We love the good here. Of course the chicken lettuce wraps are a favorite. As usual they were very busy, but we don't mind eating at the bar. You can get served and eat very quickly this way. The staff is sort friendly and helpful as well.

Food is tasty don't get me wrong. The service was absolutely abysmal. After waiting 15 minutes for children's menus I just went to go get some of my own from the front. Appetizer came with the main dishes which is always frustrating. Food prices are not a value in any way, however it's not like I didn't know that up front.

Food was very good. Service was excellent. Staff is well trained and very knowledgeable about the menu, dishes, drinks, etc. It's a pleasant atmosphere and decor. If you go right at dinner time, be prepared to wait. We went a little early (I think maybe 4:30pm, if I remember correctly) and were arrested right away. Lastly, desserts are yummy (if you save room for it).

Service was extremely awkward and spotty. None of the food seemed really fresh - my noodles definitely came straight from a package and my shrimp tasted slightly like ammonia. I didn't finish my lettuce wraps so asked for a to go box for them. Our waitress packaged it for me... but didn't package the lettuce itself? Guess I'll go buy a head of lettuce and prepare it myself so I can finish my leftovers?

I ordered chicken fried rice. Cost me about $10, which is quite a bit more than I pay for chicken fried rice, but I figured it would be awesome since it cost so much. It's not like any chicken fried rice I've gotten anywhere else. I don't know what pfchang was trying to make, but it is lacking flavor. The chicken is breaded and dry. There was a bunch of veggies and no egg. I drove out of my way for some awesome Chinese food. I was very disappointed.

This is a place I just do not get. The food is ok, the service is excellent and the wait can be dreadful. The service after being seat is very good. The food is in small portions but not excellent by any means. But that is not to say it is not good. The quality of the food is very good. The down side is going to be the wait. Even with reservations we still waited 20 minutes to be seated. That alone drives me nuts. Would still recommend and let you make up your mind.

A bit disappointed with this location. Our last two visits have not been like we expect from the many years of going here. Last time they were out of the 5 spice tofu that goes in the Buddhist feast but didn't tell us. Instead just served the dish without it. This time soup was warm at best and they were out of the spicy eggplant. How does a chain restaurant like PF Changs run out of main ingredients? Soup should always be served hot. Yes we will be back for another try but what happened in the past few months to change how this location operates?

I just love their food. Ordered multiple items online for pickup and order was ready when they said it would be (within 20 minutes on Mother's Day evening!). Staff was friendly and accommodating. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood. Lighting was great, not harsh. Location great. Will go back again!

We went about 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Our waitress was friendly and the appetizers were pretty fast. The new orange chicken recipe is a bit spicier than my kids remember it to be last visit. Kind of wish I had a heads up the recipe changed. Especially when I said my kids were splitting. But, they toughed it out. It was the girl who had the most unhappiness on the change.

I have been here a few times as this is the go to place for our team to go out. I feel most dishes (vegetarian) are under cooked. I ordered Thai garden fresh curry and the vegetables are chunky and way under cooked. I could actually say they are very raw. There ambience is very good and place is very clean.

For real some of the worst did I've ever had. The lettuce wraps tasted like "Kraft"Asian dressing. And the only thing in them was water chestnuts and tofu. The shrimp in lobster sauce tasted like it was from a Safeway hot bar. The Kung Pao wasn't bad. Now with all this being said, the wait staff was amazing and the food came out fast. But those three dishes and two cocktails cost 70 bucks. A wild waste of money. Don't pay for the location. Put better food on the plates.

We came on a busy Friday night for supper (waited 30min). Our server-Aaron, was super nice and courteous! Awesome service and delicious food! The only reason I gave four stars is because the bathroom floor had tons of napkins. Wished it was a little cleaner. Overall, I still recommend coming to this restaurant for Asian cuisine!

Been here a few times but tonight was one of the worst times. First the server Brendan was very rude he clearly did not want to serve us. Then our food comes out, we ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken (our normal) clearly something wasn’t right with the food. It was very spicy. We couldn’t find Brendan to tell him about it so we ended up telling the host which was super nice and agreed that the food didn’t look right. She was super welcoming and made the experience less annoying. I really hope others don’t have to experience the rudeness of Brendan.

