We've had many meals, occasions and just regular dinners, at Ruth's Chris and return because of consistently delicious steaks. Unfortunately, tonight Dan's inappropriate calling adult men in our party Buddy or Bud, combined with his slow return for feedback and orders caused our group to be annoyed and also skip desert orders. I can't tell you how tempted I was to give him the tip "I'm not you're Buddy".... we're looking forward to checking out the other steak houses in town.

I had the best steak in my life when I came to Ruth Chris. I have been to Manny's Steakhouse a few times, and I do prefer the environment there. However, the food quality at Ruth Chris is outstanding! You definitely get the food that you are paying for when you go there.

Love this restaurant. Food is always well prepared. Service is great. Aviance is always relaxing and chill. Nothing bad to say. Of course, it's pricey. But you get what you pay for. Recommend you make reservations on weekends.

Service at the bar was incredibly slow. Bartenders who are too busy conversing with one another to assist their guests. Completely ridiculous to have to flag someone down to pay. However the food was very good and the wait staff was very accommodating.

I don’t understand what some people complain about prices for , you get what you pay for and I’m sorry I would rather pay for good service and excellent food at a clean place I have nothing bad to say the food the prices all works out for me . My first visit 15 yrs. ago was great food was good excellent atmosphere. My husband and I visited on our anniversary considering my last visit, thinking this would be a good place to celebrate. Well I was very disappointed to say the least, the food took extremely long to be served. The potatoes weren't completely done and that 50.00 steak was awful!! Visited on a gift card from my wonderful in-laws. If it was my money I would have given it three stars, because I just can't enjoy insanely overpriced meals. Yes, it was delicious and the service was amazing. But there are definitely places just as nice for half the price, which is still half-crazy. We had a group of 7, with reservations for 5:30 last Saturday. We were seated promptly, the staff is very friendly and courteous. We had our drink orders in very quickly, and our waiter made sure we were all comfortable and made sure we had all our questions answered. After our orders were placed our salads came shortly after, followed by our entrees and sides. The sides are served family style, suitable for 2 or 3 people. The food and service were both excellent, and we had a great time.

Oh my god, this place serves the BEST of the BEST when it comes to steak. I LITERALLY do a little dance in my booth while I eat. Got the Porterhouse for 2 (for 2 people), Mashed Potatoes and some Asparagus. I was dancing until that steak was finished. Your budget is going to hurt, but your stomach is going to thank you.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House upmarket steakhouse known for its sizzling and tasty beef in a sophisticated setting. I was in the Minneapolis area for the weekend and decided to check out this restaurant being that it was adjacent to my hotel and located directly across the street from the Minneapolis Downtown Hilton and within walking distance of the Minneapolis Convention Center; which in my opinion is quite convenient. I was seated promptly by the hostess, she was incredibly kind and accommodating. My waiter was nice, however, I felt like was a little rushed through my meal. I started the evening with their Roasted Brussels Sprouts, which essentially roasted brussels sprouts roasted with honey butter to a warm caramel color and tossed with crispy bits of bacon. This appetizer was in fact tasty and very filling. For the main course, I tried their Soups & Salads combination. For the salad, I went with Ruth’s Chop Salad. The flavor of the lemon basil dressing complimented the richness of baby spinach and radicchio paired with red onions, mushroom, green olives, and BACON! This dish was presented handsomely, and the bright colors of the different ingredients (hearts of palm, julienne iceberg lettuce, etc.) made it very appealing to the eyes and stomach. For the soup, I ordered the Lobster Bisque. Which is a warm and creamy bisque topped with a sprinkling of freshly chopped parsley. This dish yet small was perfectly executed and delicious. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere is very warm and relaxing. It is wheelchair accessible and have parking for as low as $2.00.

For this to be such and upscale and expensive restaurant it really bothered me that I was not able to order what I wanted. I went to a birthday dinner and there was a reservation in place for 10 people and out of the 10 5 wanted the stuffed chicken and there was only 2 left in the entire restaurant. I paid $100 for a meal that I did not really want. As bad as I wanted to not order anything and to get up and leave I did not. I will never go again and on top of that the waiter was sarcastic about the whole situation.

