The food was really good. The service on the other hand was terrible. It took over 10 minutes to get our drinks but we weren't the only ones. The same thing happen to the people behind us. I also heard other customers get there orders wrong or not cooked right. But the manager seemed to get it solved. The Waiter needs more training on what should come first to the customers.

I shop in Henderson, NV. With a couple of friends. We pick a place to have lunch at the half way point of the day. On this day we thought the food and services the last time we ate there was so good we would try it again. Same server, different area same food choice for each of us. Server didn't remember us and we said nothing. Food was just OK, two of us ate salads (lettuce was old and had brown spots on the leaves) one had a sandwich.Service was slow. Had to ask for bread, it was put on table with attitude. Drinks were not refilled. We won't go back for a long time. Sad because the first time was so good.

Ordered appetizer chicken on a stick w/peanut sauce, not compatible nor cooked long enough. Cheesy flatbread wasnt fresh, nor was the small pieces of bread for the dip(ok). My friend ordered shrimp/spinach salad said dressing was horrible & shrimp was undercooked. Never offered refills on water or how our food tasted! Heard good things about other mimi's from friends, however this one didnt "cut the mustard!"

Went here on a busy Friday evening for a nice last dinner with family before flying back home. Was greeted and seated within minutes, got a nice and quiet booth and service very quickly. Server was a nice young man who attended our needs efficiently and without delay. We each ordered something different off the menu with offered a great variety of choices! We have not been to a Mimi's since moving from California and I must say what a delightful experience we had on this occasion. Staff even obliged to take our photo for us before we left. I wish there was a Mimi's in Ohio where we live now!

Great food, good service, we weren't bothered very much until the mother next to us decided to ignore her screaming child, and the father finally took it outside! Some people just shouldn't have kids, or raise them right, and then take them out! I do usually enjoy coming here! But this is Hendertucky, and I knew that moving here, but damn, Lady, has some self respect! Again, great food, with good service, which is hard to find in this town, if other people just don't ruin it for ya.

Will complain but won't let that stop me from e joking a great place to eat..Seems u always got one in the group that just can't help be acidifying rude to their co workers

Decided on Mimis for a dinner date with my wife as we haven't been in a while. It was Very slow and the waitress was on top of everything. However, the menus had a variety of spilled drinks or food items on them, the first bread plate she brought out was filthy and after having my finger stick to my glass after a sip we were done. Understandable to have maybe an item or two be dirty but when it goes accross the board its telling of the general attitude towards cleanliness. Then, upon talking to the mgr he just stared at us as if we were lying. Its not as if we got our food then ate it Then said something to get out of the bill. Our appitizer had Just arrived when we requested our check to go and went untouched. NEVER AGAIN.

Restaurant was nice and the service was good I just wish my friends and I didn't have to wait 20mins for our food to come out. Granted it was busy when we visited but we would have appreciated someone telling us how much longer we had to wait. The food is good and I especially like their muffins and sandwiches. Wouldn't go here on a weekend perhaps a weekday would be less busy.

We experienced THE worst service from TAMMY at this location. Me and 4 coworkers had brunch here and we were in complete shock. Tammy was out server, who apparently was having a bad day. The food was great, no complaints. I ordered a Mocha Iced coffee that wasn't sweet but did the job. The pumpkin spice muffin was amazing. After she took out order a few seconds later someone wanted to add a plate and the look on her face read a very noticeable ANNOYED look! Once she brought the bill, we realized bot everyone had cash and we needed it split up. A friend walked up to the register and asked to split it and she blatantly rolled her eyes, took a deep breath and shrugged her shoulders saying that it would take time. Our entire party seen her have such attitude for asking to split the bill. Keeping in mind there were only about 3 other tables at this time, they weren't busy at all. Management should be very embarrased to have a person with this level of customer service working behind them. I will never dine here again.

Mimi’s never disappoints. I always eat breakfast, no matter what time of day I go, so I can’t comment on anything else. Their pancakes are light & fluffy. Their hot chocolate is delicious & it comes in a huge cappuccino mug. Yummy! You can also make a reservation to secure your party a table.

Our Server Courtney was Amazing! She had tons of tables to herself and took care of All of them without huge issues or delays! She kept everyone happy! She made sure our drinks were refilled, and continually checked on us! All employees here were very friendly and helpful! Now for the food....Do not order the Skewers appetizer....horrible! What looks like steak is hamburger with chopped onions! The Quiche was wonderful and other then the server the best part of our meal!

