The best meatball sandwich hands down! I always order two of the meatball sandwiches when I go because my son and daughter share the first one with me, and I get the second one just for myself :) My wife loves their scarface and 7 layer panini sandwiches. The kids love their garlic knots and delicious marinara sauce. Look out for this green truck and try them if you see them!

On our first ever visit to the Eastern Market in Detroit, I was drooling over all the great choices for some fantastic food for breakfast. I decided to walk thru the whole market before choosing anything, and man it was hard because there were so many great choices. I ultimately decided to go with Saucy Joe's meatball breakfast sandwich, because, well a MEATBALL breakfast sandwich!! Two eggs, ciabatta bread, hollandaise sauce, choice of cheese (go with provolone!) and choice of peppers/onions (sauteed or raw), tomato and a homemade meatball. It was delicious! Lots of great flavor, just messy enough to lick your fingers clean. Perfect size too. Big enough to fill you up without making you feel stuffed. Highly recommended!!

Saucy Joe's came to work today. The meatball sandwich is seriously tasty with generous meatballs, cheese and a spicy sauce; the bun was perfectly crispy outside, soft inside. The garlic knots were excellent too and also come with the same zesty sauce. Great service too!

Saucy Joe's is the real deal. Authentic flavors, hearty portions, and all-around delicious food. Not only that, the staff was friendly, attentive, and provided fast service with a smile. Everyone at our office thoroughly enjoyed this treat on a Friday afternoon. I'll definitely be on the lookout for more chances to hang out with Saucy Joe's!

Saucy joes is a wonderful restaurant on wheels, their food is unlike anything you’ve ever tasted before. And the general respect and hospitality shown by the workers and saucy joe himself is unbelievable. They work hard and it shows. Ive eaten here on many occasions and to much delight they have never failed to provide an amazing meal. Especially the meatball plate with racy olive sauce mixed with creamy romano sauce is one of the best things that have crossed my taste buds, dont even get me started on their breakfast sandwiches. Unbelievably delicious.

I’ve seen their sandwich board stating “Best Meatball Sandwich You’ve Ever Had” for months now. I finally tried one last weekend, and they might be right. The sauce is tangy with a nice kick. The meatballs are tender and tasty. And the ciabatta roll is a great addition!

How lucky am i? Very lucky, cuz Saucy Jo'es truck came to my place of employment for an event today:) The meatball sandwich is outstanding!!! The sauce had a nice tang to it, with a tiny bit of heat, and very tender meatballs. We were all discussing future events that we could book them for. Great Job!
