Ironically, I recommended them to my neighbor yesterday as she's seeking a caterer for her daughter's Sweet Sixteen. When stating she didn't just want "fancy" food, but "fancy & good food", I immediately said "Elite Catering". Both the presentation and quality of food is impeccable and super delicious. The team was very professional and the owner's were pleasant to work with. They come highly recommended.

From start to finish Elite did an amazing job not only catering, but providing support for my wedding. The food and its presentation was wonderful! Guests commented positively on service, appetizers, and the main buffet. Sydney was our event director and made the process smooth and stress-free from the beginning. She was exceptionally responsive in answering questions and helped to ensure all details were aligned for day-of. She helped to coordinate everything with our venue, The Grande Hall, and all our vendors. Elite is an exceptional catering company, but they are so much more! I could not recommend them enough.

Elite Catering took such good care of us at our daughter's wedding at Sugar Valley Golf Club in June. The food was delicious, presentation was gorgeous, and the service was impeccable. They're not only the best, but they really care about their customers. We attended a different wedding this weekend, which was also catered by Elite, and one of the service team members even recognized our daughter from her wedding. They really get to know their customers, care about their special day, and take care of all the little details to make sure you have the best event ever! Elite was great to work with! We worked with Zabrina and Renee and they were both so helpful and gave us a lot of ideas to make our wedding day exactly what we wanted. We wanted to do a wine and cheese type tasting for cocktail hour and they suggested doing samples of wine on the table with the cheeses. The table turned out beautifully as they did it on a chalkboard table on top of wine barrels, which matched our venue perfectly and was unique. The guests loved it! The main course was delicious as well. We had multiple people comment on how good the food was. This was a great experience and they were always very quick at responding and answering my many questions. They were very detailed and thorough in the planning so the day of turned out perfectly. Thank you Zabrina and Renee! I would recommend Elite to anyone.

We initally met with Hiillary ..she was great and we felt very comofrtable that we would be in good hands. Zabrina helped with the proposal and planning details. She was so great to work with. Special shout out to Zabrina and her staff for helping manage the COOKIE Table...300 dozen cookies provided by family and friends for the guests to enjoy.... Elite Catering was one of the best decisions we made. They provide full service catering and I would highly recommend.

My husband and I used Elite Catering after visiting 2 other caterers. We found that Elite did a wonderful job start to finish. During the tasting session, they made great suggestions on pairing sides and entree's and discussed cooking methods to make sure that everything was hot and delicious. We also appreciated that they had a tasting menu that we could work off of. We weren't entirely sure what we wanted, and the menu set out a number of directions that we could go. And of course they were very willing to make modifications or entirely new dishes depending on the need. During the planning process they listened to our thoughts on a reception outline and helped us put everything together before and during the event in ways that we didn't think a caterer would volunteer to do. They even kept the bar open later then we had originally planned (we forgot to tell the DJ when to announce that the bar was closing), even though they didn't have to. The food was amazing and the charcuterie display was jaw dropping. People raved about that for weeks afterward. We wanted to thank Hillary for walking us through everything and making it simpler than we thought it would be. We really can't recommend them enough. Thanks very much Elite!

Elite catering may very well be the best catering company around! They 're food is amazing, they attention to detail is on of a kind, and their staff is truly second to none! Trade Street Cafe is awesome! Where to start...yummy breakfast all day! My wife had the fried catfish with hushpuppies, cole slaw and fries. Chef Lou and his wife Edna are the nicest people. We have also used their catering services for an event for our clients and they loved the food. Excellent place you won't go wrong with this place!

Elite was a great caterer to work with Jennifer was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure she was familiar with our wedding flow, theme, and overall vibe to make sure her decor for the buffet went well with the decor for our tables. The food was top notch, and some of our guests commented that it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. We went with the sundried tomato pesto chicken with an avacado creme sauce, which was presented beautifully and tasted phenomenal. We also selected the chef carved roast beef, which was so tender and flavorful. The guests raved about the horseradish sauce that was served with it. We had several vegan guests. Not only did elite deliver the meals to them based on the information we provided ahead of time, but our guests were thrilled that there was a vegan option that was actually tasty! They also did a great job delivering the kids’ meals to where they needed to go. The service was excellent. Our guests’ tables were prebussed quickly and they never went without water. We were asked what we would like to drink once we sat down at the head table with the wedding party. They did a wonderful job dismissing tables to get food from the buffet. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because at the end of the night when I asked where the leftover food was so we could get it packed up (I know there was some— we overquoted how many guests there would be and then about 12 guests we included in our actual quote didn’t show up on top of that) I was told they threw it away and that it’s not procedure to give it to the host at the end of the night. They then offered to see if they could “scrounge some up” and “throw something together” for us, but the person in charge seemed slightly irritated and confused. They were able to give us 4 togo boxes filled with chicken. Given the fact that we spent $5,587.50 on food, I would expect that it should go back to us in the event food is left over. If it didn’t, I would much rather it be donated than to be told they just threw it away. There are plenty of people that could have eaten leftovers, even if it was not us. That seemed shockingly short sighted and wasteful, and like a waste of our money.

My wife and I chose Elite Catering for our wedding in early October and simply put - we were beyond impressed with the entire package! We had everything from a mashed potato bar to shrimp and grits to pulled pork in cornbread muffins topped with coleslaw. Aside from the delicious food, their presentation on the food stations looked great. Also, we all understand that no matter how good the food and food presentation, it wouldn't be complete without the service. Edna and her team did an incredible job with their service - they listened/spoke with the guests, kept smiles on their faces, and kept the tables cleared off the entire night. They really are top notch and we are very fortunate to have them cater our wedding. Thank you, Elite Catering! Yum!! Had the Trade Street Champ (2 eggs, choice of sausage patty, link or bacon, grits or home fries and pancake or French Toast for just $6.95). I chose scrambled eggs, bacon, grits and a pancake. I asked for my eggs to be scrambled soft with cheese, and crispy bacon. My friend ordered an egg white omelette. Both were prepared perfectly! The pancake was giant. The best pancake I've had in a restaurant in the Fayetteville area. Will definitely be back! I want to try their Sunday Brunch - served only on the 1st Sunday of each month. They also have a bakery across the street called "Trade Street Sweets." Popped in just to see what they had. It smelled heavenly and the baked goods looked delicious. Looking forward to trying the bakery too.!

The food was great and they're wonderful to work with. Before the wedding they went through the whole timeline of the day with me to make sure they'd be ready for everything. They'll set your favors out at the tables if you want and at the end of the night they'll gather everything from the tables and put it together so it's easier for you to take home. They have TONS of dinner options and they'll accommodate for kids/vegetarians/etc. Highly recommend them.
