Very friendly staff, and the same quality food you'd expect from Panera. I made my cesar salad quite specific and they made it perfectly. Something other Panera's may not do.
Every Panera continues to be consistent in quality and offerings. List calories for every choice. Sometimes frustrating to have a favorite pulled from the menu. Still waiting for more gluten-free offerings.
Good location. Good coffee and food. Friendly staff.
Found a 1 inch piece of plastic in my tuna sandwich, the manager didn’t comp me or say anything to me about it when I brought it up to them. Don’t go here, they suck.
Love the food and the staff...
Food is always good. Nice friendly atmosphere.
Delicious soups and great sandwiches and salad awesome drinks
Always yummy!!
Standard panera. Good staff. Good comfort food
Good for lunch.
Monday 5/12 : Got in, got greeted and taken care of just fine, around 10 am. This was Zach. Saw Val. Went to get coffee and Light roast was out. Took Hazlenut instead. The catch area for garbage had plates stacked to the top of the wood. Box below was i/2 full. Cups placed in the utencil area. About 20 plates stacked. Stayed that way for at least 40 minutes until I left. Regular named Al stopped in and waited patiently for Zach to finish whatever he was doing... putting up menu boards, changing stock. He apologized to Al. Al places order, goes over to coffee, discovers same coffee out. He takes something different. Woman had been in line... Al left and this Asian gentleman came in from side and cut in line and was taken. Finally woman is greeted and taken care of. Nobody else around. Where are the supervisors.... why isn't Zach recognizing coffee out dishes stacked and telling someone. Where's Val ?? This is NOT customer service. Total of 12 people in restaurant. I spoke to an asst GM the other night about the kids in behind the line screwing around. Talk to Suzanne about that. She knows and had gone up to the same mgr to point out these folks. I spoke to the asst GM to simply explain and amplify that this IS an ongoing issue. Responsibility. I do not wish to have my name associated with these complaints. I just want them changed. I come in to enjoy coffee read. Lately, I leave with stress, because for God's sake.... you guys CAN DO soooo much better. A couple of names that come to mind as leaders are Kelli, Suzanne, Zehlia, and at least 2 others on the morning team together with so many that have left. What can be done ? GM's etc should be up front every 20 minutes. They can see what's happening and why. They can walk in on what's not happening. Break times, garbage times, unhappiness times by employees. GM's could come in on off times or days and observe quality of their unit - quietly @ table - no announcement.... then disappear. What would be good ? Recognition would be good. More $, free food, a gift cert to another type of rest or retail in recognition of those excellent people you have working for you.
This is great place for a good meal, although some items can be a little bit pricy.
Always great food at realistic prices!
Food was fine, customer service stinks! Most rude staff that I’ve experienced. Not a good way to start a first time visit to New Hampshire.
It's a Panera. Gets very busy and the line backs up to the door to get in and out.
Nice selection of food. Employees were polite and friendly. No lemon for my water.
Awesome food. Wait time moderate
The service is declining, another great company getting less personal with the guests...self ordering kiosks are available, however if you don't want to use the kiosk, plan on waiting for someone to take your order... providing great customer service no longer seems to be of such importance.
Mocha latte didnt taste right
Great service
Great service. Great food.
The food and atmosphere are good but it takes so long for food preparation.
Very good food only thing I wish is that they had more gluten-free options for other family members
Nice Panera, but as usual the prices are way too high. No value for the $$ spent.
The food is great. Sandwiches are always fresh, customizable, and tasty. Their soups and salads are delicious. Definitely a little pricey though. For my family of 4 we all got the pick 2 items with drinks for a total of $57 and some odd cents.
I generally like Panera food, coffee, and pricing. Hence, why I'm here. However, this store receives less than average marks for me because it opened late. 0611 to be exact. The tables haven't been wiped down from the previous day. The staff is very friendly, but I am out of the South so I'll let that slide.
Prompt friendly service!!
Quick bite on the way to work
Standard Panera close to the highway.