We were celebrating a promotion and I got it my job as well as getting a new apartment and Valentine's Day. We found out that our favorite server was no longer working there and we had another server that was going to help us his name was Paul. I'm not sure if Paul was overwhelmed but the service that we received just was not what we were used to we had asked if our sons food could come out quicker and that didn't happen. When our salad came out no one offered us any fresh ground pepper our food came out warm. It was just a bad experience it will be a while before we go back.

My fiancé took me here for my birthday on a Tuesday night. It was surprisingly busy for an evening reservation in the middle of the week! Everything was absolutely delicious, and our server, David, was fantastic. Definitely worthy of a birthday dinner!!

PATRONS BEWARE! My husband took me to the Troy, Michigan Ruth Chris restaurant last Saturday to celebrate my birthday. We had a very nice meal and got a complementary cheesecake with a candle. Our waitress was nice and took our tab away with our Bank of America debit card. We thought it was odd when she did not return but a male wait staff whom we had not seen before returned our bill & debit card. We left happy to have celebrated my birthday at the restaurant that I chose. Now comes Sunday morning and we received a call & text from Bank of America saying they suspect there is fraud activity on our card. Someone withdrew $300 & $200 at the B of A at Maple & Livernois, just 1 mile from Ruth Chris. We live in Macomb Twsp and still have possession of our debit card. We said we did not withdraw this money and said we wanted to file a fraud report. We called Ruth Chris because this is the only place when our debit card was out of our hands. My husband told the manager, Dan that we believe he has a thief on his staff. He said this has never happened before however, the Troy police said this is not the first time they have received the same story, they claimed there have been numerous complaints. PATRONS OF RUTH CHRIS BEWARE, THEY HAVE A THIEF ON THEIR STAFF AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. Do not give your bank debit card to them. Our server was a very nice woman who was polite and attentive the entire evening. My steak was ok. It wasn't cooked the way I ordered so she took it back and then it was too done...I did not complain again and just ate it. It still had good flavor. The shrimp I got with it was really good! For dessert we had creme brulee and that was amazing!! They even wrote a sweet message on our plate since it was our anniversary dinner

Really wanted to love this place, but for fine dining...this was just ok. Service was good for the most part. The staff was professional and smooth. The food, however...was lackluster. The stuffed chicken breast was good, but not spectacular. The steak was superb, and probably worth the price. I had no complaints on my meal, but my friends were not impressed by their classic courses. Starter salad was described as overdressed and sloppy. The garlic mashed potatoes tasted dehydrated...and the salted caramel cheesecake dessert was practically inedible. Overpriced and overhyped. I doubt we will be back any time soon.

My husband and I like to try new places. We got to the restaurant and felt somewhat out of place. After talking to our awesome waiter and having a good laugh with the host, we felt more comfortable. Then our food came out, it was worth every penny! The plates being so hot was awesome none of my food ever got even close to being just warm. The sides that we picked were amazing. And after being talked into upgrading the dessert to the cheese cake with berries (which we ended up getting a second one of to go) I wouldn't of had it any other way. We cant wait to go back again. Wonderful atmosphere, staff and amazing food!

While we had good service and good food, I don’t feel like it was worth the price. Especially considering this is a steak house and nearly everyone at our table had their steak cooked incorrectly. One person ordered medium-rare and their steak was bordering well done. I expected much more from this restaurant and I wish I had gone someplace cheaper. Then if they don’t cook the steak right, at least I didn’t spend $40 for an improperly cooked steak.

