Professional, great Food.

I attended a wedding reception on April 8, 2018. The Chicken in White Wine Sauce was absolutely delicious. The Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes was nothing like I have ever tasted before. It did not have an overwhelming garlic flavor and it paired well with the chicken entree. The Haricot Verts were not the canned green beans that is frequently served. All food was hot, beautifully presented and on time. I highly recommend this caterer.