Fresh food and great bottomless cup of coffee
Good sandwiches
Fresh and flavorful.
Food is overpriced for what you end up getting. I ordered a Tuscan chicken sandwich and for basically 11$ I expect a decent amount of chicken on it, Nope. very minimal chicken. Other than the lack of chicken the food was ok if you like eating crunchy bread.
I always get an asaigio cheese bagel. Always good and the people are nice.
4/17/18 Hmm no coffee at 8am that doesn't work for me which is sad because I love this place so much better to go for lunch 7/15/17 I love it here. Fast friendly service however I have to listen to my boyfriend complain about the portion size. I don't normally have a big appetite so it does not bother me but if if I did I would be upset about paying $12 for pick 2 plus drink to walk away still hungry. So now we just don't go here together anymore.
My first visit they gave me an "everything" bagel when I had asked for a sesame seed bagel. My second visit I thought I'd try a chocolate croissant...instead of being actual chocolate, there was some goopy Nutella-like stuff inside. Very disappointed.
Gave me completely wrong order still good just not what i paid for
Lunch rush is crazy, but you can't fault the servers. They really worked hard to get everything out and in a polite manner. People seem to slow down the checkout kiosks that are meant to speed things up...irony. But, my lunch order was made quicker than I could decide what to eat. The soup was hot and Panera perfection along with the sandwich. Bread was fresh, and even the apple was
Great staff, quick service, good food.
Excellent food and clean dining/restaurant area. Worth visiting!
The best food ever.
Too fancy for my liking. I want a full meal not a overpriced snack.
My experience was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. I love Panera! This one in particular meets the standards. I'm not sure why so many people left bad reviews. The food was fresh and tasted great.
They were the worst. Our young at work. What a rip off.
Usually a good place to eat. But not for lunch today. My food was fine but the spoon I was given had dried food all over it , then I found a long blond hair under my sandwich. My hair is black . Tables were dirty. Not a good day at all .
I have been quite disappointed lately. Over the past year the construction and presentation of meals that I have ordered has declined. Especially when ordered to go. Often the meat is clumped in the middle of the sandwich, sauces are not spread evenly, and panini sandwiches are not pressed long enough to heat the ingredients. I like Panera Bread, but I have lost my desire to go to the Greenwood location.
Food is phenomenal and good for you. Great service and staff! Use the express kiosk to avoid the line.
The food was great the friendliness of the staff at this particular location was not the best!
Always love Panera. Great food. Great prices. And I got a birthday pastry free!
Me and my wife got a bowl of Soup a piece and you could of poured them together and got 1 bowl. Long story short we were Hungry when we left !
Fresh and healthy food.
Love it
The Tomato soup is to die for!!
Food there is pricey, but very good, the avocados could have been sliced thinner. But it was still very excellent!!
Great Experience here. Loved their crossiants. I went here in the morning for a Crossiant and a San Pellegrino Drink and the service was spot on. The tables were spotless.
Great
Out of food again .needs nee management
Great food great prices.
New bacon tomato grilled cheese was simply awful. All the cheese was melted outside the sandwich with virtually no cheese remaining between the bread. The bacon was not in whole strips..just random bits and pieces..and not at all crispy. The tomatoes were roasted rather than fresh which might have been ok but all I could taste was the burned skin. Threw half of it away ...
Wonderful food
two times in the last week issues where takeout items are forgotten. from bakery cookies to sandwiches completely forgotten in the bag. not looking too good recently..that’s a shame
They're good! Never want to change their system, or anything thing, I like everything about them.
The Mac & Cheese is to die for and add bacon and boom to a new level.
I keep going because of other people. It's fine, but I am ready to try something else.
What’s the point of having a kiosk when they still screwed up they never replaced creamer for coffee and I just use the bathroom and it is disgusting they really need to go through these Panera‘s and hire some good managers I member back in the day when I was a lady who work here her name is Tiffany this place was amazing it has gone downhill from now I will never return
You know it's Panera so you know what to expect.