I was hoping my dinner at Ruth's Chris would be a 5-star experience but a couple of really important elements of my experience were not as top notch as the prices and publicity would warrant. Maybe I am missing the point when it comes to the hash browns, which others rave about, including our waiter. They seemed overcooked and were hard to chew so I only took a couple bites. My main course was surf and turf. The lobster was well prepared and delicious. The steak should have been a "10" (based on price and reputation) but it just wasn't. It was a little tough to cut and a bit hard to chew, which was disappointing after my anticipation of a melt-in-your-mouth cut of meat. Based on this experience, I would probably choose another steak house for my next special occasion.

we came in as a party of 11 to celebrate the gender reveal of our friends new baby. when we first sat down we had to send back 2 wine glasses that had very visible lips marks on them, 2nd incident I order 2 sizzling blue crab cakes but 3 came out on my plate, when I told the waiter that there was a mix up in my order he over talked me saying " I know, I know someone screwed up your order you will be charged for 2 not 3 and I was still charged $35 for them. 3rd incident was one of our guests ordered an adult beverage along with everyone else at our table, she did not receive her cocktail until our bills were coming 2 hours later, when she brought it to the waiters attention his response was "were super busy on this Friday, do you still want it" the part of our night that took the cake though was when the guest of honor pulled a plastic bag like item out of his mouth from his lobster mac and cheese. at this point the whole group is just in disgust because 3 people at the table ordered the same lobster mac and now everyone is picking through their dish making sure there is nothing else we should be aware of. the manager did comp seat 5 for their bill but now our whole conversation shifted from "welcoming this new baby" to "check your food and make sure there's nothing in it" the other guests got no discount, no apologies, just a simple "I hope we see you all again" the only way we will be back is if dinner is on RUTH AND CHRIS. we do have a picture and video of the plastic that was found incase anyone is interested in viewing it

I have not been to Ruth's Chris in a very long time. I went there yesterday and I was very impressed. The food was A-1, and the service was excellent. My wife and I enjoyed our 40th anniversary there. The restaurant comp us a very nice desert. I will be returning, and would recommend that you visit the place. It is not the old Ruth's Chris, it's better.

The shrimp cocktail was excellent nice huge shrimps. The steak was over cooked and had essentially no flavor. The biggest disappointment was the lobster tail, I am pretty sure that it was old. It had a super fishy taste and I didn't even finish it. The potatoes with cheese wasn't the best either. I had a better meal at Manny's Steakhouse.

This establishment is usually our go to for date night or valentines day but this particular time it was a disaster. 9 friends came for a friends gender reveal for their new bundle of joy. It started off rough. They forgot our drinks, our silverware was dirty, our glasses had lip marks but to top it off, the guest of honor ordered mac and cheese and once he took a bite there was a hard plastic item in his mouth, he had chewed it thinking it was baked cheese, he spit out and got disgusted. Waiter gave him a free tiramisu and his meal free. Mind you our bill came up to $1300

Ruth chris is awesome, best steak by far. Troy location is extra special. I have been to Ann arbor location, but troy is worth the extra drive time. There service and food cant be beat. Our waitress name was Amy, when I tell you she was so kind, and attentive. All the staff was great including the supervisor, greeter ect. A must visit location.

Took my son here for his birthday we had a marvelous time our waiter Rhett was so professional. He made our experience so peaceful and fun. The food was so amazing, the wine was wonderful and the dessert tremendously tasty. If you going to ask how much it cost maybe it's not for you but if you want to have a nice delightful evening of eating and drinking and good atmosphere this is a great place to go. Went for dinner last night and the restaurant is as expected, very nice, the staff was great!! Only ONE ISSUE!!!! —-they have complementary valet which is wonderful, it was 10 degrees last night, however they literally have a box that is kept outside of the restaurant, and we didn’t know this and when we were leaving our key, smart key to our 120,000 car would not open the doors or start the car!!! It’s quite ridiculous that literally that the key fob was frozen! This is unacceptable!!! We were stuck there at the restaurant for 20 minutes trying to warm up the key!!! Again unacceptable! The valet should let you know the keys are kept outside!!! Again mgt this arrangement of key storage should be rethought! Luckily we have an app to start the car, which we forgot about because we were flustered, but they eventually warmed up the key and the car started!! Again NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

The service was great, but they only know how to cook a steak rare. Ask for any other level of cooked and they will still bring it to you rare, send it back and they burn it and overcook it and give it to you that way. Although rare is delicious, some people cannot process that level of uncooked meat. For the price they charge for a steak you would think they would pay more attention to getting your order right. I will honestly never go back, it was that terrible.

