Infused Catering is wonderful! I hired Jill Barron and her awesome team for my fundraising event in Nov 2017, and they really impressed my guests with the quality of food and service. The headcount for my event was 110, and we had plenty of food (actually a good deal extra) and the menu was a full BBQ spread. Smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, baked beans, cheesy scalloped potatoes, coleslaw, rolls, house salad, dessert and drinks. It was all scrumptious, and based on my initial research before choosing Infused Catering, I found that for the quality they are one of the more affordable catering companies in the Springfield. My only (minuscule) dissatisfaction would be that it was somewhat hard to get a hold of Jill/staff during the process, and checks were cashed much later than I expected so that made financial acct details more interesting. In a spirit of friendly honesty I share that, but ultimately it didn’t interfere with my event too much and I would definitely hire Infused Catering again.

A few weeks ago we used infused caterer for our wedding the food was perfect it was even hot when it came to us we had leftover food for the next day and it still taste good only thing I wished was that we had more to drink on the day of the wedding

Jill is the most genuine and kind owner!!! They catered my wedding of 150 guests and everyone loved the food! The ham sliders were probably the biggest hit, along with the smoked pork! They do a served buffet and the portions are very good size! Nobody went home hungry!

My sorority used Infused for our Founders Day banquet. Jill was absolutely wonderful, and so kind. They did an amazing job setting up and tearing down quickly and the food was DELICIOUS. Our guests are still talking about it.