I’m starting to go to a different Panera farther from my house because this one is so bad. I always do rapid pick up and this location has NEVER gotten my order completely correct. I’ve given them at least 4 tries. I order the same thing each time, only 4 items. One is always wrong, or missing. If it’s missing they’ll check it off on the receipt still even though that’s supposed to be a “double check” system. Today an item was missing and checked off, thankfully I checked the bag when I got to my car. Went back in and they ran out of the item but had still charged me for it... they gave me a different bread but didn’t offer me a free bakery item like other locations do when they make a mistake. This location needs to do some serious work on their pickup system, especially updating items that are sold out or at least tell people when they are when they go to pick up the order.
Great for breakfast on a Sunday morning.
Sadly, I've given up on this location after numerous tries - they're always out of some necessary ingredient and/or forgetting part of my order (baked goods, sides, a sandwich that's missing 90% of the ingredients). I haven't seen any improvement over 2 years of patronage. The Dover location is good. Go there.
As always when we come to USA it's a treat! Fast food as it should be!
Steak panini was a little dry, but not bad.
Good food fast service
Good food, good service
Food as with any visit was great. Wait time was longer than usual especially since it was 2:15 pm & I was the 3rd in line. Asked to eat & order was made to go. Service people were more interested in behind counter discussion than customers.
I visited a Panera bread in the past and swore I would not return. However I was given a gift card and tried it out again. I'm happy I did. The food was drastically better than before
Food always good and good for you.
Food is very good and staff is friendly and fast. Prices are definitely on the higher side even considering the quality of the food. Very good selection of food as well. If the prices were lower would definitely be an extra star.
This Panera is always very pleasant. I enjoy using their delivery service. One time the delivery person forgot my soda and drove all the way back and grabbed it and included a cookie too!
I hate penera bread in general....sgit is too expensive for what you get. Tastes good tho
It was great, except a little girl was wearing only a bra. I cannot believe they parents let their kids wear that.
First time using the site to order for asap pick up..went well..got food in less than ten minutes.
Remarkable that fast food is finally tasty, healthy whole foods.
Excellent service
they do not answer the phone. I recently placed an order online and it was not ready on time. the company that i committed to provide food for never got the food and i had to leave because it was not ready on time. i could not get anyone in the country.
Goid food good service
Consistently good no matter where you go
So busy and dirty when I visited. It was obvious that every person working was absolutely miserable. Also, they did not have any spoons for my soup
Prices seem a little high, given small portions and everything is ordered a la carte at the counter. Food quality is good.
Always clean, nice seating, free wifi. It's a standard Panera with tasty food options, though not all that great for food restrictions such as gluten free. They have smoothies and soups and lots of sandwiches plus tasty sweets on display.
Good service better food. A healthy alternative to fast food of expensive dinning. I eat here often the prices are reasonable with a wide variety of breads, soups, sandwiches and bagels as well as pastry. They offer great kid meals. Not to mention their wide variety of teas, and coffee. Great place to bring the whole family.
I love panera bread, it is the proper neighborhood bakery, cafe and casual hangout. They have good coffee, friendly staff, plenty of seating places, a nice location and affordable prices. I've also tried their combo's of soup, half a sandwich and an apple, a great and balanced lunch that is filling and tasty, also not too pricy.
I come here often for lunch and no matter how busy it gets (and it can get crazy) Joe is always incredibly helpful and hospitalitable either cashiering or assisting with the kiosks/takeout. Exceptional Customer Service!
I have ordered togo twice and each time i have asked for a chocolate chip cookie, THE PEOPLE IN THE KITCHEN DIDNT PUT A COOKIE IN MY TOGO BAG i am not impressed
Great! As expected from Panera! Always good!
The food in general is very good, but this one is a little crowded during the lunch time. So I usually do an online order whenever I want to have food from this Panera location
Yum yum in my tum tum.
Panera Bread for lunch, is always a good choice. Price, quality of food and selections are always great. Any drawbacks would be that some stores are starting to look tired and worn. Both are a problem of their success.
