This place is an amazing breakfast spot in Vegas. Expect it to be busy because their food is really good. Their home made bacon jam that they put on a lot of their dishes is to die for. We had a little bit of a wait but it was understandable with how busy they were and because someone ordered their 10 and a half pound mega burger sandwich. The wait staff was very nice though and made sure, though it was taking a bit long that they truly were doing everything they could at that moment and did anything they could. They truly did care about the customer. Would suggest this place to anyone, AND DONT FORGET TO ASK ABOUT THEIR SECRET MENU!

We got there and put our name in. Didn't have to wait long but had already looked at the menu. When we sat at out table the server got us drinks but then didn't come back to the table. Twenty minutes later Dino came back apologized and took our order. He was seriously amazing. There food came fast and was fresh and delicious. I can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu. Thank you Dino for the great brunch.

Food is delicious! Love bringing people here to get to know what I call a Special Breakfast. The menu is full of variety and you can't go wrong with any of it. They have a lot of "ube" stuff that is not on the menu but do ask your server for more details, and other specials!

Loved it here and looking forward to going back! I've only ever heard great things about TnB so recently I brought my husband and two kids for the first time. We enjoyed the Pork Belly Omelette, Southern Comfort and the kids Silver Dollar Pancakes with Strawberries and Nutella. We ate every bite! The collard greens were seasoned to perfection and the chicken was amazing! Reasonably priced, attentive staff, delicious menu. With fusion kitchens like these, there's really no reason to be at a national restaurant chain.

I really enjoyed the food, service, and environment here in this restaurant. I'm vegetarian and even though their selection for vegetarians is somewhat small, they were happy to accommodate me going off menu with some substitutions. Our server Dawn was amazing and very attentive. I'm here visiting from Phoenix and would highly recommend it! Plus the meal was not very expensive at all! I got the 3x3x3 and substituted avocado for bacon. My girlfriend got biscuits and gravy and bacon and we both loved our meals!

Really unique breakfast spot. I highly recommend the TNB signature burger it was amazing. The portions are big so you might have to take some home. This place is also crowded in the weekends so keep that in mind.

Y'all. I saw some kinda four-layer decadent deliciousness from Truffles 'n Bacon and had to have it. It was my last four days in Vegas and I drove half an hour to have the Southern Comfort breakfast--fluffy and crispy bacon waffles slathered bacon butter, GINORMOUS chicken fillet fried to golden perfection, OUTSTANDING mac and cheese, and the BEST greens I've ever eaten at a restaurant ever. Ever. Only Sweet Momma Donnie Sue's are better. That's sayin' somethin'. Can't say enough about the service, too. Raphael was incredibly attentive and offered several suggestions for a great dining experience. He checked in with me several times during the meal and each time, the reply got even more favorable. Nobody walked by my seat without checking in on me, making sure I had everything I needed for a great dining experience. I look forward to taking friends and telling everyone I know in Vegas how great a time I had at Truffles 'n Bacon. From start to finish, a pleasure to eat here.

Interesting place. I ordered an omelet and it came with a salad. Did not ask for a salad for breakfast or knew it came with a salad. Would of been nice to know prior would of asked for fruit or something different. The toast was dry and the omelet was ok. It was a weird combo at 9 in the morning. No kids menu so portion is huge. We ordered the french toast and it was very dry and not much flavor. Maybe this place is better for lunch. We will probably not return for breakfast but may give it a chance for lunch.

This is a good Filipino infused restaurant. I've found out about this place through Instagram and the pictures of the food looked amazing so I wanted to try it out. The host and server was very friendly and hospitable. The food is priced reasonably and was very delicious and flavorful. The only downfall about this place is the tables are very small and very close to the neighboring tables. We were in a party of 4 and had a hard time eating comfortably. Other than that, everything was great.

The service was great! It felt like family. I took my mom and boyfriend and we all loved our dishes. We all got burgers or sandwiches since we got a table around lunch time. The wait was long but I get why. Expect a long wait! My suggestion is to just go to the near by nursery or Starbucks and chill until it’s your turn. Make a fun little trip out of it. I would definitely bring anyone who visits to this spot.