Today was my first visit to PF Chang's. Our favorite server, Jeremy (Chubbs) came here from Red Robin, so we decided to come here for Father's Day. As it so happened, it was a good choice! Also of note, they have a good gluten-free menu here, which we used. I had the hokkien street noodles, with the wife having chicken fried rice. Both of us had the egg drop soup. The hokkien street noodles were very tasty. Each flavor was distinct, yet not one ingredient overpowered the other. With having changed to gluten-free, it was nice to be able to have Asian food again. The egg drop soup was well-seasoned, while not being spicy at all. When I need some comfort food or when I (or the wife) are sick, we will have to order delivery via GrubHub. Because we know Jeremy from before, we knew that he would treat us right, and today was exceptional, par for the course. I think my wife and I have found a new favorite spot. Of note, PF Chang's is a couple notches above Red Robin, which I greatly enjoy. Makes the atmosphere much more enjoyable.

Chicken lettuce wraps is a must have. I tried the dry ribs and they were pretty good. The Lo Mein is good but on the sweeter side. The pepper steak is good; lots of beef and flavor is good. Menu states the entrees are family sized, for sharing but they are sized fir one person or for 2 people. Not for a family of 3 or more.

July 2nd, 2019 - It was a lonely Friday night and then it hit me.. BAM I needed some chinese food in my life! Heard great things about PF Changs so figured I'd give them a try. I'm usually an orange chicken type of guy but when I saw the spicy chicken I couldn't resist. Fast forward to 10 minutes after drooling over the menu it was time to call and place my order. I was feeling good so I ordered the spicy chicken and 4 extra crab rangoons. Didn't eat anything since breakfast so it's safe to say I was HANGRY. Sped my little car up to PF Changs just to be told that my order never came in.. I had to show them my phone call history just for them to believe I actually called in to place an order. I was told by the manager that they have a "call center" who takes orders for them and most of the time they won't send the order to them. So I asked if they could make my order since I was super hungry and I was denied 40 minutes before they closed since they were "cleaning up for the night". Such a shame I was so excited to try this place out but it's safe to safe this was my first and last trip to PF Changs until they go to PF CHANGES. Ended up having a Mcdonalds burger with extra cheese and it sucked. Thanks PF Changs

Food was on the warm side and not hot and our waiter was very inattentive. I saw him glance at our table and saw we were waiting for the check but proceeded to take time to bus the table next to us and then we had to ask him for the check when he walked by. We also ordered drinks but no water given. Had to ask when he FINALLY came around to our table but then he only brought 1 water for us to share. Imagine how fast our glass was empty and we never got a refill. Only thing he was good at was grabbing our check quickly. Truly disappointed with this location. No reason to go back.

Ask for Chubbs for your waiter. We have followed him from restaurant to restaurant, and he's the reason we tried PF Chang's after a 17-year hiatus. He gives the best service of nearly any waiter ever. Things have definitely changed for the better since I first ate at the one in Columbia, MD, all those years ago. Freshly prepared food, huge portions, and an entirely separate gluten-free menu with plenty of choices. We had the egg drop soup, fried rice with chicken, and Hokkien street noodles...all tasty and reasonably priced. Sadly, there are no gluten-free desserts. But we hope that changes in time.

Excellent experience here. Requested a booth and manager immediately asked someone to clean it and prepare it for us. The drinks and food were served fast, and the meal itself was excellent. I'd rather go to Dragon Cafe for about $30 total. Save your money. A buddy of mine put it quite nicely. "PF Chang's is the Cheesecake Factory of Chinese food. Way overpriced mediocre food." Except PF Chang's doesn't have cheesecake to redeem itself...

PF Chang does not offer Chinese food. Thier own recipes are minimally acceptable and only resemble Chinese. Overall my impression is that PF Chang is an overly done-up, glitzy, Hollywood concept restaurant chain that forgot thier roots. You can find better Chinese food almost anywhere else.