The receptionist treated me very strangely when I arrived and that’s something that made me feel awkward. I had a reservation and many tables were open but he told me to sit down, I complied. Another couple walked in, they also had a reservation at the same time as mine, they were seated right away. Also at the end of the night the bus boy I believe he was Hispanic wasn’t very friendly to my date and I. Our server did a great job and the food was very good as well. Because of those two people I am not able to say I had a five star experience.

This place is amazing, our server David was great. We went here for my wifes 50th birthday, it was a complete surprise for her, I set it up and she loved it. I had the 16oz rib eye, and she had the petite fillet. The sides are huge, well worth it, as everything else that we ordered. We will be back.

Their steaks have ruined me. Every other place i go I am comparing to the steak i ate here. Every other steak simply doesn't match up. My wife and I went here for my birthday and i order the Cowboy Ribeye and it is hands down the best steak I've ever had. As I previously stated, it ruined my experiences at other steak places because nothing can compare to how delicious my steak at Ruth's Chris was. I would eat here more often if the prices were not expensive. With that said the steak is well worth the cost.

The service is spot on, servers are well versed in the meats, cuts, sides, cooking temp, etc. The steaks (filet mignon is my personal favorite) is absolutely positively cooked perfection. The wedge salad, delightful. The deserts, a perfect ending, the ambiance is low light, romantic and fragrant. The water is even filtered and tastes like Fiji water. There is no better place to eat, hands down. Not Murray's, not Manny's, not Capital Grill or Fogo. All excellent places, but none better than Ruth's Chris.

This place was an amazing place to celebrate our anniversary and our waiter Ben was fantastic. Before coming to Minneapolis I wanted to find one of the most highly recommend steakhouses with elegant fine dining so I could wear a dress and feel glamorous for a night and according to your website there is a dress code. While waiting for a table the amount of people who were coming to eat dressed in sweats, hoodies, and ripped clothes was just ridiculous. I know it really shouldn't matter but it was the point that this is fine dining and you should look like you have some self respect. Other than that everything was perfect and tasted perfect. First place we jumped into because it was freezing cold! And our expectations were well exceeded! I've been to one in Canada before, and glad to see the quality of food and service was consistent (maybe better). Had the prime rib and it was cooked to perfection. Happened to get their evening 3-course meal deal and it was just the right amount of food. Ambiance was a bit more romantic then expected (I was with a coworker) but meh, I'm not picky.

We visited here for our friends proposal dinner. The atmosphere is extremely romantic! The staff greeted us promptly and we were seated in a private dining area for the occasion. The food is VERY PRICEY so expect to spend $80+ for a meal for two. The lobster bisque was pretty good and the lamb chops were tender and cooked to perfection. I would recommend this restaurant for special occasions.

My husband and I visited to celebrate our anniversary. I asked the server if she had a gluten free menu - which they did. Unfortunately when I ordered the server had no knowledge of this allergy, what did or did not include gluten. I order the special/combo and so did my husband. When I ordered our waitress let out a sigh and seemed put off based on our order. She was distant the rest of the meal. At the end our dessert was automatically brought out - which contained gluten. She did not ask before I brought if out if we wanted a substitute (this came with the combo) or even the option to order another dessert - which I would of paid for. I reached out to the manager several times with this and no response. We won't be back.

High quality experience overall for a party of nine I was styling for a great home sale for their elderly father and celebrating his next steps. The sevice was prompt and super helpful in selecting what was appropriate for the table as far as appetizers go. Delicious! Hashbrowns, asparagus, crab cakes...my mouth is watering just thinking about it. All of that was super. My "Special Cut" New York strip was flavorful but chewy and had about 3 oz.. of meat after cutting through it all (my dog was thrilled when we arrived back home)! Not bashing. Sometimes you get what you need. :) Everyone had a really nice experience. Great place and top notch service!

The food as ever was excellent but the service by Drew was inattentive and at times strangely argumentative. We were never told of any specials, and no information was offered about other dishes beyond remarking he did not recommend the salmon. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and we were not asked about this, though we saw other servers engaging their tables about their celebrations and offering special treats. Drinks were very slow to come and stood empty for far too long. When we asked for our leftovers to be packed, he brought the food back wrapped only in a plain foil packet- not the tasteful red handle bag other diners got. Overall disappointing and not worth the investment.

