I have been here many times in the past, but I have to say that I was really underwhelmed with a take out order. I ordered penne vodka for a 12 year old that was overcooked, dry and overpriced $17 for pasta that was not even barely touched. I have had better in a Pizzeria. If I was eating in, i would have sent it back. It wasn't all disappointing as their broccoli rabe and salad were good and price fairly.

This is a great Italian restaurant to take a large group. The food is great and the service is on point. The decor is Italian and it’s always packed so you know customers are coming back for more. The pasta is never too soft and the sauce is not too sweet or acidic. Totally recommend Biagio’s and it’s worth bring family and friends to share a large meal.

A great place to enjoy a formal dinner or to meet up with friends and share appetizer -drinks while watching the game. The food and service are great. It's a fun atmosphere to relax and enjoy great food. There are some great craft beers on tap. There's plenty of parking available and the entrance is handicap accessible.

A really disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in the door, instead of being greeted warmly we had someone say “rez”? Which I didn’t understand at first and then when I gave him my name he said “there you go” in a condescending way. We were seated, no bread basket, we later realized everyone around us had one. I told the waiter that we would like to order some charcuterie and crostini but hold onto our menus while we decided on the remainder. A few moments later he told us he had to take our menus, the runner with our first round of food was right behind him waiting to place our food. From that moment on we were rushed through the entire evening. My two small plates came out at the same time, we didn’t even have the room on the table. And by the time I got to the second plate everything was cold. The mashed potatoes on all three plates came out cold. The desserts were beautiful but if you closed your eyes you would think you were eating a hostess cupcake. My branzino was cooked perfectly, unfortunately that’s about the only positive take away.

Mildly disappointing experience here for Father’s Day weekend. I made reservations earlier in the week for this place after reading good reviews. When we arrived, my reservation was nowhere to be found after a woman who answered the phone a few days prior confirmed my reservation. Luckily, we were able to secure a table once we got there and the staff was accommodating. The ambiance however was loud and far from ideal for a Saturday night family dinner. The food was adequate. As we were finishing our meal the waiter came by and stacked our plates. My parents made clear as the table was being cleaned off that they wanted two of the plates to be wrapped up to take home. Once the bill arrived, the waiter came with no packages. We brought this to his attention he apologetically admitted that he threw the food out.

We attended a small party with a very well planned fixed menu. We found selections for everyone, fish, chicken and beef. Our filet mignon was delicious. Also had Caesar salad and penne vodka, also very good. Service was well spaced out, not too slow but not rushed either.

This was our third year for Mother's Day brunch. The worst ever, so overcrowded, the service was terrible that after asking several times for a coffee cup one family had to go up and get a paper cup. Would not recommend this brunch.

This restaurant hosted a Paramus Catholic swim team end of season dinner and in a word - delicious. Haven't had calamari that good on a buffet in YEARS. Everything on the menu tasted as if it was off the a la carte menu - not mass-produced for a party. That takes skill. I'd love to visit for regular dinner service.

Amazing family friendly Italian restaurant! Everything was excellent.From the ambiance to the staff to the service and especially the food. For the appetizers we had calamari, salumi and cheese board and a spinach salad with walnuts,applewood bacon,dried cranberries and goat cheese with raspberry vinaigrette. For entrees my wife who has celiacs had The seafood Pescatore with GF penne. I had the Cavetelli Salsiccia Rabe. Our kids had a personal Margarita pie and Chicken Francese with mashed potatoes and a tortellini soup. For Dessert our kids had chocolate lava cake and lemon sorbet that was served in an actual frozen lemon. Our new favorite place! Definitely have to check it out if in the area.

My second night here in a row. Very happy. The server was very attentive, smiled, and helped me chose a great appetizer, fried artichoke hearts and a stem - I loved them! For my main course I had the lobster ravioli. While I did enjoy it, I wouldn't say the lobster was particularly memorable. The sauce was very nice though. I finished off the meal with a fruit tart and it was the star of the show for me. Every bite was pleasure.

The staff was great! The food was delicious! A little too much oil, when I ordered the shrimp, crabmeat and scallops. And the lights kept flickering, it would get dim then bright. Which was weird. But overall it was nice.

What a wonderful, classic Italian-American restaurant, the sort of thing that looks like it stepped right out of the movie "Big Night." We were there at a gathering after a funeral, and the great food, impeccable service, and welcoming environment was perfect. It's a quintessential New Jersey experience. I hope to visit again when I'm down that way.

Consistantly great Italian food. This day told the server we needed to be out in 45 min. Ordered A hot Italian sandwich and a salad and they were able to meet our needs with time to spare, Even with a huge event going on and another area of the restaurant. Wonderful catering place as well.