It didn't work. Some flavors we're good like the bacon jam but it didn't mix well with the brisket and kale inside the mother mac n cheese. It was too sweet overpowering the mac n cheese itself. We ordered the beast burger and the hot cheetos and tator tots need not work. Lastly the not your mama grill cheese. The tomatoes and kale did not work. the brisket in it was delicious but took away from the grill cheese. Sorry wasn't it for me. THE wings were delicious along with the pickled cucumber thats it. It all looks delicious but no where near did it taste amazing. I actually loss my appetite after a few bites.

I was there for a pre-mother's day celebration with family. The wait to be seated was about 30 Minutes and to be served about the same so expect a wait to receive awesome food and exceptional service. I had the beast YEAH!! A scrumptious blend of brisket of beef 1/2lb angus burger sauteed kale, tomato slice also cheddar cheese slice Topped with this luscious bacon jam...I know but it is so delicious. I wrote about my dish but everyone else in my party were equally astounded...JUST GO!!!

The food here is wonderful and the menu has a nice selection of both traditional “American” eats and more adventurous flavors so there is something for everyone. The staff is incredibly friendly and service it prompt. Currently the only downside is the size of the space for how popular it is. There tends to be a wait and once you are seated inside the ambient noise is a bit loud so having conversation across a table of more than four people is difficult.

This place has grown beyond it's capabilities. It's sad because it used to be so amazing in the little antique place they used to be at. I go in for lunch at 1, and wait 15 minutes to be seated and then 45 minutes wait from ordering before I get my macncheese. Not like we had a big party, just myself . At an hour wait time with very poor food quality I definitely will not be back any time soon. The staff was very nice and understanding when I spoke to them so service is great. But you can't have 1 hour wait times for lunch and have poor food quality. Sucks when Mom and Pop joints that used to be a complete gem grow into mass quantity food instead of quality.

The food was amazing, the server Donna was excellent. The guy at the door taking you to your table is why I can't give five stars. We got there when shortly after they opened and the place wasn't even half full. The guy wanted to seat our party of 5 by the kitchen entrance, where no one wants to sit unless there is no choice. When we asked to sit somewhere else he looked upset and walked off just leaving us in the middle of the restaurant wondering what was going on. He came back a minute later, still not talking to us and pushed 3 two seat tables together for us. My Mom thanked him and he just walked by her without a word. He acted as if he had spent hours planning our arrival and was offended that we wouldn't want to sit in his special table next to the kitchen. I was very close to leaving and going to the IHOP 100 yards away. Donna was excellent and that is why I remember her. The host with the ponytail almost cost them a customer. Honestly they need to focus on his customer service.

Absolutely speechless! We shared the Not Yo Mama's Grilled cheese that was oozing with cheese and had tender chunks of brisket, tomatoes, and kale. We also had the pork belly burger with truffle fries. That was more than enough, but we couldn't resist the side of mac and cheese. So creamy and delicious. All the food we saw being served to other tables had a stunning presentation. The menu descriptions were so mouth watering it took us a while to choose. We will definitely be back!

It's been a while since we've been here and I'm glad that it's still as good as it was last time. We had the breakfast mac and it was really flavorful but not too overwhelming. Had the perfect balance of cheese, hash browns, ham, egg and of course truffle oil. Initially wanted to order the ube waffle but it is only available on weekends so we had ube pancakes instead. It was really good and not too sweet. Will have to come back another time for other "secret menu" items.

Great breakfast, great atmosphere, great service but you have to be rich to eat there. I could have bought a whole pork belly for the price of breakfast... However the hashbrowns were Homemade not out of a bag, the (2 to 3 oz) porkbelly was cooked perfectly the white cheddar cheese was not to over powering and the very little hint of chimichurri was just right (even though I would have wanted a little more personally) and the perfectly Roasted serrano pepper was beautiful with the micro greens as a garnish... Will I go back??? Yes, but it will have to wait till I have another $50 dollar + tip night as a graveyard shift cook...

Came here because my niece wanted to try but they ended up not being able to make it so I ordered to go. The really cute girl at the counter was super nice. She made some recommendations and I took it. (There was also another lady who worked there super friendly and nice also trying to help us. ) The tots, ube pancakes and pandan waffles. The tots because I ate it in the car was so amazing. Flavor was so on point. The pancakes and waffles was good too but I think if we ate it there it would have been even better. Now here is the best part... I left my purse here and didn't realize it until 30 mins later. Called and the same girl picked up and told me she was keeping it there for me and honestly told me she was trying to find my number in my purse too. I came back and everything was there. Thank you so much Truffles and Bacon for your amazing service, honesty and amazing food. Will def be back!