Pleasantly surprised on many levels. First, parking was easy and complementary valet. Second, the noise level was moderate yet you were spaced appropriately to minimize loud talkers. Next, the food portions are. GIGANTIC to the tenth power. The smallest size I found was an 8 ounce with most size in the 12-20 ounce range. Suggestion: come after three days of fasting. Also, the food tasted great and some unique side dishes. We had the roasted corn and it was amazing along with the creamed spinach. Lastly, it was our anniversary dinner and they made a few small little touches (see photo) that made a big impression. #datenight #anniversarydinner

Tonight was my wife's and I wedding anniversary, this year we wanted it to be special. We decided to celebrate our anniversary at Ruth's Chris Steak House. It was our first experience at this fine restaurant, and it was worth it. From the reservation til leaving the restaurant it was an amazing experience for both of us. Once we arrived we were greeted by wonderful staff, wishing us a happy anniversary and seated. Then Christine; our wonderful waitress, came in. She was great and recommended for us the perfect cocktails for the occasion, when I asked here if I can change my side dish she did it with no trouble at all. The final thing that was wonderful, after we done with our dinner, Christine came in with a complimentary desert dish for our anniversary, that was great. Definitely, I will recommend this place to my friends.

My one and only experience at this restaurant was on July 31st, 2018. I was taken there to have my birthday dinner. The restaurant was beautiful and super clean. The service was wonderful. It saddened me that the food was just okay, and here’s why. My chosen cut of steak was great as far as quality, but lacked seasoning, just salt and pepper...very bland. I basically had to drown it in steak sauce. The broccoli was steamed, but it seemed raw...very crunchy and lacked seasoning. The shared baked potato was decent, but we make better ones at home. Only having half of a potato wasn’t as fulfilling, and it’s just too much to add an extra serving. I tasted my boyfriend’s food and I wasn’t very impressed with the flavor of his meal either, it all lacked seasoning. Everything we ordered seemed bland. Overall, I cannot justify paying over $200.00 for a meal for 2 when the food was just okay. We honestly have made more tastier steak meals at home. Also, we frequent steak houses often, and honestly, Ruth Chris served my least favorite meal. I gave the restaurant 4 stars based on the atmosphere and service alone. In September of 2018, I took my boyfriend to Mr. Paul’s Chop House for his birthday dinner. I spent so much less for our quality steak meals and we both enjoyed every bit of it. I honestly would return to Ruth Chris to perhaps try another meal option, but it won’t be any time soon. I live in Roseville, MI and I would much rather spend less time and money by sticking to the steakhouses in my area. Again, I can’t justify traveling all the way to Ruth Chris to spend $200 plus on bland food.

Just celebrated another anniversary at Ruth's Chris. Their service and food are both top notch. You do pay a premium for it, but this place is an experience if you've never eaten here before. All of their steaks are usda prime, and always perfectly prepared. You can't go wrong with any of the entree choices here. They also have an array of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails; drinks where you can not only taste fresh herbs and fruit in them, but they're clearly put together in a thoughtful way, so you aren't just tasting alcohol, or all sugar/syrup. Not saying that other places aren't making good cocktails, but Ruth's Chris is one of the places that actually made me realize how good a cocktail can really be.

My parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary 6/15 and I live out of state. I made a reservation for them and called the manager Gena to work out some details and things I wanted done. I basically told her what I wanted and she made it happen. The night could not have gone better. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion and it was nice to know that a simple phone call could take it all happen. Gena was awesome as was their server Scott. Can’t say enough over how happy I at what a great night they had. Thanks again everyone at Ruth Chris…….especially Gena.

