Everytime I go here the food is less than satisfactory in my opinion. For a town with few options you would hope that they would at least be proficient some of the time. Maybe it's bad timing the only thing I'll go here for is a coke but it's hard to mess that up. On top of that I find the store manager to be unprofessional. No need to be rude to your customers or people inquiring about a job. They will no longer be receiving my business.

I got 2 whoppers and asked them off the broiler, because I like them fresh, when I got them they didn't seem fresh at all to me, because I used to work at burger king in the past, maybe next time I try again, and i will say something to them.

Just ok for fast food... restaurant and restrooms were not stellar. Food was warm, not hot even though we waited a bit for our 4 person order and there was only one other family there.

I ate there on 5/15. I came down with a dose of food poisoning. Within 2 hours I was vomiting. I don’t know if it was the whopper or the side salad. I have ate both a million times before from the same place. Not sure what happened but be careful is all I can say.

Today service at Burger King in Cozad Nebraska was amazing the woman who took my order was so polite and generous and she made my shake as thick as a Dairy Queen Shake has requested first time that ever happened! She had a cast or brace on her arm but that did not slow her down in any way shape or form she was very time-efficient and very professional and one of the nicest people I've met at any fast food restaurant in a very long time

Driving cross country and stopped in for a fish sandwich. I asked what kind of fish it was they said COD. When I got up to the window one of the middle-aged ladies giggled and said just kidding it's carp. We all had a good laugh. It was nice to meet someone with a sense of humor at a fast food restaurant.

My vehicle did not register at the speaker so I drove up to the window. I was told there was a line behind me and that I should come inside. They could have taken my order at the window but didn't. Traveling alone with children is hard enough.

Whether or not I ordered the wrong number or not, arguing that I did was not the way to handle it. Ask what I actually wanted and make the order accordingly! Then to continue by claiming I’m rude for asking for my money back destroyed any chance at me visiting again. The cashier was pleasant enough, manager has no business being in that position. Having your cashiers repeat the order back to the customer would prevent mistakes and awkward situations for your customers.

Workers were friendly but the food was your basic greasy fast food. We were traveling so didn't have many choices as to where to go. If you like Burger King then you will like this place...don't go if you want healthy choices.
