I booked this company for a event back in June and I have to say how please I was with the owner Kathy. She was so easy to work with and not only kept in contact an entire month before our event but she also gave us an amazing list of what would be needed for alcohol, mixers, and wine, and ice. The bartenders that we at my party were so pleasant and everyone came up to me and told me how good of a job they did. I would definitely recommend PourMe to anyone I know is in need of a bartending service in the future!

To clarify before I continue. This review is about communication before and after viewing the contract that lead to me finding a different bartender for our wedding. I did not render services from this company. I am reviewing their contract and communication. So I am very new to event planning because I have never done one before and I am planning my entire wedding alone because my husband is in the Army away at training. So I contacted Pour Me because another vendor I had contacted referred me to them. I emailed her my interest and communications flowed very smoothly. Then I received the contract and it didn't seem to sit right with me. It basically says that we would be responsible for anything that happens and they hold no liability. It just seemed very fishy. So I asked a few questions about the liability and it seems as though the person I communicated with was loosing patience with me for asking so much. So I decided to research some more and found another bartender with better liability it goes till 2 am the next morning.(Pour me only covers them while they are on site). Also a much better price of $427 than the $750 pour me was going to charge. This other vendor includes a portable bar and coolers. I can't speak for their service and maybe it's worth the high price. But I am definitely going another direction. By the way the emails she posted below are not the entire emails. She is conveniently leaving out the email detailing the contract and the one following where I had request quotes from other people. As I said she was pleasant but it seems as though I annoyed her after a certain point of asking for clarification.

I would like to say how wonderful Kathy was to work with, she went out of her way to make sure before my wedding that everything was detailed for me to have and what was needed. She sat with me and my family and went over so many great ideas for the event, That is when I knew I made the right decision on hiring Pour Me Bartending. She was always available when I needed to talk about anything to do with the bar services for that day. or let alone anything I had questions on, she did not mind answering anything she could help with even if it was not about the bar. On the day of my wedding, the team was so wonderful, the bartenders were set up way before we started and I did not have to worry about 1 thing. I am so happy I chose them.
