not go unnoticed. Our tasting was personalized and intimate. The quality of food is outstanding. We never once had to worry about the catering. Day of the wedding, my venue DROPPED THE BALL. To say that Encore saved the day would be an understatement. They went above and beyond (i.e. cleaning tables and dealing with the venue). There was never a lack of food. People were raving about it. The waitstaff was friendly and so incredibly hard working. I can not say enough fabulous things about Encore. Start to finish amazing. I will forever use them for every party and I could not recommend them enough.

Encore is absolutely fantastic ~ fantastic food and an outstanding staff! We request catering very often (for our office events) with Encore (more than 3 to 4 times a months) - Food taste very good, presentation is fabulous and the drivers are always on time. Encore's staff makes it so easy to order - they gives fantastic suggestions and are extremely patient. They are efficient, and simply amazing.
