I brought my mother to Great Falls for her appointment at Sletten Cancer Institute and her choice was to eat at Chili's. When we came in the waitress told me that we can pick a table in the bar area. I stated I cannot eat in there due to I am a recovering alcoholic and asked if we could sit in the dining area. She said she would ask her mgr since the waitress for that area was getting off work and the dining room was "closed". She came back and said we could sit in those 1st 2 rows so she could see us since she would be our waitress. By this time my mom was coming from the restrooms. So I picked a table in the area she said we could sit. Another waitress came and told us that we cannot sit there in the dining room at all. Mind you this was in front of other diners and there were at 5 other tables of people eating. So basically we felt like we weren't allowed to eat at their restaurant. Mind you my mother is disabled and uses a Walker so getting around is a chore for her. She also said the bathrooms were gross and the handicapped stall was broken and unable to flush. She needs the rails in that stall to get up and down. Going through this bad customer service experience really brought our spirits down especially with the fact this was my moms 1st appointment at the cancer center there. I've spent alot if money in this restaurant over the years and this was disappointing.

I've come here a little over half a dozen times and every time, it's something. Almost everytime, the customer service is poor. The workers are friendly, but need improvement. Many times I've waited for more than ten to fifteen minutes for my drink order to be taken. Typically, once food orders are placed, it doesn't take long and the food is satisfactory. Honestly good deals with the menu, but customer service quite often ruins the package.

It is my husband's birthday and we had to come into town on bad terms with a sick family member and the blonde working tonight was amazing! I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she let us finish our meal even though it was a bit after 10 and never once made us feel like we needed to hurry! It was much appreciated after the day we had! Worst serving experience I have ever had. Got there and sat down. No one took our drink order, no one came by the table and we waited till 7:00. I had to go up to the host and literally ASK TO BE SERVED. And then proceeded to wait again for someone to come, someone finally did, we got our drinks. And then again waited another 20 minutes for our food order to be taken,and another 30 for the food. Which was wrong, because our waitress didn’t write any of our order down. Mind you I literally had to go up to the host AGAIN and asked to be served for a refill on even just my drinks. I literally have never had such a terrible experience like this at a restaurant and I am baffled. I am still currently waiting for our waitress to come back and fix our tab because we were charged for stuff we did not get. Do better chili’s, like I get it, your just a chili’s, but this is literally your job to at least go up and ask what people want.

My 1st time there and my hamburger was raw. I'm staying at the Hilton out here from Laurel. Maybe they will give a meal for two. Going to pick up my wife and she wanted to eat there. We'll see.

The food here is strictly average. Can't say I've ever had a *bad* meal, but certainly nothing spectacular. There seems to be a very serious problem with this Chili's in particular - the service here is ALWAYS sub-par or awful. We have dined here half a dozen times, each time hoping the experience would be better only to be disappointed (which is a shame because I generally love the Chilis chain and thier food). Our last experience consisted of the very unprofessionaly dressed hostess seating us as if we were an inconvenience. We did not receive cutlery or napkins. We did not have the same waiter/waitress twice. The table next to us seemed to have the same problem as us and was more vocal with their concerns. The manager did knock some of thier tab off as compensation. Other times our food has been cold and we have requested it be taken back or we simply did not receive items that we had ordered. It is these things over the course of our visits that has left us hesitant now to visit here again. I am not one to let one bad experience turn me away if I enjoy my meal, but this has been one letdown after another. There definitely needs to be a flip of staff and management in this establishment.

Seriously the worst meal we have we have ever sat down to in Great Falls! The food took over an hour to come out and when it made its way to the table, I kid you not, my sons burger was sitting cold on his plate with no top bun and no sides, our fajitas where cold and the meat was not even sliced up! And my husbands chicken was not just cold but under cooked..the restaurant manager would not come to the table and they promptly slapped the bill on the table and never came back by (I can only assume asking for the manager offended our waitress ) the restaurants around them have all closed and it seems like Chillies is on its way out as well.