On my Vegas trip went to Mimi's and had the best server. Crystal is her name and she was a true jewel. She served us with smiles. Ordered the Salmon salad which was a nice cut of grilled salmon with beautiful lettuces, no romaine, and strawberries and tomatoes. It was delicious and I chose the buttermilk spice muffin which was to die for. It was the best muffin I've ever had and it was served hot. Also I can't not mention the Madeline's that come to the table. They are always do good. We took someone home. Thanks Crystal!

I'm sorry I even gave this place a try.Was my first time here.I think the happiest moment was leaving out of this restaurant.The place seemed depressing and the staff as well.It wasn't busy but our waiter was taking her time from the start. I should have read the reviews. I usually do but forgot this time . Service was super slow. My French dip was just cold roast beef on a roll. French onion soup was super salty. My friend had the tuna melt. She was not impressed. At least hers was edible. My chocolate parfait tasted exactly like my mom's chocolate Jello. We have been past this place many times, and from now on we will keep driving and searching for something tasty.

The 3 of us went for an early dinner. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. I had meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans. My husband had Shrimp linguini and our friend had the Jambalaya. All the meals were delicious. I would definitely recommend Mimi's Cafe and we'll be back

It was a down hill the whole time we were there. At one point we were ready to pay for our drinks and leave. In the past services have been great and the manager finally came over and apologized and offered free muffins to take home. They had real problems in the kitchen

Took my wife there roughly 2 weeks ago on a date, walked in the place, was nice, very slow on a Saturday night. The waiter was cool very attentive to us, make sure we had you know our drinks and everything else like that, he had a good personality. Unfortunately the food was not that great my wife and I were definitely underwhelmed in regards to flavor. I think in about a month or two we will try it again. Then a decision will be made.

Went to dinner with family today and was a bit disappointed. Four of our party of 10 wanted mussels and they were out. ( that was the main reason we chose to dine there) . One kids meal did not have a item ordered and had to pick something else . One order was to include fries and did not get them until we were done eating. They were very short staffed. Our poor server has 3 large parties to wait on in 2 different rooms. Our server did the best possible to take care of all the customers. I feel management should have made sure to have enough food to meet the demand of what is advertised. ..especially on a weekend. They also fell short on staffing the restaurant. Probably the worst experience we have ever had at this restaurant. Also, the AC was very cold. Our food wasn't very hot to begin with, and by the time our group was served it was cold.

Normally its good but i think because of how busy they were it went down hill. Our burgers were cold the fries were cold the salad was warm. Overall a very disappointing experience. If my mother in law was not with us i would have sent it all back. The sad part was it took 40 minutes to get our food and it was cold. Nothing else to say except THIS PLACE IS A MUST GO IF YOU LOVE FOOD THAT IS HEALTHY BUT ALSO EXTREMELY DELICIOUS. They have all kinds of food options, from unhealthy to mid health all the way up to very healthy and calorie good options as well. I absolutely loved the salmon baguette with garlic spinach as my side. Def coming back soon!

Really sad about Mimi's. I remember when they first opened in Las Vegas back in 1998. Being a native of CA it was like a little piece of CA coming here. I was so excited. I loved Mimi's at that time. They had an excellent menu of choices, it was always clean, service was excellent. There was always a waiting line out the door all the time for good reason! Then all of a sudden it all disappeared. Their food is bland, their floors are dirty, their service is to be desired. It's sad. Hoping they will turn it around.

Our waitress was Maria and she is amazing! Anyone who can strike up a conversation by reading the person really is a peoples person. She goes along with jokes if you were to come at her with one and she is very thorough in taking orders, making sure what you are ordering is what you really want. Not everything on the menu has a picture, but allow her to give you a visual of your order and you'll be enticed by what you hear. Even better,when your food arrives, you'll be glad you allowed her to share her knowledge. Everyone else is friendly and the atmosphere here is just like home! I decided to stop in and get a four pack of the carrot Walnut raisin muffins there was no one at the podium and there was two ladies ahead of me and had been there for quite some time they told me and no one was at the podium to seat them. It almost seemed like the skeleton shift. Once the ladies were seated the gentleman with glasses ask me table for one I said no I just want to take out order he says will you have to go over there, I went he showed up and took my order the sign said any four muffins $8. He rang them up at$9. I showed them the same right beside the muffins and he says well that's not what it is I said one thing you need to change that sign because it's false advertisement. This did not leave a good taste in my mouth.