Delivery driver DEMANDED a tip. He asked both me (my coworker who didn’t order anything) to tip him. He tried making us feel bad for not tipping and he put the pen in my hand and very hostility said “where’s my tip”. I ordered online and already decided to NOT tip because last time I ordered they completely messed my order up and I had tipped 5$ online before my order got to the store. I was going to tip upon arrival until the delivery guy DEMANDED a tip. Tipping is for good service, that in fact was far from good service. Also the delivery charge was 5$ for my 7$ order.. if the delivery charge was less I would be more motivated to give a good tip.
As Always a nice and friendly staff .
I generally like Panera, but cannot say this is a good value anymore. I got 1/2 a salad (which was quite small, with no chicken), a plain tea, and flatbread as my side, and it cost me over $10 bucks.
I came here at 7 on a Saturday and the place looked like a bomb hit it. Out of bagels, and scones, staff worn out, and even though we were only ones there, order took a while.
Drive thru is so thin. You have to make a wide turn to get in it. Scratched the bottom of my car due to this.
Good soup
Just had a late lunch here at the new Panera Bread in Greenwood. I've been to a few different locations, so I knew what to expect here. Or I thought I did. Upon entering the store, you have two choices- Order the normal way or thru the 'Fast Lane Kiosks.' Not really being a 'people person' I chose the kiosk. The screens were very straightforward. You can sign in or order as a guest. I'm not sure if I've signed up before so I used guest access. There are options to save your order as a favorite, if you're signed in. The menu is great! There are pictures of every option. And there is also an option to customize anything. I ended up getting the half Greek salad and half Italian sandwich on ciabatta instead of the hoagie. To drink, I settled on the blood orange lemonade. There was also an opportunity to get a single dessert item for 99¢. I got the pecan braid. The food was delicious. So much better than Subway or Firehouse subs. Pricing is a little high. But you're paying for the quality ingredients and the ambience. It was nice to have a quiet lunch without kids running around screaming bloody murder. (McDonald's, I'm looking at you.) All in all, it really was a great experience. I will definitely be back.
Go to pick up dinner when sign clearly states they will be open until 10 PM. I am informed they are having an "employee meeting" and will be closing at 6 . What kind of management does a place have where they are not open when they claim to be open.
I’m biased as I just love Panera. Wholesome tasty food made with fresh high quality ingredients. Their app is great, fast pickup, a drive thru and clean bathrooms. They are in a league of their own for healthy tasty dining on the go.
Portion sizes (with baguettes and mac n cheese in particular) as well as service is not consistent which is frustrating as a regular patron. I mostly order through the app because I love making custom sandwhiches which are amazing and I'm glad that option is offered. I've had times where things were perfect and I was satistfied and then other times where what I ordered was out of stock so I've left with nothing even after waiting 15+ mins for an employee to check and see if I could get something else then ignoring me. This store needs to work on inventory management and having employees who notice their customers waiting-like the lady who helped me tonight by oferring something else when an item I ordered was out.
The wait was kind of long but the worst thing is I just spent almost $18 dollars for my food and was no where close to satisfied! Usually this is one of my favorite places but the food just looks different like it's been prepared and tasted even worst! Oh yea and my green passion smoothie tasted awful! I hope they get it together at this location really quick!
Great food, great service
Great food prompt service and the cashier gave great advice on how to make my bread bowl even better
Not so sure I'm a fan of the kiosk ordering system yet. A great Ceasar chicken salad...consistant with all the Panera stores where I've dined... great store, great location, easy to find.
The Cuban is great with extra pickles
This was my first disappointing experience at this Panera. I got the breakfast shuffle which was good, but I had to heat it in mic rowave. Aside from that, with all the information about the over use of plastics, I was surprised and concerned that Panera is now using plastic silverware and cups.
Great for lunch. Fresh soup and sandwiches. One of our favorite places for a quick but nutritious meal.
Saturday hours state 6am-10pm. Panera was closed at 9:30pm, if not earlier. Only disappointing, is all. This happened 5/20/2017.
