This review is long overdue. Flame Masters Catering has been catering our church functions since we moved to St. Louis a year ago. They’ve done our BBQ’s, fish fry’s and all of the weddings that happen at the church. The service and food is wonderful for large scale events. Our church has at least 300 members. Recently I hired them to cater my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party and they really did an awesome job. All communication was clear and prompt. The cost was very reasonable, considering the amount of food we ordered and service they provided. The servers were super friendly, attentive to the guests and were dressed very nicely for the party. The appetizers - mini black angus sliders, mini Sicilian pizzas, and hot wings were all great but the buffet was the main attraction. The presentation was elegant and their equipment looked high end. We had buffet style penne with meatballs, stuffed shells, steamed vegetables, bacon wrapped drumsticks, rotisserie chicken, and Caesar salad with a sheet cake and assorted cheesecakes. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and hot like it was just cooked. Her guests couldn’t stop eating and we still had plenty of food. I can’t forget to mention the gourmet popcorn station, it was fabulous. If I can recall correctly it featured chocolate drizzle, caramel, blueberry cheesecake, firecracker, peach cobbler, and jalapeno cheddar - those were the flavors I tried. Very delish! I also ordered the candy martini bar that had the cutest martini’s garnished with candy. All non-alcoholic drinks of course. My daughter loved her party and the food as well. Especially the Sicilian pizza and hot wings. She said there were text messages going around the school on Monday talking about the food and which dish they would have again. I even had a few parents ask who the caterer was. I would recommend Flame Masters Catering to anyone in the area. You will not be disappointed.

I don’t write reviews unless I feel the need to warn others about a company or I’ve had an over the top experience. Flame Masters Catering is the BEST catering company I’ve dealt with and I order catering all the time for work related meetings. A colleague recommended them for our wedding. Mrs. Tiera (the owner) made us feel comfortable and confident from our first meeting. She already had everything planned from A-Z in her binder. Every question we planned to ask she had already answered. Even the questions I forgot to write down. Mrs. Tiera was just as excited about our wedding as we were. With this caterer we were able to actually select the buffet table décor, linens, tableware & Etc. It incorporated our wedding colors and was decorated beautifully with calla lily & orchid bouquets in tall vases draped with crystals. The tables were "blinged-out". We knew exactly how everything would look BEFORE the big day. The other caterers we interviewed didn’t use any creativity or charged extra for centerpieces. During our meeting the owners husband introduced himself, congratulated us, and brought in some of the food they were cooking. You can tell it’s a real family business and I just loved their connection. Three words can describe this companies cooking: deliciousness, deliciousness, and oh yeah deliciousness!!! We tasted the smoked salmon dip, honey chili chicken lollipops, grilled chicken shish kabobs, mostaccioli, and marinara meatballs. Each bite had us wanting more. Needless to say we were sold. The staff was at the venue before we arrived and the buffet tables/decor was already assembled. It was a stressful day but thank God the reception went smoothly. Although I have to give the credit to Flame Masters Catering for their professionalism, attention to detail, and very flavorful food. Each selection was a winner. For sure we’re re-hiring this company again for our anniversary party and work functions. We highly recommend this company with no complaints.