Horrible, horrible experience this weekend. We stayed at a nearby hotel and wanted to go somewhere within walking distance. Our waiter arrived at our table clearly sick, wiped his nose with a kleenex he then put back in his apron. Right in front of us. He is the person who put limes on our drinks. THEN he let us know that the kitchen was freaking out over food that didn't get ordered. THEN my shrimp tacos arrived with the shrimp STILL COLD raw, gray, not even sort of warm, still half frozen. Another in our party ordered a salad that came out wrong with an item she had asked be left off. She told the waiter it was fine to just take the chicken off and put it on fresh lettuce and he made a comment that "oh, that's all they'll do anyway." And then went on a rant about how the General Manger walked out two weeks ago in the middle of a shift, didn't care about them, anyway, and that he was sorry he had to take any of our food back because getting the kitchen staff to do anything for him was "like parting the Red Sea". Terrible, terrible experience and that stinks because I like the Chili's chain as a whole.

Tried to place a to go order today at 2:22 pm. Person who answered shouted for me to hold on and banged phone down, listened to shouting orders for about 7 minutes no one pick up. Called back 20 minutes later to try again and phone just rang and rang. It’s a shame because normally they are better than this and their food is good. Definitely needs re-training on receiving phone orders.

Should've listened to the people walking out the door. Don't waste your time. My salad came out with wrong kind of chicken and completely soggy. The only good thing about this place was the Texas fries and the bartender, 'Miley'. Despite the obvious lack of communication from the back to the front she was trying her hardest.

Staff acted annoyed that my group walked in. Manager asked us to shout out what we want so she could “get an idea” of the orders— yet she had to come back 30 minutes later to actually take our orders. Getting our food took 1 and a half hours, and the manager had the audacity to tell us that we were being impatient. I usually try to have compassion for service industry workers, but the service and trouble that the staff of this restaurant put us through was not worth the bland, uninspired food of this Chili’s.

Poor service, the restaurant wasn’t full at all, and the staff acted as though we were a huge imposition... we waited 20 minutes before our order was even taken, and a full hour before our food came out. The staff was unapologetic and seemed very annoyed with our requests to have our checks brought out before the food, as the service took so long. Once again the restaurant was nearly empty. When we asked for our order to go, they gave us boxes and plated our food anyways. If you want time efficient and pleasant service I would recommend finding a different place to eat.

I was hesitant to try Chilis as I had read some reviews about bad service or slow food. After dining in twice and doing takeout 2-3 times, I really have to say this isn't the case. Dining in was a pleasant experience. Our waitress(and waiter the second time) were very prompt and attentive. Our food didn't take long at all and it was delicious. The only thing I could fault them for is the first time forgetting fries for one entree and another for forgetting corn on a takeout order. Definitely give them a try!

Medicore food and service at best for the, had a combo platter with chicken crisps, sausage, and brisket. The chicken was inedible and mushy the sausage tasted fine but was very tough to eat and the brisket was bland the only flavor was the BBQ sauce the meat could have been substitute for cardboard and no one would know. The staff was disinterested in helping customers.

Disappointed......during my visit, almost every table was complaining about the amount of time food was being brought out and missing items. Meanwhile the manager was making sure the wall was not going to fall over by the bar. (Lounging) most of the time and chatting with a server that was not motivated to serve the customers while the bartender was beyond busy. Kitchen staff seemed to he not that busy and coming out of the kitchen to socialize with other servers. With that being said.... I probably not revisit this location again as all of the staff was not very customer oriented.

My husband & I just ate at Chili's. I ordered Chicken Margarita & my husband ordered Shrimp Pasta...both were presented beautifully & tasted wonderful. I have food allergies, this was not an allergy friendly eatery. I was with a group of people most thought it was ok, but nothing special. Service was good, the restaurant was clean, and they had room for a party of 8-10. But next time we all get together we will chose a different place.

Same complaints as everyone on here really. Staff is nice, food is mediocre, wait times are extremely long. Takes roughly about an hour or more to get served food. Drinks are pretty good, the only really reason I keep coming back. This has happened twice now. About a month or so ago before I saw Black Panther (which I was late too, got there at 5 didn’t eat until 7) and just today for lunch. This restaurant definitely needs some help.

They forgot our salads before our meal and when they arrived, the salad was old and wilted. Our medium cooked steaks were dry and broccoli was bland. Kids got chicken pasta and that was also pretty bland. Waitress was nice, but overall the food wasn't good. I don't think I'm going back for quite a while.

