I used Yo Chef to cater my rehearsal dinner. I will never use their services again, nor would I recommend them to any of my friends. After arriving at the venue and finding that they hadn't arrived yet (when they were already supposed to be there) I called the main office line to talk to the head chef. He was just as surprised as I was because the truck had left 30 minutes prior and they were located about a mile from my rehearsal site. He said he had even given the workers directions to the venue. A few minutes later, one of the workers called me on my cell phone telling me they were lost and asking me for directions. I gave her explicit directions only to have her tell me she didn't know any major streets downtown (needless to say the business she works for is located downtown). The food truck and workers finally arrived over an hour after they had left, with minutes to spare to when our scheduled dinner time was. The head chef arrived shortly thereafter and then asked me whose graduation it was (after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars he didn't even know it was my REHEARSAL DINNER). He tried apologizing, but they had already done enough. A bride-to-be should not have to worry about dinner being served on time for her guests - especially after spending so much money. This company is utterly unprofessional and did nothing to make up for it except for a half-assed apology.

I hired Yo Chef for our wedding in October. We ordered Dijon chicken with mustard roasted potatoes and honey glazed carrots. The carrots weren’t cooked and were not glazed with honey. The chicken and potatoes were cooked fine, but they were not prepared with Dijon or mustard, so they were plan. When we contacted Yo Chef with our complaints with the meal, we were told guests liked the food and only complained about the uncooked carrots. We told Yo Chef the chicken and potatoes were plain, they kept pointing out how they knew some of our guests and they didn’t complain about the food except the carrots. I told them it doesn’t matter because the plain chicken and potatoes were not what we taste tested, ordered, and paid for. They did not fix the issue. I am very displeased with them. I would not recommend them!

From start to finish my experience with Yo Chef’s was amazing! The food was delicious, Pam was very helpful. She answered all of my many questions and was very quick with her replies. The chef checked in with a handful of our guests to make sure everyone was happy and I really appreciated that. The cost was very fair and they accommodated all of our requests. Their staff was extremely professional. I cannot recommend them enough! I was a very happy bride!

Yo Chef's catering handled my wedding this past October and they were incredible. Chef and Pam (and everyone I met!) were incredible and the service was just as great as the food (which was amazing) and I could not have picked a better catering company for my big day. I loved my meetings with them probably too much and missed them after the wedding was done. They have cooking classes (for adults and some for kids!) and my husband and I are going to one of them in a couple of weeks so we can hang out again! I cannot recommend them enough! You will NOT regret anything about your choice if you go with them! I almost forgot to add, Pam worked with me to secretly put out a tribute to my mother's "extra set of parents" who had made petit fours for her wedding to my dad years ago and Pam made sure they got put on their own table with the photo of them (they've passed in recent years) as a surprise to my mom to make sure they were honored as well as other grandparents who had passed. Pam went above and beyond to handle all of that for me and I was SO incredibly grateful.

Very professional appointment planning a wedding. They answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of options! We are very happy and looking forward to their delicious food as always! Months later we had the wedding and the food was amazing. Plenty of great staff and more than enough food. I am a Chef and I even catered my own wedding! I wanted to enjoy this wedding of my son and Chef Joseff exceeded my expectations. Guests came up and told me what a great job I did, I told them I didn't do the food. It was as good as I could have done myself but I got to enjoy the party more! They even responded to a last minute change with no problem. You will be very happy if you choose Yo Chef Catering!