We came here on a Sunday Afternoon and waited about 15-20 mins to be seated. Luckily we were able to put our names on the online waitlist 20 minutes prior to arriving. So plan accordingly if you don’t want to wait. There was a big party seated against the wall next to us which is probably why our server forgot to bring us our drinks and utensils. My wife and I ordered the ube drinks which was tasty and refreshing but packed with big ice cubes so you don’t really get much of the drinks. I ordered the longanisa melt which is very heavy but worth it. My wife was recommended the pork belly omelet by our server but after ordering it, it was nothing amazing. The omelet dish came out tilted on it’s side and we were a little disgusted by how much oil was seeping out of the omelet. We also ordered the sinful tots which I thought was amazing. Very crunchy and packed with lots of flavor! However, we were disgusted again on the amount of oil that was just sitting at the bottom of the bowl with soggy tots. I wish I took a picture of it, maybe next time.

We've been wanting to stop by this place for a while after seeing the, "Belly of the Beast Burger", online. Make sure you give yourself time because since it's only open from 8am-2pm, it's always busy. It's definitely worth the wait though. If your not looking for beef burger, the "Cali Burger" has super fresh ingredients, it's super tasty. Also, my husband got the "Hot Beast", which was definitely large enough to share, and full of flavor. Its a fairly large place, but best for smaller parties. It almost feels like you're eating in your moms kitchen, because of the decor. The service was great, and servers were super friendly! Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

Definitely interesting food, and might go back to try the pandan pancakes or ube french toast, but won't be a regular go-to spot. We had the tots, spam fries, 3x3x3, and breakfast Mac n cheese and while it was all good the truffle oil flavor was a bit heavy. Add the $70 tab (with tip) and too pricey for anything other than the novelty.

The food is great however the service needs work! Took about 45 minutes to be seated which is fine but there were 3-4 open tables and another 2 or so that just needed to be cleaned off so not sure why they would keep people standing instead of seating them. Then after finally getting seated it took another 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and ask for our drink order. I also felt that the prices were a little high. Hopefully they can work on their timing to become a great restaurant

The food here is AMAZING, unfortunately the wait times are unbearably long, and during rush hour I saw one cook smoking a cigarette outside while I waited over 40 minutes for my order. This restaurant is worth the bad service, but they could and should improve, this is definetely among the best and most underrated restaurants in Las Vegas, I highly recommend this place, in spite of the mediocre service and extremely long wait times.

This place was pretty legit. The chicken with the panko crust is definitely how chicken should be made. They also have their own flavors of honey and syrup that are excellent. I'm in town visiting friends. We came here my first day around 2pm when it wasn't busy at all. Food was great. Server was friendly. So we decided to come back the Second day around 11. We get seated and are ready to order. Server asked how we were splitting the check. We tell him and he asked me to move Seats so i could be near the people who's check I was on. When I told him I can't sit in that chair he asked the other 4 people in my party to move so we were all sitting how our checks were split. I have never been asked by a server to move seats. Moral of the story. Foods amazing. Service is slightly above good 50% of the time.

Love love love this place! The portions are big so get ready to eat a lot! They have an amazing take on Filipino food and have spiced up the way they’re served (example: Ube French toast, Ube Horchata). There’s also some American food that is yummy. The staff is super friendly.

The food was great but I feel the burger should have been bigger for the price (I should have leftovers but didn't). I paid about $16 out the door for a single burger. No fries, no drink. Probably will go elsewhere next time. Service was friendly at least.

We arrived on a Saturday morning shortly after they opened and were quickly seated. I had heard that their burgers were really good. When the server came over, she explained that the full menu was available all day. That made it even harder to decide what to get. I really wanted to try the bacon jam. I ended up going for the Signature Burger - which was awesome! In fact, after the server set it down, one of the people at the table next to us leaned over and asked me what I had ordered. That's how you know it looked really good! It tasted as good as it looked too. I really loved the bacon jam. It's sweet and salty and savory. The spicy mayo goes great on the burger. The bun really stands up to the burger too. It's not some squishy bun that gets all sogged out. And finally, the hamburger patty itself was cooked perfectly and delicious. I can't wait to go back again.

