No matter how delicious your food is, and I’ll give you that, it’s delicious but… a nasty attitude goes a long way! Word if mouth is everything . All one has to do is tell two people and they tell two people is it’s out there that the food is great but the attitude is not.
When someone calls and places an order and attempts to pay by phone, the professional and courteous response is, “sorry, but we don’t take payments by phone” not, “we are not Doordash, you pay when you get here!” How rude!
Take into consideration that you are being patronized first off, and second the person(s) are attempting to pay you in advance, regardless to whether it’s your policy not to accept pay by phone. There’s a better delivery than what was received.
Several of us thought this would be our lunch spot, as we have ordered every other day from the first time we had it. However, I guess you can add humble pie to your dessert menu, as we have discussed taking our lunch business elsewhere from this day forward.

First, thank you for responding to the post so expeditiously and with sincerity. We appreciate and accept your apology. We do understand, that things happen. Collectively we could have been a more understanding ourselves, as we are not perfect by any means.
We were simply disappointed due to our prior customer experiences being so great! Your food is truly scrumptious, and the establishment is also very nice and besides that were would any of us be without second chances.
We’d love nothing more than to start over, so with that being said…