Woke up like get this bread (Panera bread) and she had the AUDACITY to tell me sir we don't have soup at 7am like ?? I know it's back there just give it to me why is locked behind a 10am timewall
Got a almond croissant. Not edible so dry it tasted like it had been on the shelf for a week.
Didn't have to wait in line. I haven't been there in awhile but the person taking my order was very clear and helped answer questions I needed when I ordered
They could have been a four star review, but they recently retired the turkey chili which was a gluten free food that I could eat. Panera is one of my daughter's faves for a quick meal, and I cannot enjoy that with her anymore. : ( I'd expect that a brand based on whole foods would embrace that 1% of the market cannot eat gluten (celiac disease) My daughter's patronage is down when I am with her amd that makes me sad as she enjoys the restaurant amd the food. I encourage Panera to step up and embrace those of us with celiac disease so we aren't steering people away. Ike's Love and Sandwiches in San Jose, CA is a perfect example of 'how to execute'.
Always enjoy the food and fast service. Both are excellent.
Good, but the meal portion and quality are inconsistent. Sometimes its perfect, other times not so much.
Love Panera for the food & casual atmosphere. Always free Internet access
Food is good and staff is good but can’t do much about their Chipotle Avocado sandwich and other sandwiches on the menu. For the price of almost $10 for a full sandwich the sandwich is all bread and very little of what’s in the middle. Better to just make your own sandwich.. that, make the portions bigger.
Great soup
Ordered a blueberry bagel toasted and buttered. One half of the bagel was almost all black and burned, the other half was barely toasted at all. I was completely unsatisfied and disappointed.
The food was great. The online ordering and in store tracking doesn't seem to be connected.
The food is fine, but, the only issue I have is that when I do a rapid pickup for a specific time, they are ALWAYS 10-15 late. If you want a specific time order it earlier than the time you will actually be there for!
Delicious
Panera bread is always yummy
Was really impressed with the politeness and helpfulness of all the staff from our lovely cashier, to an employee in the dining area. There was one young man who even offered to help us with clearing our dirty dishes and getting a box to take our leftovers home in, and he was about to head out the door to go home. Wow!
I know the food is safe, and it always satisfies. Panera feels warm, friendly, and comfortable.
Good food but expensive.
Wasnt bad food wise , too way too long to place order & get food , kind of pricey for size of sandwich i recieved
No sour dough bread and the steak and cheese is big enough for a mouse. I had to go to Quiznos after eat my appetizer sized portion meal at Panera.
Love this place! Really good food! My favorite is the broccoli and cheddar soup and the Cuban sandwich
Chicken noodle soup is the best
The cashier when i was there was so nice .. she even spelled my name correctly. The food is okay. Love the bread. Coffe is okay too. I ordered coffee with almond milk but i guess she didn't heard me she put no almond milk but its okay there's some milk on the other counter. But over all everything was good.
Great soups
Great food,large variety,decent prices
Healthy option sprouted grain flat with egg white avocado, I skipped the cheese but you dont have to
the best as usual
Very crowded but the line moves fast, the food is always fresh and tasty and they even came and took our tray. I don't mind paying a little more for good food.
Good and friendly service.
Confusing. Staff was not helpful. Overpriced food was middling to good. Mostly clean.
Panini was so fresh and quickly done
Its good food and healthy. Perfect for them white girls
Small, but the food is good, as always.
To expensive
Cold Soup! I visited this location a while ago and ordered a tomato soup and sandwich my soup came out room-temperature at best... sandwich was fine. I asked them for hot soup and they ran my bowl in the microwave for a bit and it came out lukewarm. Last night I returnedafter a couple months, it was 8'o'clock and I wanted something more wholesome than Wendy''s. I ordered the squash soup and a turkey walnut something-or-other sandwich and the food took a while to come out and my soup was cold again... not "cooled-off" cold but like it just came out from the refrigerator and given 30 seconds in a microwave... Food at Panera is generally yummy and at just about any other location, the soup comes out hot and steaming. What is the problem with the Woodbury Ave location? Is there someone in the food prep area who cannot use hot things? This stuff isn't cheap, and yet if I had spent half the money at the Wendy's across the parking lot I am reasonably confident that my burger and chili would come out hot.