Area was small and cramped for service, no uniforms, street clothes worn with t shirt Food was very good, however over priced..over $13 for ube waffles; one and done. Although place was very busy, probably wont be back.

I've been waiting to try this place for months! It was so worth the wait! I had the Ube waffles and they were just so freaking delicious! The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will return here for sure next time I'm in Vegas.

I have to say this place was great! The only thing I don't like is that there's not a Truffles N Bacon in Phoenix! I had a classic the biscuits n gravey a side of bacon. The BF had 3x3x3 and he's vegetarian they were able to sub his no problem. He upgraded to the Plantain and walnut french toast and I was blown away. All of it was so delicious and the fact it was all from scratch is even better! Next time I want to try the fruity pebbles waffles we saw! The service was also on point! Dawn was our server but all the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Thank you so much can't wait to come back!

I thought this place was all just hype, boy was I wrong! It's damn delicious. Jighly recommended.You want to get their Ube waffles! If I only knew they had pandan pancakes, I would of ordered that too. Their menu is extensive but I think you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Jackie was the chef and she knows how to cook! Their chicken and waffles was like a chicken katsu. So good! My only comment would be that their lines are no joke. This place gets PACKED.

The server Dawn was very attentive and friendly. I tried the 3X3X3 with the banana walnut french toast. I enjoyed the bacon, and hash browns. I wish the toast was traditional french toast and bananas weren't caramelized. The banana walnut sauce taste good with the small pieces of french toast.

Great service, cozy environment. It's better to place yourself on the waitlist prior to arrival, especially if it's a party larger than 2. The food was good! I loved the Ube Horchata! My first time trying it, but if you don't like coconut you won't enjoy this drink. Here's my pancakes! Make sure to try these too!

Excellent Food but Customer Service needs work. Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday lunch and wanted to try something on our list. He ordered the "Hot Beast" (Beef Burger with hot Cheetos, pork belly, tots, so Chile and melted cheese) and I ordered "The Rawlings" (katsu style fried chicken sandwich). Both options were excellent, I wouldnt recommend this meal to health conscious people haha. They do have great breakfast and salad options. As good as our meals and waitress were the overall customer service needs work. Upon arriving we noticed that there wasnt a greeter just a kiosk system to add your name to the waitlist. We stood for a while despite multiple tables being open, as the waiting area quickly filled for lunch. Eventually we were approached by a host and seated. I wouldn't say this ruined our experience just an area that management could address. Overall I enjoyed it and will return to try more great options on the menu.

Where do I start, we went to this place because we went crazy with their instagram posts so we made it our missiom to go on our next trip to vegas. Wella after that its become sort of a ritual to go on every trip. Everythimg om the menu is great but im most fond of thw not yo mammas grill cheese. Its so good you will never again be happy with another grilled cheese sandwich. #lifechoices

Came here for my daughter's sweet sixteen and it was wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. At the end they brought out a birthday ice cream for her and asked the full house of people to sing for her, which they did. Such a great place, would give it more stars if I could!

Great cafe with a unique twist The layout is very open with small tables and big windows giving it a cafe feel. The service was outstanding with friendly energetic staff. The menu has standard breakfast items and some unique options. I chose the chicken and waffles with bacon butter bacon jelly and sriracha honey. The waffle was soft and delicious with 2 huge pieces of fried chicken breast. Absolutely outstanding meal

This place looked pretty amazing, with fun foods. Weight time to get seated was pretty lengthy but it was a Saturday morning so it was expected. They had an awesome check in system that eliminated the lack of knowing how many people were ahead of you. Only had to wait 15 minutes with 12 people ahead of us. Which is pretty amazing. The part that makes me give 3 stars was the service and the amount of time it took to get food. Our server barely spoke to us at all, took about 20 minutes after we got our drinks before we even got our order in, another 20ish minutes before he came back to explain the kitchen ran out of an ingredient for one of the entrees and another 30 to actually get the food. By the time everything was said and done i was pretty over it. And to make it worse the couple that got seated next a bit later to use got a bit more conversation around if it was their first time etc.

Well we were in Vegas ate there one day. Then the next day we sat down at another restaurant looked at the menu and decided to go back to truffles. The breakfast Mac is good but needs a sour fix. The southern comfort though is superb. And the Rawlins was good too. Best coffees I have had at a non coffee shop (and better than some coffee shops)