My wife and I have been eating at Mimi's since they opened. This year we tried their Thanksgiving "take home" Feast. Mimi's donates meals to the Children's Hunger Fund for every feast purchased. We weren't surprised to find out the turkey dinner was really great tasting. The turkey was one of the best we've had. All of the side dishes were tasty too. If they offer this again next year, we'll be back.

Unbelievably freezing inside. Why do you need the a/c that cold? I did like what i ordered but my husband didn't really care for his. All of the staff were excellent in every way. Wear long pants and a sweatshirt!

Rafael was amazing I gotta say definitely one of the best customer service I have gotten and Mimi’s meatloaf was just so good as well for the creme brulee definitely a mesmerizing experience

Pleasant atmosphere with nice background music at the proper volume level. You can actually hold a conversation. Menu was quite large with a good number of "new" and seasonal offerings. Food took a little while to be served but that was part of the French ambience. It also signaled to me that my food was prepared fresh. Now whether it was or not is another matter, but to me it tasted delicious and skillfully made. It was after the lunch rush so I would imagine the staff was a little off their game since our dishes were all still on the table after the meal was finished. I asked for a complimentary coffee. It was not very complimentary as it didn't say one nice thing to me plus it cost me $3.49. It was fresh and delicious though. Bathrooms were clearly marked as was the kitchen. The fixtures in both rooms were quite different. Ladies elegant and gents utilitarian. Leaving I walked through the restaurant and was surprised as to how large it was. Definitely a place I will visit again.

The food is always amazing. The service this afternoon was *meeh*. The waitress hear 1/2 my order and was 'surprised' when I informed her that I ordered fries and not salad. Of which I reiterated FRIES and not salad. THEN a family came in with a future Olympic champion running up and down the ilse. NOT THE PLACE!!!!! Maybe I 'studder'; NOT THE PLACE!!!!! I said 4 times to the 'so called Mother' to not run. But alas I'M THE BAD PERSON! The manager offered to comp my meal and....you know what?!?!?!!!!: THAT'S NOT WHY I CAME HERE!!!! This apparently is the place to go go get your meal COMPED for PATHETIC parents having ZERO control over their children. You will NEVER SEE MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!!!!

Had a great shrimp salad, very yummy. Staff very friendly & helpful. Fun 1st dinner at Mimi' with granddaughter who said the fries were really French, the best she ever had & the cheese burger smelled & tasted so good.

Visited Mimi’s and ate here for the first time this evening. The food was good and the service was terrific. Rafael took the time to answer all of our questions, brought out sauce samples, and accommodated our special dietary needs. Thank you Rafael!

Last night we ate at Mimi’s on Stephanie. The food was delicious. I had the Honey glazed salmon and my husband had the Jambalaya. Mimi’s new menu has many excellent choices, though the vegetarian dishes are limited. Our server, Rafael, was a pleasant young man with a wonderful smile. He was professional, patient and attentive. He made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Since this last review my husband and I have been back to Mimi's several times. Though the last time we were disappointed in the music, as always the service and food were wonderful. I hope they go back to playing French music in keeping the ambiance.

This was my first time visiting Mimi's Cafe. After I was seated, I recieved a complimentary basket of bread which included Carrot and Walnut mini muffins and a warm French baguette which was very tasty. Since I was in the mood for shrimp, I asked which shrimp dishes were recommended. I ended up ordering Shrimp, Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya which consisted of a generous portion of shrimp, chicken, and andouille sausage, red and green peppers, and onions in a French Basque region-inspired tomato sauce with long grain rice. The dish had a spicy tomato and pepper flavor which I couldn't stop eating. For dessert I had a Chocolate Custard Petite Parfait. This was a creamy chocolate custard with a thick whipped cream topping which was very rich and a nice end to this spicy meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend and I plan to return. I'd also suggest that the wait staff make customers aware of the salad and soup options when ordering.

Spacey waitress...very sweet but just kept forgetting things then left us sitting for over 20 mins to get our change from our bill....definitely did not deserve an 18 dollar trip for a 23.00 meal

Went in for breakfast today and was very happy with our service. We were seated promptly. Our waitress was great and attentive. The chef came out and asked us how the food was and was very nice. He filled our drinks and even took our empty plates. We were very pleased with today’s service.