The food is wonderful, great friendly service
Wonderful as always. Soup and a sandwich hit the spot and took a loaf home.
Food was great
Food is Ok
Soul soothing soup!
The Italian Sub was awful. Seriously considered getting a refund. Never going back.
Big time giver to the community
Very good
Great staff, great food, wonderful experience, I love coming here. The atmosphere is cozy and its always spotlessly clean.
Food is basic but Josh the cashier was mucho cute!
Clean and calm environment. Wait was about 5-10 minutes but it was busy. Broccoli and cheese soup was very good!!!
Great service, however, I was short 2 bagels when I got home. Couldn't go back, as I lived over 20 miles away.
Love this restaurant! The employees are awesome and so kind! The food is always fresh and delicious. Deliveries are always on time. I cannot say enough about the staff though. They come out and greet me at my table and send me sweet notes and treats in my bags when I get deliveries! They are all around wonderful!
Always out of things! How do you run out of bagels almost every day at 9am?! Very rude customer service.
I normally have a wonderful experience at Panera of Greenwood but today not sure what happened. I just spent $15 for the chicken tortellini alfredo and it looked like someone just chopped some underdone chicken and threw it on top of the pasta. It was not mixed in with the sauce. I just threw out the chicken. I will never order this again and will just stick to their sandwiches and salads. I will get my pasta dishes elsewhere.
Staff are lovely. Food is what you expect. Great place to do school work or have meetings.
Price a little high .. Good smoootie I've drunk so far
Great place to meet friends.
Good food, quick service, friendly people
I like most of the food here. Price is reasonable, quality very good.
Great place to go and work.
My favorite place in the town. A lot of healthy options and their pick up order gets ready in 10 minuets!
Consistent great service and high quality
My family and I have been going to this partcular Panera for about five years. We've enjoyed everything from a cup of coffee to fairly largr holiday orders with no complaints.
Faster service in the morning is my only suggestion.
Great food, tasty . Snacks , soups and pastries
I live 4 minutes from here so I've been alot over a long period of time, they litteraly are always out of a breadbowl, and can't even get a chicken noodle soup right, 9 out of 10 times they mess up and give you the wrong items because they are unorganized. Really, don't waste your time or money.
Good food
Not a single issue. The staff was very pleasant, environment clean and the grilled chicken Tuscan sandwich was just delicious! If you like a sandwich with a hearty, crusty bread and fabulous flavors - this is the one!!
Great sandwiches, fresh and delicious...
Very busy at lunchtime, great food though
Great food
Fresh, healthy food. Minus those damn cookies. Lol
Always the freshest, most delicious food!
Good place for a nice lunch. Its always very busy but they do a good job of getting people threw
Food was very good! Girl making it had an attitude, probably because she seemed to be the only one making any of the food. While I understand her frustration, not a reason to take it out on the customers. There was a Shift supervisor next to her with no sense of urgency and he was worried about soup utensils rather than getting food to the customers.
They were great with my celiac disease and checked ingredients for me. Excellent customer service. The salad was pretty good, too.
Very good food, busy, cleanliness needs to be more tidy.
Good quality wholesome food ready quick
Great soups and salads!
Pricy, but great! Staff is wonderful! :)
Good side of bread hot dang. Friendly service, huge space, good atmosphere. Three stars cause it's a chain, but well maintained.
This is one of the busiest places around lunchtime and for good reason. The food is tasty. Becuase it is so busy, I find that my lunch order is occasionally incomplete in some way. Sometimes missing a fork or spoon. Sometimes a baguette is forgotten or dressing for a salad. It doesn't give me cause to not go but, it also doesn't give credence to a larger star rating.