Got an order of nachos to go and it was literally a sloppy mess. No jalapeño, no sour cream, no pico, just meat cheese and soggy chips. Be sure to check your order before you leave!!! Don't make my mistake

I want to like this place, but they make it so hard. Their online ordering system is a disaster. Either through the website or the app you can only get an order through to the store about 1 out of 3 times. On that rare chance the order goes through, you have about a 1 in 3 chance that they get your order correct. They've recently started checking every single box of your order, and even then they still miss small things like your side of ranch, or the extra bacon. I give them 2 stars because the food is still good, they just have to get their act together.

Hey I'm a fan, sort of. The local store is we'll run and the staff is almost always friendly, courteous and responsive. They almost always have some sort of healthy options for me, and an almost endless menu that satusfies my hungry fast foodie teenagers. If I had a complaint, it would be Germaine to most corporate kitchen's, when they get busy, they often big down. This one does.

Poor hostess, waitress was great. Bur here I go. I am normally the look on the bright side person. We got our drinks just fine and ordered. Waitress did check on us and was apologizing. It took an hour for food. Manager said I'm helping in back. When we finally got our food, it was cold and I mean cold. The broccoli was so old and soft it was squishy. I don't know what else to say. Not a good experience

Chilis has never been my favorite. It feels a bit cheap and tastes like everything was nuked. I went to try their new Alex burger which wasnt really anything exceptional. Other people in our group ordered the Works, which is Chilis new limited time special burger. It comes in at a higher price at fifteen dollars piled high full of different meats like sausage, brisket, etc. Compared to the rest of the menu this is a high price. Is this higher price though worth it? No, absolutely not. People complained that the meat was cold and did not taste good. One person ended up taking off the meat because it was straight up nasty. Bad food was not the only problem. The tables were disgusting; the tablets were too, although that's expected with how much people touch them; and the cups were all scratched and sticky. Chilis has never been a high quality restaurant and never tasted very good either. I wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for food. They're are better options and at cheaper prices too.

I’ve seen a lot of improvement this year with this chili’s. I can tell they are really trying hard to make their restaurant a better experience than it used to be and now they have the curbside pickup which is super awesome!!! Hopefully this progress will continue

This place is the worse. First time going here my garlic bread had mold on it. The manager comp my meal but still that's disgusting. The second time I decide to come back my fajitas were not cooked properly. Will not be back again and I would recommend no one else going either.

My husband and I officially had the worst experience ever tonight. The restaurant was not busy at all yet we waited to be sat for 15 minutes. Once we were sat are drink order was taken and delivered in a timely manner but that was it. We waited an hour and a half for our food. We watched three tables get up and leave because they never got drinks. After watching a couple that had been there for less than half an hour get their food before we did we got up and walked out. In an hour we were never approached by the server or management. I worked in the food industry for several years as wait staff and management and there is absolutely no excuse for the terrible experience that was experienced at this location.

I was an employee and they dont pay you on record i have 42 hours in a three week period when i was wokin 9to 4 no break and only made 447 and then to boot i was working under the table cleanin floors and they didnt pay me for that too the cooks dont always wash there hands i should know i worked there and the g.m is a joke everytime i tried to talk to her i got blown off so now i have to go corporations. I highly recomend not working here they say the pay ya high but they shave ur hours down to bs only reason i know is i keep a log of this and now taking things next level f chillis n gm that cuts ur hours talked to her for a long time and she avodided it now im talking to her bosses

We have enjoyed our experience everytime. The service is fast and the food is flavorful and good. There is a broad range of items to choose from. Both restaurant and bar side are good to sit in. The bartenders make great drinks, the presidente is especially refreshing. Fun place for families as well as a quick appetizer before the movies.

March 13 2018 after 4 pm This has been one of the worst visits to one of your locations I have ever had. When we arrived no one greeted us, it was only after we spoke up that someone noticed and looked confused as we were seated. Once seated we were there about 25 minutes before we were offered drinks and another 15 minutes for any drinks to arrive. Once we finally had our order taken we waited another 20 minutes before we saw our waitress who said our food would be right out . An hour passed and nothing, so we left . This was essentially the same scenario for the tables around us as well. The other waitresses we're eating things as they walked around the restaurant as everyone else waited. Very professional right? I have never walked out of a restaurant in my entire life and tonight was that night. Overall I think we were there over 90 minutes with no food ever coming to the table. The news reports that places like Chili's are losing business all the time, this is one of your number one reasons why. Terrible service, lackluster employees, and not one apology for the time we sat there.