Unfortunately this Steakhouse was not holding themselves accountable for the amount of trashy people not even dressed in any sort of clothing for the atomesphere, but sweatpants and sweatshirts seemed to be the up to par dress code. Sad that me and my wife paid for our meal totaled more than a family of 4 clothing that was seated before us even though we had reserved seating as well. The staff was great, and food was excellent. Hope the snooty lady seated next to us falls and breaks her face for being disrespectful. 3 stars for posting business casual attire and letting whoever and whatever in the building. My wife and I dined here for Valentine's day. I patook in the vday special of a 6 oz filet and 2 small lobster tails. Both were very well cooked and quite delicious. My wife cannot have shellfish and just ordered an 11 oz.filet. We both had a salad and split a side of au gratin potatoes. Everything was very well prepared. The staff was incredibly friendly. The only downside is the fact that everything is a la carte. While my vday special was a very nice value, the rest of the meal (a filet, 2 salads, a side of potatoes, and a coke) was 100 dollars. I do not wish to discount the quality which was very good, however a small salad should not be $11, and a side of potatoes should not be $12. I've eaten in 4 and 5 stars in Chicago and San Francisco for a similar price. The food was wonderful, and the staff was great, but there are many places in the tri-county area that are just as good, a better value, and has better ambience.

I went here for my birthday dinner a few weeks ago. There was an extremely loud table near us cursing and yelling the entire time. I feel like they should have offered to move our table ... or theirs. For the price you would a nice environment without all the yelling. Our server was excellent. The food was mediocre at best. Again, for the price I just don’t think the quality or portions were worth it. My steak was mostly fat...The a la carte sides are TINY lol I will not be returning. We could have spent $10-20 more per person at Morton’s and I would’ve been satisfied.

It has been some time since our return to Ruth Chris Steak House (RCSH). In the past this was our go to Steak House and it had been about two years since our return following a less then positive experience with our typical group of sometimes 12. I have to say that this visit was impressive. Staff was on point and our greeting at onset was warm and welcoming. Setting up for a well prepared and well served dining experience. Let’s start with the bread covered in butter. Oh, you must try the Blackberry Sidecar Cocktail! I typically order an Old Fashion and decided to try something different. So fruity, not to sweet with a very smooth finish. The lobster bisque creamy and our ribeye steaks were tender and juicy with a well seasoned sear. Exactly what you seek in a well cut and prepared ribeye. A significant improvement. Our shrimp appetizer was yummy, however, the portion was somewhat small for sharing (party of 3). Thank you Ruth’s Chris Steak House for following up and encouraging our return. You have been returned to our Steak House of choice!!!

They have a dress code so definitely wear your nice clothes! And be ready to pay for what you're getting as they are on the pricey side, but its worth it! Also, if possible, make reservations! Everything we had there was amazing! All the food were cooked and prepared perfectly and everything we ordered tasted delicious. My husband and I both shared two appetizers, a salad, soup, and a surf and turf. It was just enough to fill us both up without feeling stuffed. I love, love, love the butternut soup! I could eat it every day. We ended our meal with ice cream and cheesecake, that was on the house as we were celebrating my husband's birthday. The waiter we had was great too. We would definitely go back again! :)

This is a very nice restaurant if you've never been to it I've been to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse all over the United States and this one in the Twin Cities is a very unique spot. The food here is delicious never can go wrong. The staff is very inviting and helpful with any questions you might have. The scene in the restaurant was very comfortable and inviting. Very quiet it can get very romantic if you ask for a designated seating area. If you're ever in the Twin Cities stop at Ruth Chris Steakhouse and enjoy a nice dinner! And tell em Tbone sent ya! P.S... make sure you save room for the creme brulee! Sorry I didn't have a pic for it it was gone before I could!

I went for a teleconference yesterday. I had only been to the Ruth Chris in Cincinnati prior. I enjoyed myself both times. My steak was cooked perfectly and I loved the creamed spinach and stuffed mushrooms. It was a busy dinner setting but the stuff was sweet and attentive. While dinner was excellent this review is based on the amount we paid for the product. The service was attentive if not a bit too full of themselves, consistently claiming to be the best, as if trying to convince us. The food was good, flavorful but used a lot of butter and not that much better than the usual steak at a nice restaurant. Overall we had a good evening but for $200 I would've hoped for more.

