City Moose Catering & Cafe catered over 100 people for our wedding last fall. They were more than helpful accommodating our many menu changes over the preceding months, and they had great advice to give about price and efficiency. We enjoyed collaborating with them and found them to be friendly and calming. If I had to do the whole wedding over again, I would definitely stick with our choice to use City Moose. I know it has been awhile but thank you again!

Tried this place when it first opened and thought it was not too bad. Different than Seedlings, but overall was not a bad experience. Went back this week and got a salad and was very disappointed. The quality of the food was fresh and tasted good, but the salad was way overpriced for the size of it. I am not a big eater but the salad looked like it was a child's portion and had very little protein in it. I guess I expected more for nearly $20 for lunch, including a beverage. Not sure I will return.

My husband and I got married on September 7th this year and booked City Moose Cafe & Catering very early in our wedding planning process. Stacy and her team were always available to answer questions and were prompt with their responses. I'm vegan, so it was really important to me to find a catering company with food that I could eat, and City Moose offers vegan (and gluten free) food! In addition, their food is all farm fresh, which was really important to us as well. Stacy was really great in helping us stay within our budget by offering alternatives, and that took away a lot of stress for us. Our menu was: lemon herb chicken, vegan roasted vegetable lasagna, garden vegetable rice pilaf, and roasted fingerling potatoes. The food was AMAZING and our guests could not stop talking about the vegan lasagna (in fact we're all still talking about it!), it was so well balanced, seasoned, and flavored. We were very happy with all the food and are thankful to City Moose Cafe & Catering for being a part of our special day; thanks!

Stopped by yesterday with my wife. We were looking for a new place we could have lunch at, and were hoping we could hang out a bit, working on our laptops. We had the lunch but we didn't get almost any work done since there are NO electrical outlets anywhere for the customers to use. I had the Cowhampshire wrap, my wife had a sandwich. She thought her bread slices were very thick, would've liked thinner bread (we try to not eat too much bread). My wrap I thought was pretty bland. Not much actual taste to it. I put some Sriracha on it and that helped, but really, it was like eating the color beige. A disappointing visit. It looks great in the pictures and the reviews were generally positive. But it won't be a place for us to frequent. The lack of electrical outlets is a big negative to someone that might want to spend some time in there, working while having coffee, a sandwich, snacks, whatever. And there's an unfortunate lack of healthy options on the menu, or "oh my God that was a great sandwich!" menu items.

The space has a warm, clean, and inviting atmosphere. The decorations aren't cluttered but tastefully arranged. The food is beyond delicious. The ingredients are fresh, and the menu is varied. If you enjoy good food, this is the place to go.

City Moose catered our wedding and did an amazing job. I have celiac disease and a bunch of food allergies so finding a caterer who had experience with those things was super important to me. Chef Jason went over all of the ingredients with me to make sure the food was safe for our wedding and Stacy was always prompt in replying to our questions. Everyone at our wedding, even the pickiest of eaters commented about how much they loved the food! The ham and fingerling potatoes were definitely what people commented on the most! I love that they locally source the ingredients as well. I highly recommend City Moose for any event that needs catering!

Nice cafe with soup, sandwiches and salads. I like the sustainable atmosphere with biodegradable cups and recycled napkins. They use plastic animal models as the food delivery mechanism instead of numbers, which I find a nice touch. They had two iced teas available, one fruity, one standard black. Half soup/sandwich/salad available is super helpful. The Butternut Apple Walnut salad was outstanding as was the Apple Cheddar Turkey sandwich. They also had an allergy friendly dessert option with no added sugar that was surprisingly good. They had whipped cream out for hot chocolate, which was a really nice touch.

Little cafe in an office building serving the local office dwellers. Fun names to the dishes and many of them are interesting. Taste wise they were more hit or miss. The staff was pleasant enough and service is quick enough. Prices are moderate, and the seating area is cafeteria like.

So good!! I couldn't decide what to pick to I ended up getting a salad, sandwich and mac n cheese! Everything was amazing, I can't wait to be back! Excellent service, food was fantastic, house brewed tea was delish, food was SO fresh and the entire place was so clean! Highly recommend stopping in for a visit.

At the City Mouse Café I enjoyed their french onion soup. For dessert a chunky chocolate chip cookie which was huge and delicious! The City Moose is self ordering but the food was delivered to our table. Pleasant staff, clean and quaint. Will be going again.

City Moose Catered our rehearsal dinner, wedding and next day brunch this past weekend and we could not be more impressed!!! From the moment we hired them, they have been helpful, respectful and would respond to any emails very quickly. We hired City Moose not certain what we wanted on our menu. Stacy and Chef took the time to get to know us and created the perfect menu for our special day. Our family and friends could not stop talking about how delicious everything was!!! The display was beautiful and they captured our vision perfectly.