Never had a bad experience here until today. Food is as good as any Panera but our cashier was extremely rude and was judging our food choices and making rude, sarcastic comments. Extremely unprofessional and won’t be returning to this location.
Food is good but the restaurant staff and upkeep have gone downhill. There were 7 people behind the counter, no line, and I still had a hard time finding a clean table. It was like no one had gone through the dining room in hours (it's 4pm).. There's no excuse to not be cleaned up from the lunch rush.
The ingredients are fresh, but the sandwich making is sub-par. My sandwich was falling apart because the avocados were really thick. The bacon fell like it was just thrown on there. Have some care with putting your food together because you have good ingredients.
We often get a dozen bagels when we order lunch. The service is quick and there are many great food and dessert options.
Do not do rapid pick up without checking your order they will charge you for items that they do not have and wont tell you that you are missing items...cool
A+++++ Wicked good tomato soup.
Your average Panera Bread nothing bad nothing amazing just honest food
Food is always cooked to perfection and very healthy a great place to grab a snack
Good meal. Extras are a little pricey
Always good
I got my food with no problem. I love how fast and efficient the place is. Yes this place is usually crowded, but this place has good food. I love going to Panera bread because they always have new food. I like how the food is healthy and how it shows how much calories is in the food/drinks.
I tryed making a order for online delivery to be made to my house in kittery witch is 2.4 miles away from panera bread. Witch is a 9 minute drive on gps but there police says they only deliver 8 minutes max away from there store. What kinda joke is that one minute out of the police to make that order.. what a shame sorry wont be getting anymore of my service..
Love their bagels especially the asiago cheese. Their pick 2 deal is great for a meal & provides endless combinations
Awesome salad
I'm here about once every two weeks. They always forget half my order and the tables are always sticky. Not visiting again.
Fast and food is good .... Michelle the manager ask me how I been . Told her good...
I ordered the mac and cheese. It was very good but then I noticed something black on the plate. I didn't order anything that would have been black and it looked disgusting. It came with a DIRTY napkin and the black stuff was also on my cousins plate as well. This was my first experience here and byfar never coming back. Hope this review helped someone.
This Panera Bread location is always out of items. Every time I go, they are out of a particular ingredient in something I want to order or they are out of the entire dish. I can understand this happening every once in a while but not EVERY time I go for a meal. Very frustrating.
Love Panera Bread. Consistenly good food reasonably priced, good coffee with free refills, great fresh baked bread and other treats, great staff, and awesome people watching. Clean bathrooms good location ample parking well lit. They could use more electrical outlets in the dinning room but great store.
The food is always amazing when I have stopped by, but their portions are never the same. I love their mac-n-cheese, but each time I order it I get a different size but it's still the same price.
Delicious food
I was in breakfast drive through at 10:30am. I ordered tea and it became 10:31am. I was told no more breakfast and wasn’t able to complete my order. This didn’t already help a terrible morning. How hard is it to slap an egg on a bagel for your last breakfast customer.
Really good
Brand new restaurant. Really nice inside. Service and food are excellent.
The autumn squash soup is so good right now! My boyfriend and I love coming here!
Be careful on take outs. They have messed mine up twice in just a few weeks time. When you get home twenty minutes away, there is no going back to get it fixed.
Good fast service
Mediterranean Bowl with half a cuban sandwich. Loved the bowl. It had the right blend of tangy and savory with a good mix of textures. The cuban wasn't as good as in Miami but no one does it as well as Miami. It was good, just not completely authentic.
ONLY reason I gave a 4 is they DO NOT SERVE GLUTEN FREE!! My family loves it however I can't eat from there or I'll be in hospital!! If u like potato or broccoli soup u will love the bread bowl with soup!! Like I say only reason a 4 is no gluten free stuff!!!!
Good food and coffee. WiFi is slow though.
We LOVE Panera Bread! The food is amazing, always fresh and awesome choices!! The customer service is very kind and patient every time we go there! Thank you for coming to Greenwood!!
Helpful staff, good food, extensive choices
Pleasant
Love the food.
