Lancer Catering has always done a wonderful job through the many aspects that go into planning, coordinating and executing large events. I have enjoyed working with this company on events and will continue to use them as an event service.

We want to thank you, everything was above our expectations of beautiful for our daughter’s wedding! Please thank your amazing set up staff, the area where we had the ceremony was perfect. Huge bravo to the decorating staff, the dinning area was exquisite, the table’s set so elegantly, we loved the area for the cake on display and Buttercream did a fabulous job with the cake. We are so happy we rented candles on the table from Edinburgh because it was set up so nice and the rose petals were added to the water and that extra touch was perfect. It was nice especially from the mother of the brides point of view of having no take down and packing up at the end of the evening.I thank the wonderful lady for all the set up and serving from Lancer. Saving the best for last, Lancer catering and staff, you are the best! The food was presented so beautifully, the flavor’s were out of this world wonderful. Everyone enjoyed there meals and raved about how good it was! I was so proud we chose Edinburgh and Lancer catering! I do not remember everyone's names, but the young lady that worked so hard with James to set up and serve the meals please let them know we appreciate there above and beyond care they took to make everything perfect. The wedding coordinator, please let her know I appreciate her calmness and how she made sure the flow of the ceremony to the end of the evening went just right. The attention to every detail was amazing to us. Last but not least, the bar tender. He was personable, everyone enjoyed talking to him and the single ladies said they spent way to much on drinks just to visit with him. He was great. Everyone at the Edinburgh, from the beginning to the end of the evening made our daughters dream wedding come true.

I have nothing but great things to say about Lancer Catering. I just had my wedding at Green Haven Golf Course. Throughout the whole planning process, all staff (especially Lyndsey) we came in contact with was so helpful, patient, and responsive. Alex, the day-of contact, worked so hard all day to make sure our needs were being met, and he never seemed annoyed or worn out by our many requests. The food was DELICIOUS. Our day went off without anything going awry, and I know Lancer played a large part in that. Thank you for a great day!

(Edinburgh USA & Lancer Catering) My husband and I have been newlyweds for 11 days and we are still receiving comments on how wonderful our reception was! From the start, Cheron (our event coordinator) guided us through the process from booking the venue to tasting to all the final details. The ballroom was lovely and everything was set on the tables as we had requested. Van, the manager for the night, was on top of everything. I had family members that commented on how attentive he was to our event. He was truly an asset for the evening. From the room set-up to the photobooth to the event execution, I can honestly say that nothing went wrong all evening. A huge thank you to Edinburgh USA and Lancer Catering for making me a stress-free bride at the reception!

Fabulous venue for any party up to 250 guests. The staff was wonderful, all Lancers suggestions were fantastic, food was great, just a perfect day! I would highly recommend Keller Golf course and Lancer catering and i have.

My experience with Lancer Catering was wonderful! We held a work holiday party at the MN zoo, and I can not say enough good things. They were so easy to work with, the food was wonderful, and the catering staff were fun and professional. Would do it all over again! Thanks Lancer!

Lancer was the caterer at my wedding at the Minnesota Zoo. From the beginning to the end we were extremely happy with them! We were blown away by the food at our initial tasting - I couldn't stop eating the cavatappi and the pork medallions - and our Event Manager Lindsay was wonderful, working with us to incorporate every little change until the final day. And to add even more excitement, our wedding took place during the worst April blizzard in Minneapolis history - but that didn't stop Lindsay and her team from showing up and doing an absolutely wonderful job. We're so grateful to Lancer for going above and beyond in every way. Thank you!

Poor customer service for trying to get ahold of anyone at this location. They do not answer the phone! Been on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get ahold of someone!!! Use any other catering business that actually picks up their phone.