I'm sitting down to write this review and for the life of me, I don't remember how I heard of this place! Well instead of racking my brains over this, how about I just talk about the café? Beautiful new place made to look a bit rustic with the solid wood tabkes, wooden chairs, and counters. But otherwise stylistically simple in accordance with modern design. The servers were polite and friendly here. Opting for something quick to take with me as it was before close (and I needed to be at work) The Vintage Revival seemed a delicious light option. The croissant was crispy and fluffy, the chicken cool and mellow being accented with the grapes, walnuts, and the herbed mayonnaise. That with the potato chips they make, made for a great meal during a warm summers day. Definitely wish to try more menu options here.

Went for Mother's Day Brunch. It was pretty well done. Food was good and there was plenty of it. Staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. One critique, they had a steamer labeled as breakfast sausage but it was kielbasa.

We are so beyond happy with City Moose's food and catering team from our Wedding in June! Everything was just perfect! All of the prep work before hand was so very easy all thanks to Stacy! Stacy also coordinated our wedding day and boy am I happy she did! It was truly a stress free day all thanks to her! Chef Jason did such an amazing job with the food! Our guests loved it all!! The grazing table and passed hors d'oeuvres were so great! We loved your homemade chips! Our dinner options of salmon, beef and pork were just outstanding! Everything was cooked to perfection. Owner was snotty and rude when we made the mistake of going there thinking it was the seedling cafe on mother’s day. If you work in hospitality and that’s your choice, be hospitable. The seedling cafe had moved mere weeks earlier- I’m certain you could’ve empathized with our confusion. Warmth goes a long way in your industry. Edit: Due to response from owner -whomever was there with dark hair and presented herself as "in charge" (hence my assumption of owner) was the one that was very rude. Stacy, thank you for responding to my review, as there are many parts I had left out - and would be happy to talk to you about my experience 1:1 as I think you'd want to know as the owner of a new establishment. I only hope the individual who behaved the way she did was simply having a "bad day" and took it out on us - but I would implore a conversation with staff about customer treatment, as that would go against my "code of ethics" as an owner. City Moose catered my dear husband's 29th (+61), i.e., 90th(!) Birthday party for about 50 guests at our home. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everyone loved the grazing table & passed hors d'oeuvres, gushed about the cranberries and apple in the salad, and enjoyed the entrees & dessert. Stacy, Chef Jason, and the staff were totally professional and pleasant throughout the process. We look forward to City Moose catering the 100th!

I love City Moose for breakfast! I am on a Keto diet and they are always so accommodating! I really love the Cowhampshire Burrito! Except I get it without the burrito part! The food is always fresh and made to order super fast. Great stop for coffee and a bite on the way to work.

City Moose did an incredible job at my wedding. From start and by start I mean the tasting to finish, they were awesome to work with. I really enjoyed the tasting and not just the food but Stacy and Jason's kindness and friendly approach. My wife handled most of the communication prior to wedding but I never heard of any issues and trust me I would have. City Moose catered both our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception and exceeded our expectations. Stacy and Megan were professional from the beginning with quick responses to any of our questions and assistance with all of our preparations. Chef Jason was present at our tasting and worked with us to make sure the menu was exactly the way we wanted it down to the level of spice on our chicken. Jason and Stacy made sure that all of our wedding party was fed during the cocktail hour and that we all had drinks while taking pictures. Once our reception started we didn't have to think about making sure the food was all set, they just made it happen. We had numerous wedding guests take us aside and say that our food was the best food they have ever had at a wedding and we would agree. City Moose really went out of their way to make our wedding day a day we will never forget.

As we headed out we chit chatted with others and as we talked about our favorite sandwiches here it was clear we will have to be back to try some more options! Nice place. The coffee is good and the staff was friendly. I like the tables that are great for groups to meet and chat over coffee. However its not too friendly to telecommuters. There is WiFi but not too many solo spots and no place to plugin for power.

We visited City Moose Cafe during their grand opening event yesterday and were beyond delighted with the experience. The decor is simple and rustic, but still warm and welcoming. There was plenty of staff walking around verifying everyones’ experiences as well as offering assistance, which is entirely unexpected in a small cafe. Businesses in New England always have to make sure they respect the small business/local mentality, and this local cafe hit the nail on the head. And then there was the food...it was spectacular! I tried the Bahn-mi while my coworker enjoyed the Cuban. Both sandwiches were delicious, well seasoned, perfectly cooked, and accompanied by a heaping pile of homemade chips. I wish I saved room to try other menu items as well, but I’ll just have to make another visit. The City Moose Cafe will have to lock their door to keep me from coming back; which by the way they changed the previous entrance to open to the outside rather than into the building lobby - major kudos to that idea! My daughter and I went to the princess brunch and it was ADORABLE. We've been to a few other "princess" events and they were all just okay. This one was really well done. Each child got time with the princesses one on one at several different points but there was also dancing, singing, glitter tattoos, shiny new crowns and great food. The owners are super nice and were very eager to meet everyone's needs. They even had mimosas for the moms!!! It was really really great and we'll be back for other events and casual bites/coffee/tea.