Store was clean, organized, and had a wonderful atmosphere. What really wowed me though was our server Aaron. Wonderful all around. Treated myself and my mother like old friends and did a spectacular job not only taking care of us, but other customers as well. Very detail oriented, hospitable, and caring. Glass or hard plastic shards in our rice. My husband and I went to dinner here 2 years ago, and that was the last time! I got the lettuce wraps, and he got sweet and sour chicken. He was acting funny, chewing strange when eating his rice. He spit out what appeared to be glass. He found more in the rice. We identified it to our waitress, who took the rice away and replaced with new. His appetite was pretty much gone after that, and our server and the manager denied the experience! Worst customer service we have EVER had at a restaurant. My husband and I will never eat here again.

It's okay. Not much different than a regular Asian restaurant as far as menu goes. Slightly better quality as far as the food goes. Staff is friendly and timely. Nice ambiance and a clean facility.

A group of friends and I are all allergic to gluten. We ordered everything gluten-free, mentioning multiple times that it was GF. The restaurant was pretty empty, so it's not like they were rushing our order. The waiter brought out egg noodles and kept saying they were gluten-free. We asked for rice noodles 3 times before he finally brought out the right noodles, because the first 2 plates weren't GF. My friends took a few bites before we found out because the server assured us they were fine and asked the cook. As we spoke to a manager, he told us that he looked on our receipt and saw that the rice we ordered wasn't GF because the server didn't care to change how he rang it up and it was cooked normally. We all went to the bathroom and threw up, in tears. We're so sick and will be for weeks. They told us they would pay for our medical care but my friend called and they haven't responded.

I went with a group of 8 people from work. I got the Tokyo udon bowl, it was pretty good. Another part of my party had ordered fried rice which didn't come out until much later, they brought out brown rice in the mean time. Our host was nice and kept us updated. The place was clean and presentable.

Went in for a solo lunch. Staff was very warm and friendly- both hostess and waiter. I love the mango tea they have, I could drink it all day. Ordered the lettuce wraps and a cup of wonton soup for my meal. Enough filling in the lettuce wraps for 4-5 wraps, very flavorful and came out fast. The soup had two nice sized wontons, chunks of chicken breast and even a few shrimp. A few veggies too. All in all a great lunch!

I wasn’t going to say anything because it was mostly my fault for not reading the menu close enough but after thinking on it a while and after how AWFUL the interaction made me feel I had to. I’m allergic to dairy and I ordered their new potstickers they have on the menu, I didn’t realize they had cream cheese in them and so when I received them, I asked and had them sent back. The waitress was amazing, she was really sweet the entire time and I felt bad so I offered to pay for both meals (it was my fault for not catching it in the first place) but she said it wasn’t necessary and went to get my new order. Really nice lady. A little while later as I was waiting for my food, a man comes up to our table (I’m guessing the manager, he was wearing a light pink button up shirt and slacks) and he hands me this stack of paper and tells me ‘this is a list of all our dairy free options so you can better inform yourself next time’. At first I thought I was just being sensitive because his tone sounded belittling and it came across rude so I ignored it and thanked him. He turned and walked away without really saying anything and he just had this horrible attitude about him. I looked at my sister who I was there with and she looked like she was about ready to go after him and say something. She was pretty angry with how I was spoken to. I felt so awful after that because I felt like a major inconvenience which was never my intention. Again, the waitress was amazing, she was unbelievably sweet and understanding. It was only how I was treated by this man that made this a negative experience. He didn’t even really say anything wrong but it was how it was said that made me feel like a scolded child (I’m 21 and my sister that was with me is 23). So that is why I had to say something. Even if you’re having a bad day and it had nothing to do with me, tone and body language can go a long way with how someone perceives you.

We ordered our food to go as we sat at the bar and had a few drinks. Once back with our food we were unfortunately very disappointed. Food was mediocre at best. Portion size was not comparable to the price whatsoever and in fact it was almost as if they had ripped us off. One of our entree’s was missing half of the ingredients. Seems this establishment does not care at all about their customers and will skimp on everything to improve their profits. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

This place is our go to whenever we want to treat ourselves or celebrate a special event. The food is always delicious, fresh, divine. We've never had a bad server there, good vibes all around every time. If you like beef, I recommend the Mongolian, if you like chicken, the crispy honey is to die for. (Sweet though) Another thing I'd like to mention, they always do their best to make your visit a good one. We once got seated right after a large party arrived. We didn't give it much thought because it was a busy time of day anyway, but the server gave us a free appetizer to make up for the wait. It's those kinds of little things that make us go back again and again. If you've never been there before, definitely start with the chicken lettuce wraps appetizer.

