Stephanie catered my daughter’s wedding and the food was great. We had a buffet style dinner with her and her staff serving the food (which was a great option to add). They were all very professional, courteous and friendly. Many of the guess commented on how great the food was. Some favorites were the tender roasted beef brisket, flavorful mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes, and green beans. It was nice working with Stephanie, but my only regret is I should have taken her advice and added more appetizers as they were a hit and went very quickly. If we need a caterer again Thyme for Seasoning Catering will be my first choice.

Stephanie and her team did an amazing job for our parents' 50th Anniversary party. The food was delicious, the display was perfect, and the clean-up was quick.