I put together a 95th birthday celebration for my mother. Though all liked the food, there were a few items which occurred that has me writing this. First, no one mentioned we would have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to "our room". (There was a chair lift which, of course, my mother wouldn't use.) Second, they never mentioned there was a wedding and reception right outside the door. (I purposely picked this place and room so my hearing impaired mother could hear. Thankfully, the wedding wasn't too loud.) Third, I was informed we couldn't use the bathroom on our floor and all had to go down the stairs to use the bathrooms. Fourth, there was a 20% service fee which I learned after the event didn't include a tip for our one waiter (who was great)! I so felt he deserved one and ended up giving him one which added more money for the event. And, last but not least, I agree with some posts I read after the event the conference room states seating for 30; we had 20; and the room was tight.

My friend gave her spouse a surprise party here and it was fantastic! The food was really good! I never expect good food especially from a buffet, which is usually mushy and overdone, but not here...it was really well done. The decor was lovely.

Came here with the hubs tonight on a whim since we were in the area. There’s tons of parking in the back and the place was packed. We were seated right away and greeted right away. Our waiter was extremely nice and accommodating. I would give the service five stars. The atmosphere is very loud as they have an event lounge and there were several groups already eating the restaurant. The waiter started us off with complimentary bread; however it was hard and tasteless. There was some sort of garlic oil on it but it must’ve been there all day. I ordered chicken parm and penne vodka and the hubs got the seafood pasta. As for the seafood pasta (fra diavlo), the sauce was rather pasty and it appeared that they had poured sauce on top of pasta that was already cooked and sitting there because the pasta was one solid brick which is uncommon for linguine. As for the pros, it came with a ton of seafood. But it didn’t compensate for the lack of flavor. The penne was al dente, a little cold but I stuck with it. The chicken parm was safe and not bad. The flavor wasn’t out of this world but not terrible. I wanted to give four stars because of how amazing our waiter was; however the food was not.

Lucky to get one star and it’s only because of the food. Showed up at 8:30 and it was dead. Even asked the hostess if they were still open for food. She assured us the kitchen doesn’t close until 10. The server comes over and rushes us through our order...because it’s so slow the kitchen staff wants to leave early. Are kidding me? He literally stood over us while we decided what to get. Then when the dessert we ordered was crusty and stale...he couldn’t take it off the bill because he said the register was closed. But there were plenty of people eating at the bar. Total joke. Food was as expected but not worth the shaft we got. I’ll spend my money at a diner next time. They need to get over themselves because...newsflash...they aren’t the only Italian restaurant in north jersey.

Went here for Easter Brunch. What a disappointment. The only good thing was the omelet station. The service was less than adequate but I guess because it was like being at a wedding. Very noisy, deserts right out of the box. Sorry to say we won't be back.

PROS: This is one of the fanciest Italian restaurants in the area that I've been to. The parking lot was big enough to hold many cars, the atmosphere was fancy, the wait staff was very nice, the menu had a lot on it with reasonable prices, and most importantly the food tasted great! CONS: The place was a little small on the inside. If there was a large crowd there it would be hard to fit it in. The kitchen might also struggle to process a large crowd like that too. OVERALL: Definitely would suggest this place to someone! Despite it being a little cramped, I think this place will definitely make a great lunch or dinner

Awesome food! And I mean awesome food ! But if you have a party there, with many dishes, I recommend bringing your own containers too take your food home as they only give you a few containers and will not give you any more! Apparently, if you have a party there, whatever's left over, they feed their staff! Which I don't think is right, they work there, get paid there! They shouldn't be getting free food on other people's money!

Food was good, parking was terrible. The affair was buffet style, only had one station for 150 guests. It should have been more than one station to eat. At the bar it did not have the wine available, had to go downstairs to buy the wine you wanted. Service should have been better.

We were here first time,celebrating friend’s special day, and we were very impressed by service, food assortment and quality. This place is really good. Unfortunately it is hour and a half from us but we will definitely come back. Biagio’s is a huge venue for any special occasion. Rustic yet stylish restaurant, polite and attentive staff, and a good sized menu (a little pricey on some items). Overall, our party of 7 was happy with everything we ordered: filet mignon, pork chop, steak...the Mediterranean tuna dinner special fell short a little (it lacked any Mediterranean flavor and was overpowered by herbs). It can get cramped and the tables are quite close together (our visit was disrupted somewhat by the loud table behind us). I probably wont be back but I think some of the other party members enjoyed their time.