After enjoying a great meal on the evening of 7/23/18, we forgot to grab the leftover sack from our table when we left. After realizing this about 20 minutes later during the drive home, I turned the car around and called the restaurant to see if the leftovers had been thrown away. As I expected, they had already cleared the table and thrown the leftover sack away. The manager not only apologized but insisted on preparing 2 new dishes for me. I was completely overjoyed as I didn’t expect that at all (after all, it was my fault for forgetting them in the first place)! I can’t recall ever experiencing that level of customer service at a restaurant in the past. I want to thank the manager and the wonderful staff at PF Chang’s for going above and beyond my expectations and making our dining experience one of the best I’ve ever had! Not only is the food delicious, the wait staff and management are top notch as well!

I came here twice first it was so order out. I believe you have to order then come like 15 or 20 minutes later. But I also came here on on a date with my husband and both times i got great service and the wine was tasty. The food was great I had the thai curry chicken with brown rice it was so spicy. But such great flavor if u like spice go for it, it's also very rock tasting. I enjoyed my date and didnt feel rushed even doe they were packed :). An amazing experience thank you. The fried rice was barely warm, no flavor, shrimp with lobster sauce no flavor, poke bowl tasted good but very small amount of poke and large amount of fried wontons. Won’t be returning.

I FORGOT MY LEFTOVERS!!!! That makes me sad. We started with vegetarian lettuce wraps and though you don't know me, just know that I don't eat too many dishes without meat. I also had a vegetarian curry dish that was very good. We had street style noodles that were excellent. My wife had Mongolian beef that was tender and tasty. P.F. Chang's is a great place to go. I say that everyone should at least try something from their once in their life time. I expecially recommend the chicken lettuce wraps. They are awesome and delicious. There is also other great thing their too! Also if you have a peanut allergy than you are ok because most of their thing are actually not made form peanuts, which is very good for our family because my baby brother has a peanut allergy. When we told our waitress that he had that she was very caution about it and even gave us a list of all the non-peanut meals. That was very helpful and nice of her to do that for our family. I recommend this restaurant to any of you people who love great service, tasteful food, and great drink too!! I rate this 100 stars out of 5! This is a lovely place. Now after reading this you should want to have this wonderful food and drinks in your mouth!!

Just an FYI, you may sit next to or around dirty seats if eating a late lunch early dinner and if you point it out you will find out if they have no wine glasses on the table it is a hint the table is not ready for guests. Before my waitress mentioned this hint to me when I wanted to be nice and point out the dirty seats in my view I witnessed a person of the management staff trying to sit a family with 2 young kids here. Everyone needs to be on the same page as dirty seats were present and in view for my 1 + hours for an early dinner. Like the hint but dirty seats that long is not acceptable. Overrated. They mixed up our proteins. Beef with shrimp. Which means that they cook it all in one pot like any average food cart. Dangerous for those with shellfish allergies or those who don't eat a particular kind of meat. No offer to replace the dish or refund the money. None asked either. Small portions too. Better or same food available in restaurants that charge half of this. They promote happy hour drinks but make you wait it out till it's almost over if you happen to be there 20 min before 6. So if you're happy paying extra for sitting there, this is the place to go to.

I'm always hit or miss with this place. On one hand, it's good food for the most part (coconut melon shrimp are to die for) and the service is good. However, on the other hand, it's expensive and the rice is unseasoned. Most places at least salt their rice or, better yet, add some light flavors. Not PF Chang's! Just plain, slightly stale, unseasoned rice. Kinda kills the mood and brings the great food down to just ok. I'll keep coming back when I get half off coupons every year or so.

Lettuce wraps were amazing as usual. The drinks were good as well. We were up at the bar so we were able to order right away. Got our lettuce right away. The cream cheese wontons were barely filled however. I like a lot of filling in mine.... especially for that price. Also the noodles were dry and lacked sauce. Finally when we were finished, it took a long time to get our bill and then settle up.
