From helpful staff who fully answered my questions about menus and logistics, to the talented folks who prepared and presented my selections, the process for could not have been any simpler and the results could not be any better. I can not say enough wonderful things about The White Apron! They came highly recommended by our wedding planner and we were absolutely blown away by Jay Curcio and his team! From the moment we sat down at the tasting, where there were multiple choices of appetizers, main courses and deserts complete with matching wines, to the weekend of the wedding, which included the rehearsal dinner, breakfasts and lunches for the wedding party, we were impressed by the highest level of service, the most delicious food, kindness, graciousness and a genuinely caring staff. Jay, Victoria and all of their folks did an amazing job at my daughter’s wedding on Saturday, Oct 6, outdoors at Hamilton House in S Berwick, Maine. The food was great! But more important, their people are what makes them special. All of their folks had such attention to detail it made this FOB’s anxiety ease from the first minute of cocktail hour! As I checked on things with our guests they were nothing but positive on every interaction with the WA folks. They’ve got the processes nailed down so that everyone was eating within minutes of each other. No delays. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!!!

We chose White Apron for our wedding after a wonderful tasting experience hosted by Jay in his wonderful commercial kitchen. We not only had White Apron cater our wedding reception and dinner but also a Welcome Party the day before and a brunch the day after the wedding. They had so many delicious and creative food options to select from for each event and they all tasted as good, if not better, than their descriptions sounded! But just as important as the quality of the food was the ease we experienced working with the White Apron team of Liz and Victoria. They were super flexible and responsive to our needs and suggestions. Their serving staff were also friendly and efficient. Our guests couldn't say enough good things about how tasty all the food was. You can't go wrong selecting White Apron to cater whatever your special event is. They are pros.

My husband and I recently worked with The White Apron for our wedding in Maine (140 people) and couldn't have asked for a better experience. They are incredibly responsive to emails and their menu options are extensive. One of our favorite parts of the whole wedding planning process was our tasting with Jay. The food was incredible and he talked us through a ton of options for the big day. When it came time to finalize our menu, there were elements we needed personalized due to dietary restrictions or preferences, and they were more than willing to work with us. Jay had great suggestions, too. Day-of service was swift and amazing. We loved their presentation as well! We got many comments from guests that the food was incredible and didn't taste at all like typical "wedding" food - in the best way. I would absolutely use them for another event.

My husband and I had white apron cater our wedding this past August and were blown away by their delicious food, service and dedication to every detail. Liz, Jay and Victoria were so welcoming, very responsive and helped make our day special to us. We loved our tasting with Jay and appreciated that he incorporated our culture in the menu. On the day of, the staff was very attentive and our family and friends gave rave reviews. One guest said, "I've been to many weddings this year and this is by FAR the best food I've had! It happens to be a few days after Thanksgiving, 2017, and I am reflecting on this past year, and counting my blessings. I believe it is that time of year that a lot of people do the same. I sat down this morning and sent a note to all the wonderful people at The White Apron in Dover, NH, thanking them for making one of the best nights of the year MAGICAL for me and my family. My family had gone through some difficult times last year, and my husband and I wanted to host a surprise birthday party for my brother and his son, at our home in York Harbor, Maine. We wanted it to be an elegant, happy occasion. There were streams of garden lights, tents, photos, flowers, and all of the things to set the "garden party" mode. But, the best decision we made was to ask The White Apron to cater the event. From the moment I contacted them, (my second fabulous event with them), they could not have been more accommodating. I had children with food and nut allergies, vegans, gluten-free, special diets, and everything that you can imagine to take into consideration. Victoria Nakis helped me with any and all substitutions with salad dressings, dairy free requests, literally everything that needed to be changed. I cannot tell you how many times I called or e-mailed with a question, and she was always gracious, professional, and assured me that everything would be perfect. It was! Jay came to set things up, cook some special pizza requests, and turned our outside setting into the most spectacular garden party that you would ever see. From the appetizers, cheese and fruit selections, fancy breads, hors d'oeuvres, flatbreads, berries, dips, Pico De Gallo, Guacamole, black bean corn salsa with tortilla chips, hummus and vegetables, different salads and pizzas, to the yummy selection of desserts, strawberry shortcakes, blueberry cobblers, and pots of chocolate....everything was perfect. Jay has the most exquisite way of presenting this incredible feast and everyone's eyes lit up as they strolled from table to table, filling their plates with this delicious assortment of food. This party was at the end of the summer, and I cannot tell you how many times we have driven up our driveway and looked out to the yard and smiled...remembering this wonderful, special evening with friends, family, and the finest selection of food. If you are having any kind of event that requires great food and elegant presentation, look no further than The White Apron. You will not regret it. We recently had The White Apron cater a wedding rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding. From the initial planning with Victoria Nakis, through to Chef Jay Curcio's presentation and preparation of the many courses/dishes, EVERYTHING was EXCEPTIONAL. The servers working with Chef Jay the evening of the dinner were all professional, courteous, and helpful. The only reason we're giving The White Apron 5 stars is because Google won't give us the option to give 10 stars. We give them our highest recommendation and look forward to an opportunity to use them again.

The front office was extremely attentive and accommodating and graciously customized my desired menu. The food was delicious and the presentation equally as impressive. The White Apron catered an event I attended in June. What an amazing experience! The staff greeted the guests with signature cocktails and Hors d'oeuvre (two of my favs: the shrimp with an orange brandy sauce and house made ricotta drizzled with a local honey...we couldn’t get enough!) entering the tent there was an amazing display of cheese,meats, flatbreads, dips and spiced nuts...beautiful!!! Dinner was plated and Chef Jay out did himself!! The staff was beyond professional and so attentive!! Table side wine service, water glasses refilled, plates cleared and another course served...wow!!! Dessert was an assortment of sweet treats...simply beautiful and delicious!!! I highly recommend this company! The owners obviously strive for excellence, paying attention to every detail and hire the best of the best!
