It's 2 days after my daughter & son-in-laws wedding & I cannot find enough words to Thank you for the most spectacular dinner. Everything went off without a hitch. The food was superior. I am still getting messages about it. The staff was impeccable. They were like ninjas. Our menu selections were perfect. The best part was I got to feed the wedding party again the next day. Thank you so much Eddie's Catering for making my Daughters dream come true! You are truly #1

I have never once been disappointed by Eddie's food. Tonight I went to a fund raiser dinner for the Notre Dame Sisters. Eddie's catered. I got to try several menu items that I had not had before. Everything was EXCELLENT!!! The artichoke topped chicken breast, the red-skinned herbed potatoes & even the bread were outstanding (and I often don't eat bread). We literally had to focus on other topics beside the food, because it was all we were talking about! So, so good!! Thank you Kris, Cheryl & Crew. And service was of course as friendly & efficient as could be

A table randomly collapsed at a wedding (a drunk potentially did this) and a fire started. Eddies staff jumped all over it and almost everyone had no idea it happened. The staffs quick response kept the focus on the wedding party and their night! Great work!

Eddie's handled our wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect. From the planning process (we live 9 hours from Omaha) that began months in advance all the way until the last employee left the reception it was so easy and professional. Eddie's provided us so much information and opportunities to sample about every dish that we were interested in. Their staff not only helped my wife plate her food so she wouldn't get the dress dirty; but they were continually checking in with us to make sure everything was running smoothly. The Emcee was blown away at how fast they were able to serve almost 200 people and had to scramble a bit to move up the schedule to allow for Eddie's efficiency. Planning a wedding from states away is something that my now wife and I dreaded; but Eddie's made the process so easy. I will forever and always recommend Eddie's to family, friends, and even complete strangers who are looking for top notch service.