The service is very good and the steaks served on 500° plates with melted butter is a little piece of what heaven is....learned something new this past week, it's called a hot garlic plate.... They bring a plate tableside, with melted butter and add chopped garlic....it's used to dip your steak into....it's amazing - give it a try.

Took my girlfriend out for her birthday here, since we’ve been here before and we loved it. There were a couple of speed bumps on the busy night we went on. Our waitress Karen took amazing care of us and showed us how much she cared to make sure everything was right and taken care of for us. The Manager even came by to double check everything with us to make sure everything was amazing. They took amazing care of us and I will always recommend this place. We will definitely come back.

Food was good, but the service led by Drew's, was uninspired. Food can't taste wonderful when the total experience isn't, and this experience was just that of a chain restaurant...worse, one that let my wife's tea glass be empty. I had eaten at other Ruth's Chris...and had good experiences with one exception. This was my wife's first time. I can't speak for her...but, this is most likely my last visit to the chain. There are more consistent experiences for the money.

I love the food and the service was great, but It would have been more professional to know how much the steak dinner was going to be, our waiter never said how much each dinner was and if I would have known the prices we could have compare the different types of options but she refuse to tell us so in case someone had a budget of $110 dollars our bill came to $182 with a total of $210 dollars with a $28 dollar tip. The waiter just failed us and I don't think the dinner ribeye was worth $112 dollars alone and with 2 glasses of red win and two veggies sides all came to $182 plus the tip of $28 bucks with the total of $210. For that reason me and my wife will never come back due to the dishonesty.

The location in Cincinnati is superb. The dining experience and attention to detail is unmatched. I’ve visited that location maybe 9 times in the last 12 months. This location, I’ve only visited twice. Told the valet that an Alfa had a unique way of putting the vehicle into park. The attendant scoffed and said ok. Next day I go to grab my sunglasses from the door pocket and two pairs are missing. $265 Ray Bans and a second $310 pair of designer glasses. Man, do I hate to valet. I plan on visiting this location again,, but there is no way the keys are leaving my pocket.

Manager and our waiter Rhett were both insanely kind and profession when our dinner went a little awry thanks to another patron being a bit out of sorts. Service and atmosbpere we're great. We opted for a Surf and Turf each for my fiance and me... 1 with a 6 oz fillet, and the other with the 10 oz Ribeye. The lobster tails and the fillet was bang on, the Ribeye, not so much. The Ribeye was sinewy in places...something I don't think I've ever really run into with that cut. The flavor was ok, but not as full as I expect from a well marbled Ribeye. We also ordered their specialty Hash Browns which are supposed to be entirely crusted (kudos!), However it seemed overcooked since there #datenightwas virtually no soft part in the middle. I'd been here several years ago, and while it was a decent evening, at this price point next time I'll hit Manny's or Murray's.

Went for an Aniversary Dinner Sunday. It was exactly what I expect of a high end Steak House. The Filet with blue cheeze and garlic crust was prepared perfectly. Served sizziling on a hot plate, but not so hot that you had to imediatelycut it into bite sized piecec so it would not over cook as on a Ho Rock. The service was friendly with a quiet elegance Five Stars for me.

So I struggled with the decision to write this review, because the service was great but the food left much to be desired! My family and visited this ruth chris on Monday to celebrate Mothers day... Not only was the meal sub par sides were cold luke warm at best, steak was over cooked and bland, and to make matter worse my entire family was sick that evening after we ate there.. When you spend 500.00 plus dollars on a meal you expect better......

Best steakhouse in the Twin Cities, period. The steaks are broiled in a 1500 degree oven and come served to you on a 500 degree plate in sizzling butter. We got the truffle butter, parmesan, bread crumbs on top of our filets & they were phenomenal. The service is incredible, the staff are so attentive & friendly, and the atmosphere is warm & intimate. Their dress code states Business Casual but see many people in casual-casual lol. I like to go to Ruth's for special events (birthdays, Valentine's, anniversaries). When making your reservation let them know what your special event is & they will tailor your dining experience around it. Just went for an anniversary & they put 'Happy Anniversary' confetti on the table and gave us an on-the-house dessert with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate. Such an amazing restaurant, you should definitely try it.