No “hey we are busy, we will get to you in a moment” or anything. Absolutely terrible. We walked out after being ignored and went to Beef O Brady’s instead where we were welcomed before the door even closed behind us

I eat here often. It is a convenient location, pretty good service, delicious food, and fast. It is 4 stars because there can be some mediocre service every once in a while and some mistakes on a few different togo orders. If you let them know about the mistakes they are very apologetic and respectful. Overall, I recomend this place.

Chili's on marketplace is a good generally quick place to get a good meal. Drinks are good too. Wait times aren't usually long or you can generally find a seat inn the bar area without a wait. The margaritas have a kick so go easy on them.

We had a wonderful lunch, our server was incredibly nice, smiling and friendly. Our food was hot and our drinks were refilled without needing to ask. It was really nice to go relax and eat.

The servers were very kind. They were obviously very stressed due to under staffed conditions. It took about 10 minutes to even see our server and took progressively longer and longer each time they came back. If ordering food and drinks prepare for a long wait time. I watched many people sit in the waiting area for about 30-45 minutes because they didn’t have enough servers. My margarita was messed up on the first attempt, it was frozen instead of on the rocks and they had tried to turn a regular lime margarita into a strawberry one. Tasted like straight up lime. The food was tasty when it finally got to us. Won’t go back very often.

Hands down the worst Chili’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered To Go with curbside pickup via the Chili’s app since I was out of town on business, and the app stated it would be ready at 8:30. First off it said to hit the “I’m here” button when I arrived in the app, and no such button exists or at least existed for this location. Strike one. I showed up about 8:20-8:25 and waited for 8:30. Then 8:40. Then 8:50. Then finally I was agitated and went inside to find out what the heck was going on, and THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE A CLUE I WAS OUTSIDE!! Strike two. I was absolutely furious. Then once I finally did have the food it was sub-par at best. EVERYTHING was ice cold. The chicken was tough, the brisket was half cold and had no flavor, and the fries were hard as a rock. Strike three. If you love Chili’s go to one, just not the one in Great Falls, MT because this one is bad. I should have read the reviews on here first because it is clear this location is not good at all.

Limited menu geared more toward BBQ, lacking in southern cuisine. Assuming by the name it should premiere a full page at least, of mex tex options. Having traveled across our great country, I have visited Chili's in many states. The combos have become very limited. Mixed drinks from the bar tasted watered down. Observing alot ot waste as liquor is spilled during the mixing behind the bar. Staff is friendly and responsive. Which is why I upgrade to 3 stars.

I didn't go to Chili's I went to Black Bear Diner which is in the same facility. Black Bear Diner was a good place to eat. I enjoyed the Tri-tip steak, green beans and french fries. The service was great as was the fresh squeezed orange juice. The price was also decent. One thing that stood out was the food was made to order. It was served fresh and hot. Angel our server was very courteous.

We waited over an hour and half for our food. Manager came out to apologize, however he blamed the previous manager?? We finally received our food except for one of us. We waited another 30 minutes and still didn’t receive the food. We finally just asked for our bill.....which took another 10 minutes. Not coming back......

Poor service. Servers didn't know where food went. We waited for over an hour and when we got our food, it was lukewarm at best. This was my first time at a Chili's and I was NOT IMPRESSED.

Waited about ten minutes to get our drinks then waited maybe another hour and a half for the waitress to realize we didn't get our food. But the Cajun pasta is the bomb! Still not worth the wait though. Edit: took maybe 2 hours, still didn't get food. Everyone else at the table didn't want their food and Im getting my pasta for free. Definitely never coming back... Sad... Great pasta...

It's Chili's, so there's not a lot to say about the food. It is what it is - like food from a quick service restaurant, but with table service. We had good service on a quiet Sunday night. We had some meal vouchers from getting bumped by Delta which the staff was unfamiliar with, but they put in the effort to figure it out rather than rejecting them, which was much appreciated.

Terrible. Absolutely the worst meal ever. Burnt meat.,burnt buns, and even after a 5 min conversation explaining why it was important to LEAVE the cilantro OFF my salad, my entire salad was covered in cilantro. We got our Money back.