5 stars! City Moose Catering was absolutely incredible for our wedding! Stacy was organized and helpful in planning for our day making sure each of our desires were met. The food was by far the best we’ve had at a wedding and the staff. The sirloin was so delicious and the 603 Ale Mac and cheese was a fan favorite! The Staff was extremely friendly and professional. The presentation of the food was exceptional as well. As a bonus they provided us with lots of photos that they took that day! We would highly recommended City Moose Catering for any event!

Our first visit to City Moose, and it actually exceeded the hype. I had the Bahn Mi and my wife had the Woodchuck. Both were so flavorful and fresh! It was one of those times where I said "the taste of this food is just making me happy." Highly recommended. Such a great atmosphere too- very clean, and very relaxed. Love the canvas photos too. Oh yeah, we also had a side of tater tots. Fantastic! No complaints, everything was great! Super nice staff as well.

I've had the pleasure of eating many different meals made by chef Jason! The food never disappoints! His watermelon lemonade is the perfect summer drink! They also cater! I have attended a wedding that they catered and they were punctual, the staff is extremely friendly, and the food was delicious! Would highly recommend them to a friend! I work from home, so I typically have breakfast somewhere around Nashua so that I get out into the world. City Moose has quickly become one of my go-to spots. The food is so good that I often end up taking lunch home with me. Their pastry selection changes and offers a lot of delicious discoveries. Their coffee offering is expansive. They have wifi and a charging station if you forgot to charge your laptop (like I did at the time of this writing). They have a ton of seating, so I don't feel guilty hogging a seat for a few hours like I do at some of my other favorites. The staff is incredibly friendly. Best of all, they have a rewards program, so my morning routine earns me free muffins, coffee, and breakfast burritos with regularity. I highly recommend City Moose to any looking for a good breakfast or lunch.

Chef Jason and team were fantastic! We had a 55 person baby shower outside and Jason offered such wonderful suggestions for food and apps! The pulled pork tortilla cups, mini crab cakes, AMAZING waffle bar with home made compotes, chicken, candies walnuts etc. Also, mini pannini skewers and an amazing cheese and fruit display - that's just a few of the wonderful food choices my quests had. The guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food was! Not only that, but they are friendly, professional, polite and easy to work with. Hiring them was the best decision I made, I was able to enjoy my daughters shower and not worry about one thing around food and entertaining. When they left, you never knew they were here - impeccably cleaned up! I would hire them again in a minute again! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved working with Chef Jason, Stacy and the whole City Moose team when they catered our 9/15/2018 wedding. They were absolutely perfect. We knew we wanted a 100% vegetarian wedding and they knocked it out of the park - we got so many compliments (even from the meat lovers). Chef Jason and Stacy helped us out every step of the way - from helping us craft an unbelievable vegetarian taco bar with all the best toppings (seriously, BBQ jackfruit and roasted sweet potatoes and fresh chilies and a hot sauce bar - unbelievable), to giving us feedback on our floorplan, to walking us through every detail and helping us pull off last minute changes. We loved getting to meet Chef Jason a few months before our wedding. He was so friendly and excited at the challenge of an all vegetarian event. He gave us great advice and absolutely killed it the day of!! And Stacy was so great to work with. She answered all our questions quickly and walked us through every step of the process, and adapted to our last minute adjustments. The staff on the day were perfect - they kept everything stocked, bought snacks over to the bridal party during pictures (pretzel bites and homemade potato chips, amazing), and cleaned up afterwards leaving us only the nicely packaged leftovers (which we thoroughly enjoyed!) We highly recommend City Moose - they were amazing!!

This morning, 7/2 my daughter and I stopped in due to our regular spot being closed. Within 5 minutes are order was taken, there was a large variety of coffee, and we sat for maybe 5 minutes when are food was being delivered. We ordered the Egg and Cheese Sunrise with ham and it was AWESOME! Delicious and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere was really comfortable, quiet, and just very relaxing. I see they have only been open for a couple of months and if I had to suggest one thing it would be a little bit more of a breakfast variety. Highly suggest checking this place out if your regular place is closed, crowed, or over priced.

We recently renovated our house on Lake Sunapee, NH and had a party to greet our neighbors and thank them for putting up with our construction so we contacted City Moose. Stacy and Chef Jason arrived on time, set up a beautiful appetizer station, beautifully labelled with types of cheese and then we had a wonderful buffet of fresh beef and salmon, salads and side courses. The food was served beautifully and the kitchen was spotless when they left. We will definitely use them again!
